Our clean and comfortable studio garden room is perfect for a break away from home. Great space for 1 or 2 guests, comfortable bed, equipped kitchen, tv and wifi. Cheltenham town centre is a pleasant walk away or easily accessible by bus or car. We have always taken pride in the level of cleanliness at each changeover and have increased our thoroughness in light of recent guidelines with regard to reducing the spread of infectious diseases.

The Garden room has its own front and back door, and access to a lovely south facing garden. It has a kitchenette and en suite. It has a very comfortable king-size bed. We are 10-15 minutes walk from the town centre and have views onto Cleeve Hill the highest point of the Cotwolds. There are good local pubs, a national award winning fish and chip shop and a supermarket all nearby. Perfectly situated for all Cheltenham festivals.

Katrina was one of the best hosts we ever met. She was always very helpful and went beyond expectations. Thank you so much, we're very happy and much appreciated. The place was up and beyond scratch for our 2 week stay in all aspects (10 mins walk to the city center, near the bus station, nice parks, and lots of nice shops and restaurants). We could well return and lovely Cheltenham .

A lovely cute cottage with pretty postage stamp garden in the front to catch the late afternoon sun, and nearby to the church & church bells. The cottage contained everything we needed. The location was good with a supermarket and several restaurants & takeaways within easy walking distance. Parking was ok, we found a space every day without problem. The neighbours were very friendly. Perfect location for visiting the villages and towns of the Cotswolds.
