Because it is on the highest floor, so the view I saw with the window open is really very, very comfortable, the pool is also the longest and the biggest, I am very impressed. This is the second time I came to Chiang Mai, I like the degree of love here very much, the room should have something, just happen to check in, the elevator here broke, so wait for a long time, can only sit on the freight elevator, all the guests are in the freight elevator, don't know how long the repair time is on this side!I hope the elevator is normal next time I'm in town haha

Great stay! The place was super clean and felt brand new. The bathroom smelled good and everything was spotless. The whole space had a cozy, welcoming vibe and looked just like the photos. Robert was awesome — super responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay. Check-in was smooth and communication was clear. Definitely a solid Airbnb experience!

Great place to stay and easy to walk to most places. About a 15 minute walk to the night market and great restraunts. The roof top pool was the highlight for my kids though!

Absolutely incredible stay! The rooftop pool, sauna, steam room, and gym were amazing extras that made this place feel like a luxury resort. Everything was spotless – super clean and well-maintained. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, with fast and helpful responses. And the best part? The price was unbelievably affordable for everything that was included. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

A perfect accommodation for vacation. There are swimming pool and full options kitchen. The place is very neat and comfortable. Location nearby CMU and Marin market which is so convinient to travel. I wouldv love to visit again!

We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The house had 2 levels and a garden and that made us feel very at home. De host is very friendly. The location of the house was almost perfect for us. Close to the city (10 min with motorbike) and quiet!! Def recommend!

We had an amazing time at the villa with our family! The place is very family-friendly — the fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare breakfast every morning, and the kids absolutely loved the pool. It’s located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, which gave us real peace of mind. A perfect spot for a relaxing family getaway. Highly recommended.

Stayed at Hong's place for 5 nights, super super responsive host that also gave us some great local food recommendations :) A little more mosquitoes this time round bcos of the rainy season, but it wasn't an issue if you stay indoors! Plus the airbnb was well equipped with all kinda of mosquito repellent/swatter/spray etc :")) A great location to stay at, easy to get around with the Bolt/Grab app! What a wonderful place to stay! Gorgeous shared pool with a private hot tub and very spacious bedrooms. Everything was pristine and matched the photos exactly. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend everyone to come here when visiting Chiang Mai. Super attentive hosts who are extremely responsive to all your needs.

Absolutely loved my stay here. So much that I extended the trip, which Rita was very accommodating with. I travelled solo as a female and found the building and surrounding area to be a place where I felt very safe. It’s a great location with Maya mall 3min walk away (I loved Minimal coffee on 2nd floor), there’s an amazing local place open for breakfast and lunch just to the left when you exit. You’re on the doorstep to Nimman market, gyms, tonnes of places to explore! And getting to the old town is about 10min drive. Would definitely return. Thank you.

The accommodation is big and nice ~ Please note that there are some ants coming out.. When using the pool, it is necessary to call staff, and there is an additional cost for the gym ~ Other than that, the bed is fluffy and nice.

This was a nice clean space, close to the city. The mall is like a 5 mins walk which is good. Host was very knowledgeable and communicative.
