Farmhouse in the middle of the cognac vineyard for 4 people, 1 kitchen area, 1 living room area, 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 140 + 2 beds of 90 including 1 bunk bed, 1 shower room (sheets and linens are not provided), 1 microwave, 1 oven. 1 TV, 1 washing machine, private parking, courtyard, garden furniture with 4 chairs on large shaded lawn, 2 deck chairs. Pets allowed. July and August €280 per week. Other weeks €250 per week Night without breakfast €40.

Situated on the outskirts of a quiet hamlet in Chives, this charming cottage with its stone walls, exposed beams and original fireplace has recently been fully restored. An ideal space for 2/4 people which includes kitchen, living and dining area, patio, garden furniture and BBQ. Guests can enjoy relaxing around the swimming pool, picnicking in the orchard or walking the surrounding countryside. A totally tranquil place to enjoy your stay.

F1 completely renovated in December 2017, next to the house , composed of a bedroom, a bathroom ( shower, sink), a toilet, a common space with sofa BZ, kitchen and dining area, fridge, plate... large plot, swimming pool... near the Charente, hiking, Romanesque church of the 11th.. For the summer season ( July-August) our rental is not suitable for long holiday stays, which is why we will not respond to requests for more than 4 nights.
