A great apartment for transit. The value for money is fine. It is clean and complete with a great bed. Conveniently, the car can park on private property and the bikes in a garage. The apartment is in a quiet suburb, a 30-minute walk from the center of Valence. Laetitia is most friendly and goes out of her way to make sure you are satisfied.

ideal accommodation to disconnect with an atypical setting (equipment for children, swimming pool, chicken coops, pony enclosure, 7 cats not at all fierce and a nice little dog, simple and optimized house). Fleur and Jean Marc are very welcoming and warm hosts who have this rare relational intelligence of knowing how to respect privacy while being proactive at the right time. We recommend it for families looking for freshness, greening in an ultra original place.

beautiful house, neat decoration with lots of small details especially in the bedrooms, very well equipped like the summer kitchen (dishwasher, coffee maker, bbq, fridge, microwave, dishes) beautiful pool with small pools, the beds next to the pool are very nice lots of opportunities for activities a few kilometers away (tain cellar, tours, valrhona, tain restaurants) attention point: one or two steps to access each room so to be taken into account if you have a difficulty walking but I highly recommend

Very good stay at Céline's! Brand new and impeccable apartment, the pool and its terrace are very pretty, with the host's house and the accommodation it's a real postcard 🤩 There are even 2 turtles walking around the garden!! The only small downside for us is the direct view between the 2 apartments (host + guest) and the pool which is in the middle but that did not stop us from enjoying the pool anyway!! It's the most beautiful house we've stayed in in recent years. The host leaves her family home as it is, for guests she does not know and offers access to a complete pharmacy, all the ingredients in the kitchen, still and sparkling water in bottles at will, linens including towels in abundance. All these little touches and trust contribute to feeling comfortable and respected from the outset, inspiring mutual respect. The house is huge, full of nooks and crannies that allow you to cohabit without stepping on each other. The garden is very well maintained, beautiful, with a prolific wisteria that shelters a flock of birds that frolic in the morning and evening. No vis-à-vis, very nice pool, absolute calm, a well-stocked proxi (meat +++) 200 m away, 2 restaurants/bar, hiking trails next to the house, and Laurence's very wise visiting advice. Hi, We were greeted by Olivier, who was waiting for us on site for a detailed description of the place, and as a bonus, small local specialties...!! Also, a very high level of responsiveness in case of need...!!👍 clear explanations of this place where absolutely nothing is missing to spend moments of calm and conviviality. Everything is gathered on site, from the housing, very functional, to the spacious, landscaped and tree-lined exteriors, with a beautiful swimming pool. A big thank you to Olivier for allowing us to experience a moment, as we would like to experience many more often in a year. I highly recommend it...!!! 👍👍👍👍👍 We'll be happy to go back...!!! We had an amazing stay at Valerie and Thierry’s place. The house had everything you could ask for and the surroundings, in the middle of the wineyards, are exceptional. Valerie couldn’t have taken better care of us. We were travelling with our 10 month old baby and Valerie made sure everything we needed for our son was made available. Perfect place for a small family. We truly enjoyed our stay and already talking about returning!

A huge thank you for this rejuvenating stay in the heart of nature. We were greeted with gentleness, kindness and responsiveness by a smiling and attentive host. His house, perfectly equipped to comfortably accommodate 8 people, exudes simplicity and authenticity. A real family home spirit, as we like them: no fuss, warm, conducive to reunions. Our whole family loved it, and we recommend this place with great pleasure.

We spent 4 nights and really appreciated the instructions that were clear, the clean accommodation, the excellent bedding, in the kitchen nothing was missing, the new and functional air conditioning in all the rooms and the living room. We thought that if we had to say something to make it incredible and improve it, it would be: - Put a film on the part of the front door to prevent people from seeing inside. - the kitchen table is a little too high, you have to add cushions if you are short. - if there was a swimming pool, it would be the icing on the cake. But despite that, we had a great stay and we will rent again if we go back to the area.

For transit, this bungalow was very suitable for the two of us. It was also good that we could park in the closed courtyard without any problems. Particularly noteworthy: Several windows of the apartment are conveniently equipped with fly screens. Very friendly host.

Excellent stay at Marine and Kevin's. The studio is large and pleasant. Modern and practical. The housing environment is a haven of peace, ideal for recharging. We're lulled by birds chirping. Very nice bedding. Marine and Kévin will welcome you with open arms, which, for me, made my stay a very pleasant experience. I recommend it!!

Very modern, clean and roomy apartment just a couple of kilometers from the town, but in the middle of the countryside. Nice terrace just outside the door. We enjoyed a glass of whine while listening to the birds sing.

Angélique called this house "Havre de Paix" (Peaceful Haven) and upon entering we grasped its full meaning. A crazy charm, a warm decoration, beautiful outdoor spaces conducive to rest, a swimming pool by which it is good to relax, absolute calm in a very peaceful environment. We were happy to meet Angélique and her husband Damien who are lovely people. While staying in this haven of peace, I thought of Lamartine's poem (Le Lac): "O Time! Suspend your flight and you propitious hours suspend your course". Yes, go to Angélique and learn to savor a time of infinite happiness.

The stay at Magalie's house was great. we spent a weekend with childhood friends and the children and the house was perfect for this reunion weekend. It's tastefully decorated and the relationships before and after our arrival were superb. Thanks again for this moment

Great stay at Jérôme's! The accommodation is great, but it's the outside that makes all the difference: a little corner of paradise lost in nature, with cicadas, the sun and a magnificent view to top it all off. We'll be back, that's for sure! 😁

We stayed in this accommodation for the extended weekend of Pentecost. Very nice house, very well equipped, located in a peaceful environment with a magnificent view. Our host was available, accommodating and very friendly throughout our exchanges. Comfortable bedding, modern amenities, we don't want to leave!

We spent a WE with the family. We enjoyed the interior space, and also the outdoor space: the wide view of the hills, the large terrace where we ate all our meals. And outdoor activities: the swimming pool, the bowling alley (what fun!) and the ping pong table. There is something for everyone!

I am so glad we stayed here it was a remarkable setting. As we didn’t have the energy to walk back down hill to the town we made do with cheese and bread on the balcony overlooking the Rhone. A great choice as it turned out. We were shown inside the chateau project the next day. It might be mad but it’s fabulous and courageous and will be more amazing as it progresses. It’s not complete yet …
