Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Charente

No complaints, the house is clean, spacious, and well renovated. There is everything you need to stay a few nights to a few weeks (equipped kitchen, washing machine, coffee machine, tv, fiber...). The location is ideal if you want to rest in peace while having access to all amenities at 15min. Angouleme and Bordeaux are not far away either. Ludivine and Geoffrey were very welcoming and accommodating during our stay, we were in full purchase of real estate in the area, and coming from the Netherlands it allowed us to breathe a little time to do all the administrative steps required. We had our pug with it and the available space allowed it to enjoy a little of the great outdoors. Self check-in is always convenient especially when you have a lot to do, and it allows you to leave the key in the box when you leave to avoid losing it unnecessarily during the day. Bonus point, Gaia's presence <3

We had a lovely stay, the accommodation is very nice and very well-equipped. The outside is a real plus and the subdivision is quiet. There are many walks nearby and especially the body of water which is very pleasant ☺️ We recommend 100%

Short stay at a super nice place. Cendrine is a very nice host and her accommodation is a very nice little cocoon. I recommend it without reservation.

We had a great weekend with friends at Roz's. The house is very beautiful, clean, spacious. Everything is provided (bed linen, towels, etc.). Small touches were waiting for us, it's a plus that we really appreciated. The many activities available on site occupied us well, we did not leave the weekend house: pool, jacuzzi, billiards, ping pong, darts, etc. Small dedication to Bob who welcomed us very warmly!

Very peaceful place. Beautiful garden around the pool (large) Top jacuzzi. Tastefully furnished accommodation Very good bedding. Functional kitchen with a large refrigerator and freezer. All very well equipped. Very welcoming owners. Ideal location in the middle of nature and close to everything for shopping. To visit the Périgord, it is central to visit all parts of the Périgord (green, white, black, purple). We want to come back. We'll be there again.

Armand and Stéphanie were fabulous, friendly and considerate hosts. The location is great and peaceful, a magnificent restoration work has been done. A plus for the beautiful jacuzzi that we could not use for weather reasons, but it's only a matter of time. You can go there with your eyes closed (not too much because you have to look at the road), you will not be disappointed.

Spacious, well appointed and clean. The castle estate offers a beautiful, peaceful and green setting. Olivier is welcoming and makes himself available to requests that may be made to him. The accommodation is conveniently located, lots of interesting tours nearby. Overall a lovely stay at this cottage.

The accommodation is perfect for a good time with friends or family, quiet, clean and very well equipped. We enjoyed the jacuzzi, the projector and the audio system. Only a few brave souls tested the pool given the temperature. Thank you to Pierre for his responsiveness to our questions, it was very appreciable.

We had a very pleasant 3-day weekend with the family. The superb house, very well equipped, was appreciated by all, young and old. As for the exteriors, a swimming pool and Nordic bath adorned a very pleasant wooded park. We thank Florence for her welcome and availability.

We were extremely well received by the owners, who are very charming, discreet and polite people! They got in touch with us in advance for any of our questions. They went out of their way to make us feel at home in their cottage. This cottage is incredibly peaceful with the proximity of fields and forest where we were able to see wild animals and walk on small country roads. It was also very warm due to the appearance of the house, very typical of the French chic countryside. Comfort was at the rendezvous, the bedding/showers were impeccable and spacious. Not to mention the jacuzzi, offering real moments of relaxation, in a small private room. The outdoor swimming pool a few meters from the kitchen will allow you to go for a swim after breakfast or simply relax by the water on the deckchairs. We had the surprise to meet small hairy and four-legged visitors, the dogs of the owners, who are adorable and very affectionate! We'll miss Dot and Sarah!! We had a fantastic week in this magical place. If you are looking for a place conducive to relaxation and rest, to find yourself quiet, do not hesitate. Thanks again for everything!

The place is enchanting. In the heart of this beautiful Charente village, Nathalie has restored the beauty of this old little station and brought it to life with this simple and beneficial magic, which offers those who pass through it the testimony of the work of the ancients and the respectful work of the contemporaries. We can imagine the modest history of this building to which the inhabitants have been attached for a long time, and modestly contribute to continuing his writing by walking the old dock or sleeping in the old apartment of the station manager. Nathalie is also very attached to the comfort of these hosts, the bedding is excellent, the cleanliness impeccable and the hearty and tasty breakfast served at the terrace table in the rising sun is very nice.

We were able to enjoy this beautiful house with 11 people for a week with everything on it. Very clean and very nicely decorated. Jacuzzi and swimming pool are great. We had a great time. Thierry is very helpful and is always there for us. Thanks so much for everything! We will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone!

What a super beautifully located, very spacious and cozy & modernly furnished chalet! Quiet with a great unobstructed view from a lovely veranda. Inside, everything has been thought of and also in the shed all kinds of free-to-use items. Think about bringing your own bedding and bath linens!

Our stay with Denis went well. He was able to listen to our needs. The accommodation is equipped with UK outlets, Denis offers two adapters and a power strip. Saleignes' quiet was nice! Thank you Denis!
