House holiday rentals in Charco de San Ginés

I just spent a week in this accommodation, I have nothing to complain about, everything was very good. The accommodation is quiet, very pleasant, the location is perfect for visiting the island, Lorenzo was accommodating for my departure and I thank him again. Accommodation that I would gladly take over during my next stay

We had a lovely 10 days here in early April. The house was spacious for the five of us, really clean and in a quiet, private location which is exactly what we wanted. The kitchen was well equipped. The kids loved the garden as there was room to play and the pool table was a big hit. Hosts were friendly, responsive and helpful and made us feel really welcome. We’d definitely come back to this villa again in the summer but if we came in the Spring again we’d pick a place with a heated pool. The pool was a good size for our family and the kiddy bit at the one end is a really nice touch. Would recommend this villa!

We had a great stay at Villa Olvido. The architecture of the house and its decoration are particularly neat, with a lot of taste and charm. The location, in the center of the island, is perfect for exploring Lanzarote. The view is magnificent, and the pool is very pleasant for relaxing after a day of discovery. We sometimes hear a few planes, but they are few and it did not bother us at all. Communication with Carlos was smooth and simple from start to finish. The arrival and departure independently were done without any worries. We would definitely recommend this property!

While searching for a vacation apartment with a pool, we came across Vicente's "little" oasis on Airbnb. Everything that was described, we found exactly as it was! The apartment, the pool and the tranquility corresponded to our ideas. Although Vicente lives on the same estate with his wife, you feel absolutely undisturbed and private. If you used the grill in the evening, it was cleaned early in the morning as if by itself, thank you for that! We also thought it was fabulous that he spoiled us with tortillas, grilled food and other delicacies, which is not a matter of course. You have to know that a rental car is a must here to make purchases or simply to explore the island. It was a very relaxing three weeks for us👍!

We spent 5 wonderful days. The accommodation is super quiet to disconnect, and well located to get to know the island. Atun is a very good host with whom communication is very easy and fast. A pleasure to have been in her house

Just the perfect spot to visit the island! Very close to the restaurants at Playa Blanca and easy to get to multiple hikes, even one just outside the house. The house itself is an oasis perfect to disconnect and recharge around the swimming pool!

Most of it was what I expected. The house itself was a lovely style as shown in the picture. Check-in and communication were very smooth. It's very close to the airport and many important sights. Wi-fi was not working when we first arrived due to a big rain, but Anna called the phone company promptly. Another issue was that I booked this place because it was one of the few places I saw that promised to have portable heaters, which, for whatever reason, were not in the house already. Anna called the housekeeper to bring the radiator the next day, which was great. I slept the first night with my down coat, which was warm enough, but it did seem strange that the radiator would be gone and need to be brought back.

Well, I can honestly say this is the nicest villa I have ever stayed in. The villa is even more perfect than the pictures show! It was spotless, had individual air cons in each bedroom, had a midweek clean by a professional cleaner & overall just was an excellent week away. However, the best part of the stay was definitely Elisa; our host. She was wonderful, responsive, helpful, kind & welcoming. All of this without being intrusive! If you are considering booking this place, do it. Do it now! Pubs and restaurants range from 5-20 mins away, Elisa was great in helping us with tips! Taxi’s are cheap and easy to find, but it’s close enough to walk as it’s flat with a lovely breeze! The villa itself was tranquil, you didn’t feel overlooked and it was safe for my 7 month baby! We will definitely be returning when we are able, and can’t recommend the villa and its wonderful host any more. What a beautiful week away, thank you Elisa! :)

This is the second time that we have stayed at Susanne's. Because there is no key lock, we had to wait a few minutes for the host to turn up. The property was very clean and spacious and well located within one to two minutes walk to the esplanade and sea. there is also a shopping centre with a large supermarket within eight to ten minutes walk. Suzanne was very responsive to our request for some pizzas and salad as we were arriving late. We were also pleasantly surprised to find some beer and wine in the fridge. We plan to return again in the autumn.

It was a perfect stay! The house we had was impeccable, with all the resources you need and even more (tongs, all the cooking utensils, clothesline...). The house is beautiful, bright, spacious, with incredible views, and very comfortable. We recommend it 100%. Mika, a great host, super attentive and kind, recommended places to see, and helped us with everything. To access the house you need a car that is prepared to climb a dirt and stone road. It's really worth it! Thank you!!

