Apartment holiday rentals in Charlotte center city

The location was great and we were able to walk to the grocery store and some restaurants which we loved. The garage parking was also great.

It was a beautiful place and extremely close to bank of america! The host was amazing and responded very quickly, I will definitely be booking again in the future!!

A great place to stay and very communicative hosts that will accommodate your requests to the best of their ability. Very spacious and comfortable bed with great fridge and cooker, sofa, etc. Check-in needs a bit of effort, especially since the parking spot is on the lowest level, but it's straightforward once you follow the instructions, which are clearly communicated. Great to have the parking space and it's a fairly short walk to all that uptown has to offer. One thing the hosts could improve on is proper cooking equimpent - almost all the pans and pots are teflon and scratched to bits (so not safe to use). Good value for money. Very happy to stay here again.

Yana’s place was perfect for our weekend stay in Charlotte. This studio condo was walkable to restaurants and bars, and the A/C was ice cold! The checkin had several steps due to the nature of it being in a high-rise condo building, but Yanas instructions guided us through the process with no issues. The hospitality was top notch - there were even snacks available when we arrived, and we loved the couples’ themed card games. We’d definitely stay again!

Nice play to stay within close distance to downtown

Came in for Nascar weekend this was our 2nd stay we were so happy the 1st time we decided to stay again and just like the first time we enjoyed the place felt just like home highly recommended.

Our stay was great! Nice location, no issues with check-in, the hosts were very communicative, home was quiet and peaceful and had everything we needed. Overall, I would recommend and will look to book next year for our trip as well!

The home is located in a very nice Charlotte Neighborhood. There are coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance of the apartment. Apartment was clean and as pictured. As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe staying in the building.

Loved this spot. The view was amazing, it was cozy, and we enjoyed the stay. Would definitely recommend and would stay again! Host was also extremely flexible with our last minute booking and getting a cleaner out to accommodate us. Highly recommend!

We were in Charlotte for the PGA Championship and found a perfect stay at Edward’s condo. It was convenient to South Park, Quail Hallow and many delicious restaurants. The unit was wonderful with many amenities to make the stay feel like home. With a full kitchen and appliances, we were able to enjoy home cooked meals and the washer and dryer allowed us to do laundry during our week long stay. Edward was a great host and we will stay there again if we are in the Charlotte area.

my stay with flexihomes was amazing the room was very comfortable very clean. The location was perfect there were so many restaurants and activities in walking distance. They had a parking garage that was perfect !

Very private, safe, and quiet. Could barely hear a thunderstorm which was great as our dog is scared. Rachel's communication is on point. She was very responsive and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Really nice place to stay at in CLT

Linda's condo was exactly as it was described, and yes, the beautiful trees and scenery around it made it very peaceful. The condo is very welcoming, the furnishings made us feel right at home, and the location is great! Linda was always responsive and flexible during the process. It was a great experience! We will definitely be going back!

We stayed here about a month for work and it was so comfortable and cozy! The listing matches the description perfectly and was even more spacious feeling once inside. Chanra’s got great taste in room design! It truly felt like home here <3 The washer/dryer in the bathroom was very convenient after a long day at work. Plenty of amenities provided such as soaps, paper products, a plethora of kitchen appliances, and extra linens. Definitely make sure to read thru her welcome booklet— lots of local reccomendations for food and fun local spots, as well as an FAQ for the bnb itself. Chanra’s communication was top notch too. The only thing we didn’t love was the noise from the highway exit ramp right outside and headlights at night reflecting light on the ceiling as cars drove by, but nbd really. I never felt like I didn’t get a restful sleep, and we worked 12hr days. As for the “smell” in the hallway— it’s just the neighbor’s delicious smelling cooking and does not go into the apt itself
