Waterfront holiday rentals in Chatham County

Perfect for a couple on a cute island not far from SAV airport. Floor plan was improved from typical layout to maximize space and convenience; I loved the extra counterspace / bedroom vanity area. It was a welcome surprise to have cooking necessities like spices and a choice of coffee makers. The bed was quite comfortable for even a large/tall person. Dauphins and pelicans are plentiful early and evening right out back. There's nothing better than being on the beach with an ocean front view.

We loved everything about Lisa’s place. Location was perfect, everything was walkable…pool, bakery, restaurants, tennis, etc. Felt right at home and wanted to hang out there every night to watch the sunsets. Well equipped condo and the bed was really comfy. We will be back and highly recommend!

It was a very nice condo. Everything was just as described in the listing. Clean. However, there’s just not enough room to put everything that we brought. Had there been more than 2 of us we would’ve been in a fix with having room to put all our stuff. We used the bunk beds to put things on as well as using drawers. Just cautioning anyone that would think more than 2 could stay comfortably, I just don’t think so. Only other thing was the 1st time I turned on the hot water it had the strongest sulfur smell ever! I have stayed at condos in this club before and never experienced that ever. I did contact Melba who told me to just run the water for a while until it was cold to clear the tank and that did seem to help tremendously. but there was still a hint of sulfur smell in the hot water. As always, this area is perfect if you love watching the big ships & dolphins & even shrimping boats. We always love this side of the island the best! We enjoyed our stay!

This place is so beautiful that we didn’t want to leave! If you’re looking for a “very Savannah experience” (as our daughter wanted for her birthday), this spot lives up to that. The views are amazing! The room is located in the middle of the Savannah hustle and bustle. I enjoyed people watching from the windows. The place was very clean and well stocked. The parking was close by. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was clean, nicely decorated and felt so homey. The pool is so easy to get to and the beach is only a few more steps away. We enjoyed her condo a lot.

Ann was one of the best hosts we've had on Airbnb. She was easy to reach and always responded to messages. The house was perfect - my wife and I came to Savannah for a 25th wedding anniversary getaway. The location was also perfect - beautiful location and convenient to both Tybee Island and Savannah. The rental unit was comfortable and well appointed. It matched the Airbnb listing perfectly. We would be happy to stay here again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this villa. It was serene and peaceful with the lake setting. The unit was clean and thoughtfully decorated. I think this was one of my favorite units we’ve stayed in, and we’ve stayed in many. The only downside was it wasn’t the most accessible for the trails. We had to cross the very busy street which felt a little dangerous. We have booked with Jessica and plan to again for all of our SeaPines bookings.

Connie’s place was not only the perfect size and location but also just the perfect vibe. Every part of the treehouse matched what we were wanting out of our vacation and made our trip that much more enjoyable. Whether it was sitting outside drinking coffee in the morning or out by the fire at night, the view and peaceful surroundings along with the interior views created the perfect escape for us throughout our entire stay. Connie was responsive and beyond amazing with every question and help we needed. She was an amazing host and created the best space for our trip, we appreciated every big and small detail!

The Lakefront Carriage House is beautifully situated on a private lake in a residential neighborhood right between Savannah and Tybee, making it the perfect home-away-from-home for enjoying the area. We appreciated the bright, modernist decor, and the host was very friendly and responsive. I wish the gas tank for the fire pit was full, and I would definitely recommend bringing bug spray, but overall we loved our stay and can't wait to return!

We had a great stay. This is a well established community with quick and easy access to all of the areas attractions. Very quiet. Never heard any noises or neighbors. Plenty of space and the backyard and pool are so well designed and installed. Heated pool came in handy as we had some cool weather a few days. Kitchen appliances and laundry equipment are new. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Milan’s home is absolutely beautiful and very comfortable for a family stay. Although we weren’t able to use the pool during our visit, the home itself was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. Milan was extremely responsive throughout our stay and was very accommodating when a few small mishaps came up. His quick communication and willingness to help really made a difference. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend Milan’s place to others. I’m giving our stay a 4 out of 5!

Amazing views from the front and back porches and the rooftop deck! It was the first time that my family and I have stayed in a home with an inverted floor plan but it makes sense to have the living areas where the views are! The screened porch was a bonus, as well as the convenience of an elevator! I also cannot say enough about the convenience of the location… 20 minutes to Savannah, 7 minutes to Fort Pulaski, 10 minutes to North Beach, and 5 minutes to the Crab Shack! This beach home is tastefully decorated and my family loved the beautiful artwork and sea turtle decor!

The host was friendly and timely with her communication. The house and the property itself were exactly as they appeared in the pictures. We appreciated that everything inside and outside the house was in perfect working order. The convenient drive to Savannah for a day trip was a highlight for our family. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and will certainly plan to book your property again in the future.

This was probably my favorite house we have ever stayed. The house was beautiful, clean and had everything you would need on your trip. We grilled out on the charcoal grill one night while enjoying the beautiful scenery. The screened in back porch was my favorite morning spot for coffee and enjoying the wildlife. I hope we have an opportunity to rent it again soon.

Loved our stay in Tybee Island. Great place right on the beach. Terese was great to communicate with us and answer all our questions. We felt comfortable reaching out to her for anything we needed. Thanks for a great vacation!

Quaint aquatic theme decor. Comfortable furniture in all rooms. Well stocked with everything we needed. Location was sooo convenient to the Harbortown business district. Walkable to everything. Pool was warm. Just a delightful setting for a great week. Hosts were very accommodating.

It was a very nice place with awesome views. Only downsides are that it was a bit small (no room for two night stands in the main bedroom) and the walk to the beach was a bit of a haul. Overall it was great for what we needed and a fair price.

Limited view of the beach, but it was ocean front and easy to get to the beach. As described, it was on the Savanna River side of the island, so no waves except from passing boats and cargo ships. I loved sitting out in the high top chairs on the balcony having my morning coffee. We also enjoyed the pool late afternoon after the children were gone. Overall a very pleasant stay and we enjoyed the one afternoon that we drove to the main part of the island.

Amber is the best, as well as her co-hosts! She was quick to respond to any and all questions. The condo was neat and clean and had all we could need and more! The balcony had an amazing view! TV is super nice and HUGE! Pool is very nice and clean! Towels and thick and nice! Everything is super nice and we will book again!!

Our place was perfect, surrounded by inviting and tasteful decor. The kitchen was very handy and appreciated with all the plates, silverware and utensils. Beds COMFY! Good water pressure in the shower. Lots of hot water and we made use of the washer and dryer. The outside was immaculate with great appeal. Very relaxing. We were struck by the phenomenon of the tide’s inflow and outflow. We appreciated the privacy and the ability to make our way about the island with little difficulty. We are deeply grateful that we found this place and were able to create stronger bonds between ourselves, and had the opportunity to meet the owners who were very open and friendly.

Dana was friendly during our stay and was prompt to help us with a minor issue we had with the automatic door lock. My wife and I had a great stay in Tybee and we're able to walk to the beach and nearby bars and shopping during our stay. We also made a quick day trip to Savannah while we were there.

Being two people who work very stressful and difficult jobs as a cop and a child protective service worker this vacation was much needed for our mental health and the fact that everything we needed was already available for us with staying in this beautiful condo, made this vacation even more stress free on top of the beautiful views and easy access to the beach with great weather and not a lot of people surrounding us.
