Varada was very helpful, he described how to get to the hotel, how to use the keys. He also helped me very quickly to get T30 form for extension my visa. The hotel has a good location. It’s just 20 min walk to the old city, a lot of shops and restaurants nearby

We felt immediately welcome at the beautiful place of Pete and Yin ! They were both really nice and helpful and the nature around is wonderful. Yin is an amazing woman, so sweet and interesting ! And Pete is also really nice and gave us really good tips to discover the area. I recommend !

We had a great time during the Yi Peng festival period! Very relaxing even though we had several awakenings in the middle of the night dogs from the neighborhood. Very nice terrace adjoining the room. The host is very friendly. Only downside: very far from the city center, we had trouble finding a grab several times. It takes between 200-300 baht at each race

Walter is very kind and helpful. He is even the teacher who teaches morning class in Tao garden. The facility of room is very equipped and the room is lovely and clean.The pic of Bnb is too humble, so I share my to you! looking forward to stay longer next time!

Good hotel, with a comfortable bed and pillows. It was well cared for, although a little outdated in terms of the environment, but the room was renovated and was very comfortable! The 3 pools offer incredible views, the bar has good prices for drinks (it's more expensive than usual, but not too much), the garden was well kept, and the staff were very friendly and helpful! The varied breakfast, they even had soy milk! The hotel is next to many restaurants and boat services, to visit islands! In general, it has been a very good experience, with the value for money being extremely good!

Matches and her husband were just so sweet and welcoming from the start. Due to misunderstanding, we had not written an arrival time to Kampy in advance, but she was super happy when we arrived and check-in was done without any problems. We had a guided tour around the place by her personally, she had made a nice overview of various places she would recommend us. In addition, we had a train we had to reach on the checkout day, but not until 6pm. She and her husband just moved checkout to the time that suited us best, namely 4 hours later than the original time, without requiring a penny for it! Extremely good service that is rarely to be found elsewhere. We were two young girls who felt welcome and safe throughout our stay. The host was hugely sweet and smiling, as was the man. Will 100% be back here when we go to Chiang Mai again!! Would give them so many more stars if possible!

Our stay here was perfect. As soon as we walked in, we felt relaxed, we were offered a welcome drink and snack and sat by the pool. The room was lovely, we enjoyed the bath whilst watching the sunset! Complimentary snacks/water in the room with water being replenished every day. Walkable to Chiang Mai’s old town with lots of temples within a 15 minute walk. All staff were so friendly and accommodating!

Very welcoming hotel with very nice staff, easy for check-in and checkout very nice, room as described and coffee available for free next to the pool, it's a real plus, the hotel is located next to all the living spaces of the old town, I highly recommend

I have been in her farm for three months with my cat, and i have smiled every day. She has cute annimals and a very friendly personality. It's a beautiful quiet Green area to stay in!

Very clean, good location and functional. The old town is easy to explore on foot. At the entrance there is a cafe directly with good coffee.

Exceptional in every way! Wonderful locationn and the most helpful staff anyone could ask for. The inside of the hotel is a work of art. Would absolutely recommend to others and would be our first choice if we are lucky enough to return to Chiang Mai.

I was satisfied with my last night here in Thailand.Choosing a place to stay here is an ideal home base from which to look at the yard.Taxi from the airport Bolt is about 15-20 minutes to find it by pressing the navigation.When I arrived, I saw this building courtyard firsthand, it was as expected, the relaxation atmosphere was very good, it was the feeling of Thailand in my impression.I love sitting on a swing or rocking chair, you can see the stars at night, and it's quiet at night.It is also not far to go to the ancient city or Nimman Road from here, about 10 minutes by motorbike.Coming to catch up with the weekend night market, the popularity is super popular, everyone comes here to relax and play, the atmosphere is particularly good, the items at the fair are fresh for me to come to Thailand for the first time, the snacks here are also representative, and I tried three or four kinds of thunder.The price of the fair is also reasonable, I bought some souvenirs and specialties, I also did the foot massage on the side of the street before the end, I went back to take a bath at night and sit in the rocking chair in the yard, blow the air and drink beer, it is very comfortable, the impression of Chiang Mai is built from here, it is a good feeling, and I will come again next time I have the opportunity.

Absolutlely stunning view! The farm animals on site are super friendly. Very nice quiet getaway. Pack a snack, as there is not much around! Definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed the stay very much. You do need a scooter to get there, but because of this you will experience a lot of peace and quiet.

Every thing is perfect. Just the location is not very convenient when u wanna go out. It’s just near the airport. Not close to any other where.
