Fantastic place to stay by the water. Close to a lot of restaurants and walking trails. Would stay again.

Really nice condo in a quiet neighborhood. The space fit the description and Brad was very responsive, checking in throughout our stay. Finding an Airbnb that allows pets can be challenging - we traveled with two dogs and felt right at home. The walking trail close by was a bonus. Would definitely stay again!

We selected East Jordan because it was central to the places we wanted to go to on our self-determined “color tour”. The Breezeway was often traveled and beautiful! This was a great location to hit Traverse City, Mackinaw Island/City, Boyne Mountain, etc. Highly recommend, as the unit was a perfect size, just as the pictures show, and Steve was a great and responsive host.

Laurie was fantastic to work with. Immediate responses to inquiries and a genuine dedication to providing a great experience. We had a minor hiccup at the begining, but she graciously corrected it immediatly. The one consideration for future travelers is the main floor bedroom. It states 2 beds, but it is in fact 2 twin matresses in a trundle/daybed. Although comfortable, be aware that the induividual in the bed, will have to step on or over the individual sleeping on the matress close to the floor. In addition, with the trundle fully extended, the door will not close, so there will be no privacy. Aside from that, it is well maintained and appointed. Given the restrictions and limitations that arise when renovating a building more than 100 years old, they have provied a wonderful and cozy space. We woudl defiently book with Laurie again.

The Villager Loft was our first Airbnb experience and we couldn't have asked for better accommodations! Kyle had the condo stocked with everything we could need, including a few things we forgot to pack. He was very responsive when we had questions and the guide he provided was very helpful! The condo is located close to lots of local restaurants and shops and the view is stunning!

Our stay was a perfect for our little family getaway. Peaceful and quiet with very friendly neighbors. Charlevoix and Petoskey was within a close 20-30min drive to adventure out and check out the beautiful scenery.

We enjoyed our Girls Trip in this clean, cozy chalet. The kitchen had everything we needed to make full meals, and the forest views were breathtaking! We watched the deer and squirrels forage just off the deck. It was a beautiful drive to Bellaire and Boyne City, which had plenty of shops, breweries/distilleries, and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

The stay was very nice. We arrived a couple minutes early and were able to get in. The bedroom and bathroom were great. Kitchen was great too. Perfect location. Definitely would stay there again!

Mathew’s place was wonderful and it was so close to the lifts… we loved his cozy slope side chalet! We will definitely book again in the future!

Great spot to stay!! - Love the check-in system you have with the keys. No relying on batteries! - The condo was quite lovely for the four of us. Plenty of room. - Host went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay - providing toiletries, noise machine, etc. Incredibly thoughtful. - Check out/clean up requests were completely reasonable. Great place to stay!! Would definitely stay again on our next trip up!

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our time spent here! We were instantly comfortable and everything we wanted to explore was extremely close! I got the best of both worlds staying here. We were able to go downtown also having our quality time on the rooftop. Utilizing the hot tub and corn hole boards were perfect for us! It’s definitely a location to return to.

Great host! We enjoyed our stay. Awesome location. We’ve stayed in TC many time and this is our favorite. We hope to stay with Fernando again in the future. Thanks for making us feel at home!

My family and I had a fantastic stay at Elizabeth’s place and was exactly as described- beautiful lake view/sunsets, well-equipped, comfortable beds, and great layout for multi-family (a plus I could bring my pup along)! It was a perfect centralized location to the activities we had planned for Memorial Day weekend (1 hr to Mackinaw City, 1 hr to Traverse City, 10 minutes to Boyne City, 30 minutes to Charlevoix and Petoskey). Elizabeth was very responsive and ensured check-in/check-out went smoothly. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This home was just as advertised. Clean, well stocked and our host was very responsive to our few questions. If you are planning a trip centered around biking, you can’t beat this location! It’s right on the TART trail. The condo was the perfect size for my husband and I and our small dog. Highly recommend.

This condo is beautiful, modern and centrally located! We loved being on the first floor, walkable to beach, dedicated parking. We’ll be back.

We had a wonderful weekend and totally enjoyed the Condo. It was clean, organized and we felt right at home. We most definitely would stay there again. It was perfect!! There’s something magical about Shanty Creek. It’s our little escape each year, and this visit was just what we needed. Mornings with coffee, evenings with sunsets—those peaceful balcony views never get old. The space is cozy, calm, and always feels like a gentle pause from the world. It gave us room to breathe, rest, and just be. Cheryl was a fantastic host who communicated with perfect detail and the space was our perfect getaway. We are already dreaming of next year’s visit!

Nicely decorated unit, very close to everything on the resort. We loved our stay and can't wait to go back.

Nate was a phenomenal host. Very responsive, and had great suggestions of things to do. Extremely clean inside the condo. Would recommend Nate to anyone.

Cozy fire by the fireplace Friday evening. Extremely convenient location to the Highlands and Nubs. Hot tub in community center after day of skiing. Fun times, good meals, and drinks in downtown Petoskey. Coffee in the morning with deer meandering through woods behind the condo. Condo is a nice set up for a larger group with many nice renovations. Host Shannon was very organized and responsive.

This space was perfect for our week-long stay in Bellaire. It's the little details that make a big difference to me ... the thoughtful birthday note for our oldest, the coloring books left out for our youngest ... the coffee bar!! The condo had everything that we needed to make meals, do laundry throughout the week, and play games in the evening. It's also a very quiet area. One morning, we saw deer hanging out in the back! Chris is a friendly and responsive host. We would gladly return. Be sure to check out Short's Brewery, Mammoth Distillery, and The Iron Skillet right there in Bellaire!

The condo was terrific. Very clean, very spacious, beautiful surroundings. No complaints. I would definitely stay there again.

I stayed last week as I am traveling to the area for work. Last week I outlined a couple minor things that could use some attention and Jake is getting that all taken care of. this week I’m giving it five stars because it is a very great value a good location and the beds and pillows were super comfortable. The place is overall clean. Everything works well and it’s comfortable. And Jake is extremely responsive to anything or concerns you might have.
