Away from the roads and the hustle and bustle, it is a green setting of 2 hectares, set with majestic oaks, bordered by a rû and punctuated by a small pond.

The sound of the river, the song of the birds, the 13th century mill are there for a total change of scenery. The river lends itself to a short swim, a kayak ride or a fishing trip. A room has been dedicated to the relaxation area, with light therapy, sauna and two large poufs to relax. The sauna is a real Nordic sauna with a hot stone stove inside. You also have in the living room a superb wood-burning stove for winter nights.

The house, completely renovated and carefully decorated, has a private shaded outdoor garden, in which vehicle parking is possible. The village center is a 3-minute drive and the supermarket is 5 minutes away. Access via a pedestrian walkway provides direct access to the pond and the nautical center.
