House holiday rentals in Charlotte center city

Our family of 8 adults and 2 children had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, and the outdoor pool and hot tub were well maintained. My kids loved the few water guns and inflatables that were made available for our use. House is very well appointed and well stocked with towels and kitchen supplies. Communication with Joe was easy and prompt. Highly recommended!

Great place exactly as advertised. Plenty of space and a great environment for a quiet gathering of friends.

Edward was the best host I have ever had! He was so accommodating and very responsive! I rent a lot with Airbnb and he is top notch!

We came to Charlotte for a girls weekend and the house fit the weekend perfectly. We really enjoyed the area and the house was amazing. Super spacious and had everything we needed! Erin was always available and helpful. I’d recommend anyone to stay here or at her other properties.

Patrick was a wonderful host! Very responsive whenever we had a question or need. The location was perfect for a family vacation, readily accommodating seven adults and four grandkids, ages 1 to 8. Fabulous views of the lake from the house and pool deck. Our grandkids caught many fish from the dock, including a couple of nice catfish. The kayaks were easy to launch and retrieve, and our 22 foot boat fit nicely alongside the outer dock. Five stars in all regards!

5 of us stayed here for an extended family wedding. We primped and prepped and had plenty of room for that. Two of the upstairs bedrooms were smaller than I expected. The sheets, pillows, and towels were soft and clean. The beds were comfortable. There were lots of shampoo, soap and toilet paper. The common rooms were large and comfortable. The kitchen had every tool I needed. The screened in porch got a lot of use. Everyone walked around the lake and grabbed some food in Pineville. Julie was very responsive when we had questions.

The unit was very clean which is the most important thing to me when I travel. The host was very accommodating & responsive with any questions or help we needed. Location is walkable to Bank of America stadium although we chose to scooter to cut down the time.

Had to make a last second adjustment and found Kyle’s Airbnb. The house was perfect and I’d highly recommend staying here. I’ve stayed at a handful of Airbnb’s but the attention to detail Kyle and his team has at this location is unmatched. Thanks again Kyle and Team! 👏🏾👏🏾

This place was beautiful and had a great location! My family loved staying there. Lots of walkable bars and restaurants. Close drive to a lot of attractions!

Staying here was so peaceful! the neighborhood has tons of adorable places and plants as you drive in which for me if an activity all on its own! the bright yellow exterior is cheery and welcoming when you pull in! Everything I needed to get ready for a wedding was there, it was like fate, but really it was probably an excellent host who thought about her guests ahead of time. All communication was kind and clear. I loved the couch so much, if the beds weren't as comfortable as they were, I would've lived on that thing! Clean linens, makeup face towels!!! thank you Kristin!

Great area, very walkable with plenty of amenities within 20 minutes walk. Suburban location with easy parking. Living space matched our expectations. Comfy large bed.

This house is amazing. It is even more spacious than it appears in the pictures. The garage is so nice to have, especially to load/unload in the event of rain. The back yard is very private and peaceful - you feel like you’re in own little slice of heaven. House was spotless and host responded very quickly to my questions.

We had a great time staying here. It was really close to everything, 15min from the airport and walking distance to Bank Of America stadium. We couldn't have asked for a better location!

The town house was beautiful, we stayed overnight for a concert, roomy enough for our whole family. Plenty of space and clean. Would recommend!

Such a cute neighborhood. Many of the homes have been renovated with such charm. Erica and Bryson were so kind and helpful, easy to communicate with. Great space with so many extra touches from the coffee mugs and French press coffee bar to the cozy blankets. A great shared backyard for the dogs and a wonderful active neighborhood to walk the dogs, run, or walk to great restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

This home was so beautiful! Its location is perfect, but still secluded enough to where you have privacy. It was very clean and the beds were so comfortable! I kept telling my boyfriend I'd love to rent this home because it was just that amazing! Please don't hesitate to book!

Would stay again! Antoinette’s home was very nice. It is updated, clean, and stocked with everything you need to be comfortable. The location is convenient to everything we wanted to do while Charlotte.

Austin and Katherine were super helpful and quick to respond. They were able to let us know when the house was ready for early check in. We were staying for our daughter’s wedding weekend and needed to get in a little early. After check out we realized something may have been left behind. They were quick to respond and allowed us immediate access to go back in and check. I wish we had of had more time at the house but the weekend was packed with activity. The house was close to the venue and easy to get in and out of neighborhood. The house is large and spacious. Didn’t get to enjoy the screened in porch or backyard (due to my schedule) but it looked amazing!!

Great stay, perfect home for our family. Easily walkable to music venue and convenient to other restaurants and attractions. We hope to be back.

Matt was an incredibly attentive and helpful host. From weeks before our reservation he was actively communicating with us on our questions and providing helpful recommendations for things to do and places to eat around the neighborhood—and there was a lot to do and eat! Check-in was a breeze and the home was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The space was beautifully renovated with a nice big kitchen and dining area that was perfect for our family. We especially loved hanging out on the screened in porch at night after our little one went to bed. Would definitely stay again the next time we're in Charlotte!
