Perfectly equipped house, ideal for a stay for a couple.

Ideal accommodation for a family holiday (we were two adults and two children)! The house is close to shops/restaurants and a 15min walk to the beach. The space is spacious and includes everything we needed (special mention for the many puzzles, games and children's books)! We recommend:)

Great accommodation, in line with the photos, clean and spacious. Enjoy both the large spaces inside and the outdoors. Marie Claude is very friendly, accommodating and with good tips for visiting the area. I recommend it.

We had a splendid time at Emmanuel's place. Our family of five stayed for a week and felt right at home. The house had all we needed to feel comfortable, and it was very clean. We loved the beautiful garden in particular. Also, the location is great. It's a very pretty residential neighborhood, in close walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, and all the central port area has to offer. Wish we had stayed longer! We had a wonderful time, and we would gladly return to Marie and Emmanuel's place and to La Rochelle.

The stay at Florence's was all around beautiful. The accommodation in Saint Martin de Re is perfectly located on the island for excursions by bike to any place on the island. The place itself is really nice with its harbor, shopping and restaurants and the accommodation in a small side street is very quiet and yet centrally located. In the morning, we heard the seagulls. We were nicely received in French and everything important was conveyed to us and yet effort was made in the translation. In the house, you will find all the important tips and information about the house, location and island. The house itself is perfectly equipped with everything important and more and really lovingly furnished. However, the equipment here and there is a bit outdated and could be reworked in the future (new paint, sanding of the work surfaces, bathroom joints, etc.). We had a lovely stay and would come back!

Beautiful apartment. Well located close to shops and restaurants in La Couarde. The equipment is in good condition and the apartment is very clean. Access is very easy thanks to Nicolas' simple and very clear instructions.

We were very positively surprised by this cozy and very tastefully furnished small house. The personal charm of the hostess was reflected in all the details. This small townhouse is super centrally located, 5 minutes to the daily market. Everything for feasting could be obtained there. It is quiet on site, you sleep great. We booked spontaneously and could not book longer, we would have liked to stay 😊

The accommodation is of incredible beauty, decorated with great taste, everything is refined, warm and perfectly thought out for the comfort of the guests. We had a great stay in Jany's atypical accommodation. The accommodation is very spacious and very well located. Jany and Lolita are very welcoming. The large garage is really a plus for parking a large car. If you have a 2nd large car, there is a parking lot nearby that operates 24 hours a day. Access is nevertheless a little complicated because of the many one-way streets on one side and on the other side you need a map. If the opportunity arises, I will gladly return to this very well decorated accommodation. Thank you Jany and Lolita!

Guillaume was the perfect host, and his property served our needs perfectly. Beautiful, quiet, peaceful location close to the market and supermarket. Le Bois Plage is gorgeous. Guillaume responds promptly to all questions. Everything was so easy. Highly recommended.

We stayed five nights in June 2024 in Simona's charming house with our little dog, and we had a great time. The accommodation is as described: spacious, clean, very well-equipped and pleasant to live in. We enjoyed the small garden at the front, perfect for enjoying the sun in peace. The location is ideal: central but in a very quiet residential area, which allows you to do everything on foot while enjoying a peaceful environment. Simona was very available and responsive throughout our stay. We strongly recommend this listing and will not hesitate to return!

Very nice house, decorated and furnished with care. It immediately felt good there. Quiet environment allowing for a nap in the outdoor area😉. Nina Métayer bakery 2 minutes away, we loved it! Large supermarket also 2 minutes away with electric vehicle charging stations. electric. City center 10 minutes' drive. We highly recommend it! We'll be back!
