Great place exactly as advertised. Plenty of space and a great environment for a quiet gathering of friends.

Edward was the best host I have ever had! He was so accommodating and very responsive! I rent a lot with Airbnb and he is top notch!

Absolutely loved our stay! The house was spotless, the pool was crystal clear and well-maintained, and the location was perfect—nice and quiet for relaxing, but just a short drive to all the action. Couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. 5/5!

Patrick was a wonderful host! Very responsive whenever we had a question or need. The location was perfect for a family vacation, readily accommodating seven adults and four grandkids, ages 1 to 8. Fabulous views of the lake from the house and pool deck. Our grandkids caught many fish from the dock, including a couple of nice catfish. The kayaks were easy to launch and retrieve, and our 22 foot boat fit nicely alongside the outer dock. Five stars in all regards!

5 of us stayed here for an extended family wedding. We primped and prepped and had plenty of room for that. Two of the upstairs bedrooms were smaller than I expected. The sheets, pillows, and towels were soft and clean. The beds were comfortable. There were lots of shampoo, soap and toilet paper. The common rooms were large and comfortable. The kitchen had every tool I needed. The screened in porch got a lot of use. Everyone walked around the lake and grabbed some food in Pineville. Julie was very responsive when we had questions.

The unit was very clean which is the most important thing to me when I travel. The host was very accommodating & responsive with any questions or help we needed. Location is walkable to Bank of America stadium although we chose to scooter to cut down the time.

Had to make a last second adjustment and found Kyle’s Airbnb. The house was perfect and I’d highly recommend staying here. I’ve stayed at a handful of Airbnb’s but the attention to detail Kyle and his team has at this location is unmatched. Thanks again Kyle and Team! 👏🏾👏🏾

We fell in love with NoDa during this trip! It’s the perfect walkable family (and pup) friendly neighborhood. This place was just what we needed-traveling with our dog and infant we prioritized per friendly placed with an actual separate bedroom space; a rare find in this neighborhood! Easy access to the light rail and plenty of restaurants and breweries. Everything was clean and inviting inside for us, too!

We stayed here for a quick weekend trip to Charlotte with our dogs, and it was perfect. The hosts were amazing and incredibly accommodating—offering us nearly a full day’s early check-in at a great rate, which we really appreciated. The house was super clean, modern, and exactly like the photos. There were thoughtful touches throughout—chargers everywhere, pet supplies like bowls and beds (we definitely overpacked!), and everything we needed was right where we needed it. We rented both sides of the townhouse and both were just as great. The location was close to everything we had planned, and overall, it was such a smooth and comfortable stay. Would absolutely recommend!

Great stay, perfect home for our family. Easily walkable to music venue and convenient to other restaurants and attractions. We hope to be back.

This house is amazing. It is even more spacious than it appears in the pictures. The garage is so nice to have, especially to load/unload in the event of rain. The back yard is very private and peaceful - you feel like you’re in own little slice of heaven. House was spotless and host responded very quickly to my questions.

We had a great time staying here. It was really close to everything, 15min from the airport and walking distance to Bank Of America stadium. We couldn't have asked for a better location!

The town house was beautiful, we stayed overnight for a concert, roomy enough for our whole family. Plenty of space and clean. Would recommend!

8 is Great was perfect for our conference week in Charlotte! Tons of space, well appointed, quiet street and walkable to downtown, NODA, South End -- we were so happy we chose 8 is Great versus a downtown hotel. Felt right at home for our first trip to Charlotte.

This place was perfect and accommodated our group well for my sister’s bachelorette! There was a space for everyone and we all agreed the beds were comfortable! It looked just like the pictures! There were also some welcome snacks- that’s always a win!!!! The neighborhood is very walkable and it was close to most activities we participated in! Lauren was a great communicator and gave clear instructions on check in and out procedures. We would love to come back stay again! Thanks for having us!

This place was beautiful and had a great location! My family loved staying there. Lots of walkable bars and restaurants. Close drive to a lot of attractions!

Staying here was so peaceful! the neighborhood has tons of adorable places and plants as you drive in which for me if an activity all on its own! the bright yellow exterior is cheery and welcoming when you pull in! Everything I needed to get ready for a wedding was there, it was like fate, but really it was probably an excellent host who thought about her guests ahead of time. All communication was kind and clear. I loved the couch so much, if the beds weren't as comfortable as they were, I would've lived on that thing! Clean linens, makeup face towels!!! thank you Kristin!

Beautiful home. Was perfect for getting all my family together in one place instead of spread across multiple hotel rooms. Everlong was super communicative and super awesome to work with. Will 10000% be renting from again
