Pra di Brëc is our dream that became true. We have restructured our grandparents’ home and we would like to offer you an experience characterized by simplicity and hospitality, to understand and appreciate the value of the family we grew up with. We have combined tradition and design, maintaining the original structure of the house and re-using the materials available in the old house . We have combined these antique materials (and objects) with a modern thought of aesthetics and comfort.

My place is good for couples, solo travelers, and families with a small child. The house is in an ideal geographical context because it is close to the city center and at the same time in a very quiet place surrounded by greenery on the first hill of Aosta. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and the price includes all expenses including final cleaning. In July and August, if there is a free week, I do not rent for less than 5 days... I apologize...

Our two-room apartment is in a house with a garden in a quiet and panoramic location. It enjoys an excellent view of Saint Vincent and the central valley. The Saint Vincent thermal baths are about 200 meters away, while the town center is just a 10-minute walk away. Nearby there are also hiking trails surrounded by nature. Overlooking the pedestrianized street, it is the perfect starting point to stroll around the city among vestiges of ancient Rome, plus craft shops and numerous bars. Strategically located for those who want to visit our valley's famous natural attractions. 100 meters from the Regional Hospital and a 10-minute walk from both the train station and the bus station.

Treat yourself to a relaxing weekend. Our attic, overlooking the valley, has been recently renovated and is located in a quiet area on the edge of the woods in the Gran Paradiso National Park. Ideal for summer and winter vacations, including hiking, canyoning, mountain biking, climbing, and trekking. A small spa has been recently built for the exclusive use of our guests with a separate fee for those who want to use it.

Located in the midst of nature at the foot of the Mont Avic Natural Park, 4 km from the Verres highway exit, 40 minutes from Aosta and 20 minutes from the Forte di Bard. Champdepraz is a small town in the Aosta Valley, strategically located for easy access to the different valleys: Val d'Ayas, Gressoney, Champorcher and Cervinia.

Casa Monet si trova nella collina di Saint-Vincent a circa 600 metri di altitudine; una passeggiata di 15 minuti conduce alle Terme e una di 10 vi porta in centro. L'appartamento dispone di parcheggio privato ed è composto da un ingresso, una zona giorno con angolo cottura, una camera da letto per due persone ed un bagno con doccia. Sono ben accetti animali di piccola taglia a due o quattro zampe purché ben educati.

Beautiful and large house on two floors, in the historic center, leaning against the Roman walls. On the ground floor, on a courtyard, there is the sleeping area with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, on the first floor a living room with fireplace, a dining room, kitchen, bathroom/laundry. A large terrace with pergola overlooks the mountains and bell towers. Very quiet, great charm.

From here, you can easily reach the ski lifts of Torgnon, Chamois and Cervina as well as the city of Aosta The apartment is located near Cly Castle. In this area, full of trails, you can practice various sports activities including hiking, mountain biking or simple walks.

In a panoramic position a stone's throw from the Thermal Baths and the Dialysis Centre, a 10-minute walk from the historic centre. We lived in this nest for many pleasant years then, with the arrival of our son, we moved into a bigger house... but a part of our heart will always remain here :)
