Very nice house in the countryside, recently transformed, quiet, easy to access. A car is necessary to visit the region, several sites and beaches are easily accessible. The house was extremely clean, well arranged, and comfortable. The indoor games, foosball and heated indoor pool are very enjoyable! Finally, a big thank you for the quality of the welcome and the delicious far breton!

Emillien was a exemplary and friendly host , who genuinely cares about the comfort of his guests . The breakfast is generous and of a high quality with local ingredients. The location is situated well for exploration of western Brittany and the Pays d’enclos .

The hostess is very likeable and attentive. The location of the house was perfect. The complex and the house are very well maintained. The house is super clean and the furnishings in excellent condition. We had a great vacation and felt very comfortable.

With 2 friends, we spent the week of June 1 to 7 in the cottage of Colette and Jean-Christophe. The cottage is really very good, faithful in all respects to the description that is made of it; it is very quiet, in the Breton countryside. The owners are very nice and attentive to their guests. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't in tune with these positive points, but that's nobody's fault! Jean-Christophe had said that we could use the jacuzzi even in the rain, but no... In summary, we are very satisfied with this cottage and recommend it without reservation. Best regards G. Joubert

It is perfectly located to radiate around Douarnenez, and you will find the calm of a detached house when you return. Sylvie was very responsive and is concerned about the well-being of the occupants of the accommodation. We would definitely recommend this listing.

We were welcomed by Anne upon arrival. it is a lovely cottage, roomy, cosy and very well furnished. The garden has both sunny and shaded area. The area is very quiet, and nice sunsets are a stone's throw away. Highly recommended!

a foreign place where you immediately feel at home. Beautifully designed cottage, in a wonderful location. Cathrine is so warm and was always there for us when we asked for something. The house lacked nothing, everything you need on a holiday was available. She even provided toys from her grandchildren for our son, and they were exactly the toys designed for his age. That is a lovely house, clean and comfortable with its garden, and quite rural. That’s perfect for those who take a break from big city life. There is everything in the kitchen one might need. The place around it is quiet and green. It is dark and calm at night. Amazing for sleeping in. The house shares the area with a mini farm (a pony, goats, chickens, a cat and two dogs). Aude is a friendly and helpful host, living next door. Her dogs are such adorable and lovely creatures. We enjoyed staying there surrounded by nature. Thank you, Aude!

This beautiful house in an absolute dream location with great sea views is a place to relax. The house is very well furnished and has everything to make its guests happy. For hikers, it is located directly on the G34 hiking trail. For beach holidays, there are many options within walking distance or a short drive. If you want city life, you can drive to Crozon with its great market in 10 minutes. Xavier is a top landlord, always available and Aline on site takes care lovingly Anytime again! An insider tip!

Simply a house in a little heaven in a beautiful area. It was absolutely perfect, the charm of the countryside next to the sea. Everything has been thought out for a great stay. A super beautiful exterior, with a private, intimate garden and at the same time the common garden where the children of the other houses meet to play. The house is lovely, Erwan is welcoming, present and attentive. Thank you so much to him.

Very well located accommodation for navigating from north to south and east to west (be careful to the west, there is the sea) The house is very nice and the outside too. Monique is a very friendly person. We recommend travelers to stay there.

The stay was fantastic The house is absolutely quiet and also super central. 100 meters on foot and you are in the center of Locronan, which is like a medieval open-air museum.

This cottage is so lovely….its peaceful and a very short walk to the lovely little village of Locronan. The cottage was absolutely spotless and had a really wonderful atmosphere, fully equipped and perfect if you’re looking for some peace and quiet in the countryside.

The luxury is above all the location in a beautiful, well-kept garden in direct proximity to the sea. Anne gave us a lot of information about the area and answered all questions very quickly and reliably. We had a great week. Thank you.

Fantastic 2 week stay with Laurence and Arnaud. The property is very stylish / modern inside, with all the items one might need or want (great kitchen, baby items and shower etc) plus the view was stunning. The garden is like a veritable Eden - it’s truly beautiful with lots of nice areas to relax whilst looking at the ever changing sea view. There is also direct access to a wonderful beach. Super location - 5-10 minute walk into town with two bakeries, a great market and lots of nice restaurants. A good little supermarket too so we didn’t need to get in the car once. Location also good for a number of great hikes (short and long), the wonderful nearby island (which is an 8km loop from the house - a nice run or walk) plus various of Carantec’s beaches. A few nice days trips can be had from the house (Morlaix, Roscoff etc) but why leave Carantec 😉 Laurence and Arnaud were both charming, and really fab hosts. They provided plenty of great local tips and are lovely people.

We spent a wonderful week in Ty Caprice. Eric and Sandrine greeted us and showed us everything in the house. We immediately felt at home. The view of the sea from the terrace and living room is beautiful. Many hikes are possible from the house, but you should definitely bring good shoes. A very successful holiday, which we would repeat at any time.
