Very good trip to Paul's, bright apartment and with everything you need! Great experience

This stay is very beautiful and exactly how described. We felt right at home with an upgraded view to Eiffel. I was travelling with my baby so there was some toys for the baby also. It really added a warm effect to stay. It is very close to bus, tram and train station. Lots of restaurant and supermarket is next to the building. Host is very friendly and responsive. My mother was travelling first time to Paris and she was so mesmerised by the view of Eiffel this place offers. I really felt every penny i spent was worth it.

The accommodation is small but practical, and Annabelle takes the time to explain the specifics of the accommodation, so no surprises. The cleanliness is impeccable. In case of high heat, the only opening is the door, it's ok because the access does not give directly into the street, but it must be taken into account. The bed is comfortable.

Phuong’s apartment was lovely and a perfect base for our time in Paris. Highly conveniently located just next to a metro (Laplace station) and has good amenities close by. Would strongly recommend staying here for your time in Paris!

Apartment in a very good location. Metro 4 and 13, 10-minute walk. The Studio is large enough for 1 person or a couple still very much in love😀. For parking, plan a little less than €25 per day for the car. All in all, I highly recommend it for a short stay in Paris without wanting to stay in the suburbs.

The apartment is on the 1st floor and is ideal for a stay with 6 people. We were in Paris for a few days with our 2 children and my in-laws. The division makes the apartment look like 2 separate apartments, so you can be together, but everyone also has their own area. The apartment was very clean and is beautifully decorated. Everything that is described and that you need is available, including, for example, shower gel and shampoo. You could sleep well in the beds and the bed linen was very pleasant. We only had the "problem" that it was over 30 degrees warm and we therefore had to sleep with the window open. In the rooms facing the street, it was a bit louder due to the traffic, but that's part of Paris, the city that never sleeps :-) The location is great. A Lidl is just a few meters away and it's not far to the subway. So all in all a great accommodation that I can recommend to everyone.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was just as described – clean, cozy and lovingly furnished. Especially for us as a family with two small children, the apartment was ideal. The location is great: within walking distance you can reach the metro and are in the middle of Paris very quickly, e.g. at the Eiffel Tower. Our host was super friendly, very fast in communication and flexible – we were even allowed to check in half a day earlier, as the apartment was already free. Overall great value for money. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

The apartment is very clean modern and convenient. It does feel like the pictures - I had some worry about sound because it’s a Parisian apartment with fairly thin walls but the building was very quiet so this was a non issue. I had no direct communication with the host because there was no need to everything was as advertised, but they seemed very proactive. 10/10 would recommend !

Excellent choice for those in paris, subway displacement makes everything easy, communication with the host was unparalleled, always responding to us promptly. 100% Recommended, I hope to stay again on an upcoming trip to Paris.

Andy was all the way super helpful. The apartment is on the 10th floor with lots of light and air. It is located on the outskirts of Paris, but with many good public transport.

We enjoyed our stay so much! From the moment we stepped into the apartment, we were amazed. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had such a cozy, welcoming feel that we instantly felt at home. Communication with Marie was fantastic—she was friendly, always quick to respond, and super helpful. The apartment is in a great location, with the metro and a supermarket nearby, making it easy to get around. It’s the perfect place for a Paris stay—peaceful and calm, yet just a quick and easy trip to the city center. Highly recommended!

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Sophie is very attentive, in addition to communicating quickly, she helps with everything that is needed with generosity! Montrouge is a nice place, it's easy to get to the center of Paris! The apartment is about 10 minutes from the subway station and 3 minutes from the bus stop. There is a lot of commerce and you feel safe when walking home. Sophie's space is great! It is spacious by Paris standards, both the living room/kitchen space and the bedroom are very comfortable, you sleep well even on the sofa bed. The icing on the cake was the Jacuzzi, which offers a very pleasant comfort, the facilities are new and very clean. The towels and sheets are also new! Everything is impeccable! The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony was under construction, it will certainly be very beautiful soon! We'll definitely come back to enjoy it! Thank you.

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

Loved the space. Smaller than what we thought & a very interesting place above a car auto shop. The space itself was very clean& fun. We took advantage of the sauna, jacuzzi& outdoor space. The only thing I hated was the shampoo…I felt like I couldn’t get clean because it left my hair all sticky. We also wanted more towels than we were given! Other than that we loved it and were glad to have a space away from the city.

The location of Mawei's apartment was perfect, right in the heart of the city! It was super convenient to get around and explore. The apartment was easy to self check-in and very clean. It was in a very quiet neighborhood while being only 20 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. Great bakeries and restaurants were within a couple minutes walk. We'd definitely stay here again!

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.

We had a wonderful stay at Ramo’s suite. It was exactly as the pictures showed it. The location is absolutely ideal right on the Seine River which offers stunning views and peaceful atmosphere. The place is quiet, private and feels like a true escape from the hustle of the city. Practicality was top notch: there’s a-lot of local grocery stores just a short walk away and it was very easy for G7 drivers to find the address and pick us up. Everything about this place made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.
