A cosy self-contained annex for 2 in a small village near Axminster and within easy reach of the Jurassic Coast, Lyme Regis, Charmouth, Bridport, Honiton, Sidmouth and beautiful countryside walks. Great village pub 5 minutes walk. Continental breakfast included! The annex has an en-suite shower room, double wardrobe, king size bed and food preparation area. Private patio with table and chairs for an al fresco breakfast or dinner and sole use of a small summerhouse with views of the Axe Valley.

Recently refurbished one bed accommodation suitable for up to four people (and one well behaved dog) but please note 3rd and 4th guest will be using the sofa bed in the living room. Use of the wc and shower is accessed via the main bedroom. Plenty of storage for our guests is available and there is a large patio area with barbecue and table and chairs for your sole use. There is also one off road parking space available. We have great links to the Jurassic coast, market towns and Country walks

The Old Cow Byre is a unique hideaway in a tranquil valley, less than 20 minutes from the Jurassic Coast's stunning beaches. Perfect for a romantic break. Lounge on the balcony floating over your own private wildflower meadow. Have dinner watching the sun sink behind the valley. Sit round the woodburner for cosy evenings in, or round the fire pit outside wrapped in blankets. Discover country pubs with beer out of the barrel. Studio Flat at Parks Cottage

The Parks Cottage Studio flat is a large room above a stone built outbuilding in the grounds of a small holding in the countryside about 4 miles from Axminster. It is lovely and quiet and there are pleasant walks in the area. We welcome well behaved dogs and other pets. The village of Chardstock is only one and a half miles away with a pub and a PO shop. There is a small shower and loo down stairs.The Studio is well equipped with cooking facilities - hob, microwave & fridge freezer.

The Annex - Middle Payne Barn

Located on the outskirts of Chard, the property is ideally located to explore Somerset and surrounding areas. Newly furnished and decorated to a very high standard for you to enjoy, The Annex adjoins our home and has a private front door. There is a king sized bed and a double sofa bed suitable for 2 children (in the same room). There is a kitchen area with fridge, dishwasher, tea/coffee and toast making equipment and a multi-function microwave. There is ample off-road parking.

Battleford Hall Cottage (3 bed) Axminster/Lyme

Spacious self-contained three bed cottage with bright and airy sleeping and living spaces attached as a wing of our 16th century listed house. You will have your own private garden, set in 30 acres of mature gardens, parkland and woodland. Spectacular walks and coast nearby, with River Cottage in the town and pubs and restaurants in the surrounding area. The SHED at Dorset Farm

the SHED is really anything but a shed. Built on the site of a former stables, the shed is a bespoke design and build, constructed in 2020 /2021. Built next to a nature pond and coppice within an AONB, living in the shed connects you to the beauty of the natural world. The shed is all about serenity, luxury craftsmanship and escapism. Outside there is a private terrace with Pizza oven, BBQ and outdoor dining and living area.
