We had a fantastic stay! The owner was very approachable and attentive to all our needs and requests, making us feel truly welcomed. The place itself was incredibly comfortable and spotless, stocked with everything we needed for a easy and enjoyable stay. Plus, the location was very convenient, making it perfect for exploring the area. We highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

I’d definitely say that you’re getting more than you paid for. It totally feels like it’s your own place. Well ventilated floors, there’s AC everywhere. Basic amenities are provided like towels, shampoo, handwashing liquid, dishwasher liquid, napkins, wet wipes, washing detergent, etc. The first time you enter the place you’ll fall in love with it lol. Buay is very responsive, friendly and caring. She’d tell you about transportation convenience. Nearby stores and she left us very tasty fruits too. She has suggestions for everything if you talk to her it’s interesting. The place was clean and beautiful furniture. She let us stay couple more hours because our flight was in evening. She offers to speak with the cab driver in Thai for assistance. Haha, idk if I’m missing out on anything else, but overall it was a really nice experience. I’d definitely come back to this house. The area is peat and calm and 20-25 mins from everywhere. Enjoyyyy kaaaa

Such a great house, beautifully refurbished. The fact that each room has an attached bathroom is great, unlike a lot of places with common bathrooms. We were 9 people (4 couples and 1 single) and the rooms were perfect for us. We spent the first 20 mins just admiring the rooms and the work she's put into it. Well stocked kitchen. Working fridge and AC's. Sizeable living room. Its also very close to some wonderful restaurants. I recommend Sortrel Restaurant(6 minute walk from her house. EXCELLENT place, with live music, open air and really good food) Makro hypermarket is also walkable which is great for home/grocery shopping. All in all, this is a good stay for large groups, be it friends or families. Peaceful residential locality, easy to get cabs, with restaurants and within walking distance.

Location is amazing. This is a very good place, if I go back to Bangkok with more people I would definitely consider this place again. The communication was great too. The only thing is that the place has a lot of stairs. I went there with three old women (65+) and they were kind of scared of the amount of stairs, but it was all good. No accidents. Thank you for everything!

We stayed for about four nights at Home428 and absolutely loved this cozy little gem! The place is strategically located—just a short walk to great restaurants, BTS Saphan Taksin, 7-Eleven, mini Big C, and more. Frank was one of the best hosts we’ve ever encountered, providing us with clear and easy-to-follow instructions from the get-go. A quick tip from personal experience: when booking a ride via Bolt or Grab, it’s best to set your pickup/drop-off point at Satri Si Suriyothai School, as the alley leading to Home428 is too narrow for cars to pass through. Will definitely return one fine day! ☺️

I had a wonderful stay at Shirley’s Airbnb! The home was clean, cozy, and perfectly located for exploring the city. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was Shirley herself. She went above and beyond to help us arrange transportation, even assisting with booking a reliable car service when we needed it. Her communication was prompt and thoughtful, and she made sure everything ran smoothly throughout our stay. I genuinely appreciated her kindness and local insight—it made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Bangkok!

Stayed in this homestay for 3 nights and overall we had a great experience. The house is cozy, although there are some noise from the neighborhood. There is a cafe selling nice coffee just beside the homestay. Thanks to the host.

Pleasant stay for my family! Sharon was very helpful and responsive. The steps are quite steep, so I won't recommend if you're travelling with elderly. A staircase railing would be helpful! Overall cosy stay and a straight path to BTS!

the house is gorgeous, well decorated and suitable for big family or big gang of friends. There are total of three bathroom upstairs and two downstairs, so it's important for big group so we are not queuing for toilet or shower! the bedroom well decorated as per the picture. the beds and pillows are comfortable like the hotel. My fussy sister always has trouble on sleeping when travel also able to felt asleep. washer and dryer are ideal for family who doesn't want to pile up the dirty clothes after holiday. I love every single detail that the host put in the house including tissue box everywhere which is useful when I have young kid. The big TV and small pool are good for relaxing aalt home. The only downside is the downstair bunk bed room and bathroom had dampen or cockroach smell when we checked-in and there are small dead cockroaches too, once I informed the host, they sent the helper to ozone out the area. The host said it due to the raining period.

We had an amazing stay at this house in Bangkok! The home was spacious and clean —perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The location was convenient, with easy access to local markets, restaurants, and public transportation. The host was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. We felt very comfortable and safe throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Bangkok!

Had the most amazing vacation at this absolute gem of an airbnb. The place was incredible — impeccably decorated and so spacious! Bhantitra (the host) was an absolute gentleman — He was incredibly accommodating, responsive and helpful! Can't wait until I go back to Thailand and will 100% book here once again! ขอบคุณครับ!

Nice for inviting friends for birthday party and hangout , planty of space, good for the price

It was a great place to stay. The host was amazing and paid very well attention to their guest. We asked and she delivered. The beds were clean and AC worked. Pool was kept clean as well. Though there was major construction next to the building. It was VERY disturbing. They would be working till 11pm at night and start work again at 4am in the morning. JACKHAMMERING!?!. 4AM IN THE MORNING?!?. yeah it didn't go well. Just a warning for others planning on staying here. The place itself was amazing and great location with plenty of great food and good host. It's not the place or host. It's the construction.

Natt’s place is a hidden gem near Asok Station. There’s plenty to do in the area, but it’s still peaceful and quiet at night. Natt is incredibly responsive and attentive to detail, which made our stay even better. The kitchen was well-stocked with essentials upon arrival, which was a nice touch. Highly recommended for big families and groups! The only minor downside is that while the station looks close on the map, the walk takes about 10 minutes — which can feel a bit longer under Bangkok’s scorching sun. Still, it wasn’t a big deal for us.

We had a great stay in The Place.. we are in a big group but still we are comfy and satisfied with this 5 floors building type , hotel like accommodation....very cozy rooms and accessible to public transportation esp in BTS and pier.. highly recommend the host Eakdanai and the place... 2 thumbs up!!!!
