Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Chartrons, Bordeaux

Marie-Helene’s place was perfect for our stay! Her house is in top condition - clean, organized, and spacious. The terrace was a very nice bonus. Our dog was super happy to find an enclosed dog bed, similar to the one she travels with! Communication was great with clear instructions and she even drew us a diagram when I couldn’t figure out how to turn on the TV! We love this location - great for walking and very close to the tram. The house is cleverly tucked behind a wall so that although you are in the city, you are not directly on the road. We would definitely return to Marie-Helene’s place!

Perfect place to stay for a Bordeaux stay. We - 3 married couples - felt very comfortable with Julie. The house with balcony in a secluded courtyard situation is located in the atmosphere district of Chartrons - the stroll starts right from the front door. The Garonne - and the nearest tram station - are just a few steps away.

Staying at Sophie & Bruno’s place was like staying with friends. The location was perfect for us, outside the city but easy access to the tram to get into Bordeaux or by car to the surrounding area. Three great double bedrooms with ensuite rooms, all air conditioned. We had a terrace to sit outside and eat breakfast. Sophie has an amazing address book for restaurants and we ate out very well each night (La Table de Decanteur (local resto with amazing wine), Zephirine, Ressources (both amazing restaurants, easy to reach by tram) and La Cor(o)niche by the Bassin d’Arcachon). There are plenty of local shops in Le Bouscat easily accessible on foot. We will definitely stay with Sophie again if we’re in Bordeaux, it’s nice to be out of the heat of the city. Sophie & Bruno are very welcoming and make you feel very much at home, nothing is too much trouble. I think my favourite Airbnb to date.

We had a lovely time at Marieme's place. The location is beautiful and very convenient. The house is nicely decorated and well- appointed. Everything was exactly as expected.

Another great stay at François's place!

We spent a weekend with friends at Véronique's. It is a peaceful house, decorated with great taste, you feel good there, it was a place conducive to sharing and reunions between friends. Véronique answered our questions and had perfectly prepared the arrival in the accommodation. I recommend this accommodation :)

The accommodation is really nice and pretty. The bed is super comfortable and the neighborhood has the best location to walk in the center of the city. It has definitely worth the price payed. Looking forward to return soon.

Good Location in the Chartrons area. Easy access by Bus and Tram into the Centre. A stand alone property in her garden which was spacious, comfortable and clean. Isabelle was very helpful and always communicated well with us. A great place to stay .

Great spot to explore Bordeaux from

I had a very enjoyable stay for a month. The apartment was conveniently located and incredibly well-equipped. The hosts were very welcoming and responsive. I highly recommend this accommodation!

It's a spacious one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor on a side street. It's very close to restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores but very quiet at night. It's also amazingly cool even on a 90F day without AC. If you take a walk along the river, you'll get to the city center in 15-20 min. Bus and tram is also close by. Francois is super responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

Beautiful artsy appartment close to downtown and a few steps from the river. We were able to have an early check-in, which meant the world as we were travelling with kids. Well equipped, loved the decor.

Fanny is a lovely, attentive and very precise host. She has always been responsive both in providing information and in asking if everything was okay. Her house is small but well distributed: entrance with kitchen, living room with sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom. It's a shame that the street is very dark at night. Otherwise, everything was fantastic!

My wife and I loved Sophie’s place and would love to return. Great location, the patio has a great view of the church and offers a nice outdoor space. Great restaurants and shops nearby and easy access to the tram to get anywhere you want to go.

We enjoyed our stay in Bordeaux. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious. It was well equipped with everything that we needed and useful information about Bordeaux was also provided.

This apartment was in the perfect location. We enjoyed a lot of food and shopping, yet the apartment was close enough to come back in between to drop off shopping bags or take a quick break. There are a lot of restaurants near by and a super market for all your needs. The apartment was beautifully decorated, spacious, bright light coming through the windows and a lovely breeze when open. Highly recommended. we enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Odile was a fantastic host. Communication before and during was very good and her instructions were very clear. The apartment was lovely and a great base to relax and explore the town.

Lucile's apartment was great! Easy to walk to town center but still close to restaurants and cafes. The space is great for two people with an amazing terrace. Wish we had stayed longer! Highly recommend.
