It's best to be able to rent a single-family home at this price point. It's an old house, so you can't ask for perfect cleanliness, but it's well-maintained and has a lot of different charms. 1. First of all, you can experience local alleys in Thailand. Everyone was friendly. It's a little difficult to get to, but the staff personally met you, so it's not difficult to get there once you check in. 2. The old Thai house was remodeled with that feeling. It's a pity that it's old and creaks and the surrounding road noise comes in, but the air conditioner is cool and the water is really clean. I used the shower filter, but it was white until the day I came back. And the jacuzzi is the best. You can start and end the day very refreshingly. 3. If the host is friendly and informs you of the surrounding food and sightseeing, the response is very fast.

A fantastic stopover in a nice traditional back street in the old town. The accommodation was exactly as described: a perfect hideaway from the chaotic bustling city. Alice looked after my booking and all subsequent communication and she was superb. Always replying in minutes, and forthcoming with some superb local food outlets. Everyone made me feel incredibly welcome and I hope to return someday!

The place is really as per the pictures, it’s very well located near BTS but also near the Sathon Pier, which is super convenient to move on the river. All in all, a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Bangkok! The location is perfect, as it everything is close by, yet the surrounding area is peaceful and local. The apartment was clean and cozy. We had everything we needed. We felt very safe and well taken care of throughout our stay. A big thank you to the lovely hosts, especially Co-Host Alice, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. Her tips made our experience even better. She also took us on a walking tour around the very close by temple and taught us about her culture and meaning of certain things at the temple. It was also very interactive. Thank you so much again, it was perfect! We truly appreciated the chance to discover such a beautiful and authentic side of Bangkok. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at Sadek’s Japanese-themed home. The attention to detail made it feel like a real Japanese house. Everything was clean, well-designed, and felt like home. Sadek was a fantastic host — very responsive and friendly. We got to meet him, and he even brought us fruit when we arrived late and offered extra water when we ran out. The place is quiet and perfect for relaxing with family or friends. The only downside is the location — it’s about a 15–18 minute walk to the nearest BTS station, and some Grab taxis took time or canceled. But overall, a great stay and we’d definitely come back again!

Overall a really good stay, responsive friendly hosts. The pool was definitely a highlight alongside the mini supermarket downstairs that’s open 24 , very convenient. The place looks like the picture, the only improvement for me would be the couch, it does sink a little. Overall I would recommend this host

After traveling for a few weeks staying at hotels, we booked this stay for one night in bangkok before flying out the next day. Instantly on arrival, this place felt like home. It was easy to find and walkable to places nearby such as terminal 21 mall and train. The place was clean and well stocked with everything you need including thoughtful extra items such as drinks and ramen. The beds were comfortable and shower had hot water with good pressure. Overall great stay, and wish we stayed here our entire time in bangkok!

We had a wonderful stay in bangkok and KK was an amazing host! Our room was clean and comfortable and we were able to walk to local attractions very easily. The pool and gym were very nice too. We would stay here again!!

This was my first solo trip ever... Frank has been an amazing host, very reliable, very trustworthy, very easy to communicate. The place is very near to bts sky train , everything is easily accessible. The price is also very very reasonable.This place felt like my own home more than anything else. can't wait to be back here again soon. Much love & Cheers to this life

This pleasant and spacious accommodation has a terrace on the second floor as well as a laundry room. There are stores nearby, and access is easy on foot or by Grab. However, the main drawback remains the long stairs in the building, especially for those with heavy suitcases.

This was my 2nd time staying here and was just as good as the first! Excellent location and very spacious! It's actually more spacious in person. Make sure you check out all their recommendations in their booklet and don't forget that there are really good restaurants aligned on the same Soi. There is easy access to the BTS - just ask the security guy and he is more than happy to drive you to the main road. Ekkamai is such a good area, that I actually prefer it over Thonglor. The security guard is so friendly and eventho he has limited English, his smile and daily greetings made it memorable. The Airbnb is in pristine condition and squeaky clean and bright which made all the difference. Robin & Amy are amazing hosts, very very responsive and you can message them at any time with any questions. They also make sure your stay is smooth and that you feel right at home. This will definately be my go-to stay each time I'm in BKK. Can't wait to be back guys, you were a pleasure as usual!

Ndee's apartment is excellent value for money. It has everything a traveller requires. Not only this but Ndee herself is a honest person. Qatar Airways denied me boarding for no other reason than discrimination (case still under investigation) and Ndee was kind enough to refund the total paid amount. Eventually I rebooked new flights with a good airline (Austrian Airlines) that doesn't discriminate and Ndee was the first person that came to mind when booking a new accommodation. A customer goes where they are treated the best. Thank you for your kindness and most excellent experience!

It was great staying at Chonny’s place! The stay itself was very nice and was in a great location. We enjoyed using the pool and there was even a nice gym as well. There were three of us and we felt very comfortable in the space as well. Would definitely recommend!

The place is at the end of Sukhumvit Soi 13, which is a ten minutes walk to the main road or just a quick motorbike ride. If you exit on the backside of the building you can easily access the boats which run on the klong (small canals in Bangkok). You can reach Pratunam and Central World this way in 5-7 minutes and even the boat goes to Ramkhamhaeng Airport Link station which is really good too. The place itself was really clean and since it's the end of the soi, it's also far away enough from Soi 11 noise and traffic. The gym is good for a small workout and the pool area is really nice. (Sign says it's 1,8m deep but it's 1,4m at most). Security is a bit over the top for my taste. I wouldn't mind a swim in the pool or a chillout on the sunbed without all those cameras and also I don't need a camera watching me while I workout. There is a guy sitting at the building's entrance, so he always knows exactly who is coming and he loves to take pictures of ID cards.

Our stay at Joop’s apartment was wonderful! The place was modern, clean and incredibly peaceful, perfect for unwinding after a busy day exploring Bangkok. The apartment was thoughtfully designed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was excellent, just a short walk to Nana BTS station, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars nearby. Everything you might need is within walking distance, which makes getting around super easy. The bed was comfortable, and the apartment was stocked with everything I could need. I truly enjoyed my time here! Joop was an exceptional host—friendly and attentive. I really appreciated her follow-ups and care throughout the stay. I’d 100% recommend this apartment and would stay here again!

The room was excellent! Views were really hard to beat, room is remodeled really well. One thing I would like to note was the location of the room is not in the best part of town and stepping outside really wasnt the best experience in my personal experience, street vendors smells and traffic were a bit much. There are also plenty of signs in the lobby mentioning that airbnbs are not legal in that building to try and avoid any subleasing. If that is something that would bother you then try another place. We pushed through and had a really great time.

This condo is a very good option for staying in the heart of Bangkok. The hosts are very courteous, accommodating and prompt in communication. The apartment is very clean and well equipped with everything you need for a short or longer stay by a single person or a couple. The location is good, being about 10 minute walk from BTS Nana. However, being at the end of a one-way street with no direct access to adjacent streets where more restaurants and other venues are available is a slight disadvantage. Great value overall.
