We had a great stay in this apartment, perfect location for exploring La Rochelle. Despite being in the centre of town it was really quiet at night which was very helpful for our six month old baby (and us!) Would definitely recommend!

Brigitte is super nice and very helpful. The apartment is super clean, large, very quiet, with heating and equipped with everything you need. The location is central in the old town center, in a few minutes you can walk to the harbor. Nearby there are many restaurants and shopping. Arriving by car is a bit complicated due to the location of the apartment (no stopping and parking in front of the apartment). There are parking spaces in the vicinity, but many of them are subject to a charge. Free parking is available near the adjacent park. All in all, it was a very nice stay in La Rochelle. the RC apartment with its sea view terrace less than 100 meters is really great, in the evening of beautiful sunset await you, the place is really quiet and relaxing, dedicated and secure parking, no need to take the car to walk along the seaside and take long walks. the apartment is very functional and very clean, everything works, TV, WiFi, washing machine, i stayed there for 1 month and no worries on this side. everything is thinking to feel at home. I was greeted by Bernard their neighbor, who is very kind and available, EVA and Louis are also very kind, I was more in contact with Eva, with a great humor, who made me laugh a lot, I didn't have the chance to see them during my stay, but you will have to deal with very beautiful people, Eva was very responsive to my requests. I'll come back to that it's for sure, a big thank you to EVA and LOUIS for their kindness. Philippe

It’s a fantastic location in a beautiful part of La Rochelle, a few minutes walk to the Port, shops, restaurants etc. The apartment was very well equipped with lovely views from the terrace including the use of the jacuzzi which was an added bonus. For young toddlers and people with mobility issues the stairs would be challenging. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

Very nice welcome from Frédéric. We stayed there on a long weekend with our baby, the studio space was quite sufficient. The common courtyard is very pleasant. Perfect location, with views of the port, shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity (without the associated noise pollution). Frédéric was very available for all questions. I recommend it.

Very good stay. Quiet environment, easy access, well-equipped accommodation. The campsite is also quiet, well maintained. Very good stay with the children.
