Very welcoming family home. Very nice garden, very well equipped: outdoor table, petanque court, etc.

Pleasant stay with the family in a site we knew from having lived in the Village for a long time. The rental is in a very beautiful environment with all the necessary amenities. The instructions are very clear and the hosts are very easily reachable

A very beautiful family farmhouse in the countryside, in a quiet area, 15 minutes from Sens. Full of charm and very well maintained, it is a true haven of peace with family and/or friends. Plethoric and quality equipment, very large swimming pool, terrace in the shade in front of the house and overlooking the swimming pool. Responsive and thoughtful host. Accommodation, impeccable and friendly. I recommend it.

Ideal for radiating between Sancerrois and Auxerrois. The accommodation is very comfortable (fireplace, well-equipped kitchen, a large master bedroom) and the park is absolutely beautiful, justifying the stay on its own (house sheep, deer or wild boars and passing foxes). Yvan is a very considerate host who provides bicycles (mountain bikes in very good condition), perfect for reaching the many lakes and cruising the Puisaye. Plenty of opportunities to hike around the property as well. A great option to discover this beautiful region.

Nicolas was very professional and really friendly about the flexibility of the schedules. The accommodation was really very relaxing and of a very good quality. I was able to have very good nights of rest to facilitate my work as a DJ. thank you Nicolas for this very nice welcoming place.

House nestled in a green setting, very quiet, well-equipped, very spacious (there were 11 of us and we didn't step on each other at all, responsive hosts, decorated with great taste, many activities possible on site. On the other hand, not very well signposted. We had to ask neighbors but it's really not a big deal. It's only for the first time and we'll definitely come back.

We were greeted with great kindness by Patrick, a host who was both friendly and attentive. The cottage, truly charming, is comfortable, perfectly maintained and very well equipped. The provision of a boat, a canoe, a pedal boat, a foosball table, bicycles and many other amenities adds real added value to the stay and fully contributes to the quality of the experience. We were able to enjoy our family weekend in a peaceful and pleasant setting. We sincerely thank Patrick for his hospitality and recommend this place without hesitation.

Beautiful spacious apartment. Extremely well equipped and perfect for our overnight stop on the way to Italy. Hadrien was extremely helpful in letting us in and assisting us with parking - the approach is quite narrow for our large family car, but all went smoothly thanks to Hadrien’s help. Auxerre looked beautiful - shame we couldn’t stop for longer. We will definitely hope to return next time we are doing the drive down to Italy.

Our family of 8 stayed here for a week and we had a wonderful time. The house is exactly as described. Everything you need and more is available at the house plenty to keep the kids entertained. The area is very quiet and felt very safe. Supermarket nearby and a small town. Larger towns within a 20/25 minute journey. Hosts are great and have recommendations and very responsive when we had a slight problem. Really lovely stay and would recommend.

Great place to stay for access to the forest. Easy to find and check in was easy. Host was very quick to respond to queries and was very helpful. Unfortunately we arrived before the pool was open but we would have used it if we could and it were a bit warmer. Rooms were clean and a good size. Kitchen is a little small but we managed to cook for us all okay. Regret not using the sauna but amazing that it were there.

A beautiful stay spent with friends! The accommodation and the services offered fully match the listing and the photos. There is even shower gel, shampoo and conditioner available, just like at the hotel. I 100% recommend this accommodation, especially for the heated pool which must be pleasant to use in summer and winter.

A very good stay in Villemer in this country house. Very functional and pleasant with a lot of equipment. We liked the responsiveness of our host as well as his flexibility. We recommend it!

Aurelien is a friendly and welcoming host. The house is large and beautiful with a huge garden in the countryside. It's super nice no matter what time of day. Although a little old-fashioned (small electricity problem among other things), it is well equipped (the game room is great) and really nice. We had a great weekend and recommend.

We had a lovely time! Emilie and Grégoire are very kind, welcoming and responsive. The house is beautiful, decorated with great taste and enjoying a large well-maintained garden that made our daughters delighted! We were able to do a lot of activities with the kids around. I would highly recommend it!