Fabulous villa with beautiful sea views, very comfortable and well appointed. Outside space is exceptional with bbq and lots of seating. In a quiet location, with a well stocked supermarket nearby and great restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The host Pablo was a joy to deal with, utterly charming and responsive, greeted us on arrival. Our first experience of an Airbnb property overseas and definitely won’t be our last! Would highly recommend.

Everything perfect! The accommodation was very clean and was equipped with everything to be able to cook but also wash clothes, the accommodation has a private parking and the location is good.

Our stay at Casa Los Peces was fantastic. Susi is a truly exceptional host. The communication and information Susi provided was first class, really helpful and made check-in and check-out a breeze. We settled right in to the apartment, which was spotlessly clean, comfortable, well equipped and finished to a high standard. The welcome gifts were a wonderful surprise too. The complex where the apartment is situated is peaceful, with a nice pool area and direct access to the sea front promenade. A 5* experience all round! We hope to return in the future. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Jessica's house and it was a very pleasant experience. She was very kind and attentive at all times. The studio, although small, was functional and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Without a doubt, the best thing was the porch overlooking the sea, from where we could enjoy spectacular sunsets. There was really no need to go anywhere else. The area is very quiet and close to the village, with bars, supermarkets and all amenities within reach.

Great baby friendly place, very responsive host, would definitely recommend when staying in Lanzarote.

an absolute gem of a house if you want a relaxing break look no further. the house is spacious and comfortable. the swimming pool is something else. Marcus and Heidi are fantastic hosts always friendly and helpful. the animals are a fantastic bonus as is haria itself great restaurants highly recommended

We loved our stay at Josine & Arthur’s home. They were super accommodating and their response time was great. They also gave us a great list of recommendations for taxis, restaurants and more. The place was exactly as described and great value for money. The only thing we’d say is the beds were a bit creaky but that’s nitpicking! Overall, a fantastic stay and we’d recommend it!

My husband and I have just spent a wonderful week at Sunset House. The apartment is very spacious, peaceful and clean. The big balcony is lovely. Gina is a great host, providing detailed information about the apartment and always quick to respond. The location of the apartment is good, easy walk into Tias where we enjoyed some great evening meals and easy to get to other parts of the island. Thank you Gina for sharing this lovely apartment.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb accommodation and can recommend it without reservation. The location is absolutely top-notch – in a quiet area that is perfect for exploring. Every morning we enjoyed the beautiful sea view, which invited us to linger. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and we really lacked nothing. We felt very comfortable right from the beginning. Communication with the hosts was also excellent; all our questions were answered quickly and kindly. The only small downside was the bed, which was too small for us at 1.40 m wide. Nevertheless, it was an all-round successful holiday.

We would highlight the location, I think that for all nature lovers, in this case the volcanoes the house cannot be better located, between lava fields and with the PN of timanfaya in the background. Easy to get to and a spectacular setting and a typical house. It is true that if we had to put a but it would be a bit in the cleaning, nothing important but it is not 10. Eye with the ants, do not leave any food or remains in sight. Review the attention of Martin, very good, and his mother who approached us by an iron at our request. We would repeat again and definitely recommend for our friends and close people who can ask us. Thank you.

Fantastic apartment, very welcoming host, well stocked with home essentials. Thoroughly cleaned, outdoor space was lovely, and peaceful neighbourhood. Within walking distance of a small harbour with excellent restaurant choices, and a 10 minute drive to tourist hotspots. Could not fault it and will return one day soon.

Fantastic place to stay, absolutely loved it. Carol & Tim made us feel extremely welcome and were happy to let us share their stunning villa - they’ve made the accommodation feel like home. Everything is so well stocked and in excellent condition. They kept in touch throughout the week so any questions we had were quickly answered. Cab driver found the villa a little difficult to locate upon arrival but our flight was late at night so it was very dark - much easier in the daylight! Would highly recommend. Thanks once again Carol & Tim - we had a brilliant holiday.

Very nice house in beautiful location. A lot of touristic spots are nearby. Convenient location if you rent a car. Definitely could recommend it!
