A great holiday weekend away! Took advantage of the pool each day, watching the birds and ducks and their antics. The house was exactly as advertised. Great location. Few miles away from Downtown Chandler. Great atmosphere and a wide variety to eat and drink. Carl was very responsive and accommodating which made our trip even better. Sometimes it’s challenging to stay at a new place when you have questions. Carl was quick to answer. Very appreciated. We’re anxious to return again.

Great place everything was well organized and easeasy to find what was need and turning cooking or washing cloths. Anything you need they had available for use. Would 100 percent recommend for someone visiting!

Great place to stay, super clean, good value. Not a spot of dust to found. It was also toddler friendly with suitable plates and utensils. I highly recommend this property.

Amazing, amazing stay at the Tempe Jewel. We were in town for a whole week hosting different family members for ASU graduation. Every need we had was anticipated by the hosts, this house is completely stocked with conveniences. We spent every morning on the patio by the pool with our coffee and fire going if it was a little cool. We took grad pictures by the pool and beautiful bougainvillea. The beds were so comfy, the sofas comfortable for several people, plenty of indoor and outdoor gathering space, 10 minutes from the airport, campus and anything else. This is one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. Thank you!!!

Copper House was fantastic for our group. Has pretty much everything you would need and grocery store is 1 minute away if there’s something you need. Pool was great. Beds were very comfortable. Easy checkout w/o many asks of the guests. Would absolutely rent again.

Polo has a beautiful home, it worked perfect for our family and friends! The house was spotless in every way. Polo was very quick to reply to each of our questions and requests. We will absolutely consider staying here again. Thank you so much!

We had a wonderful holiday with our kids and grandkids. The house had so much space for everyone! We enjoyed the big kitchen area, the big living room area with the pool table. The big backyard was very private and our little grandkids enjoyed the trampoline and pool area! The house was well equipped. The property manager was very responsive when we had any questions! Great place for a family vacation! We made some beautiful memories there!

This home was absolutely at the top of the list of the best homes we have used on Air BnB. Truly not a single detail was missed. The kitchen was stocked beyond what we could have imagined, the rooms were comfortable, everything was accessible and easy to use. It felt like walking into your own home. Every single detail was considered, from beach towels and floaties for little children to seating for everyone, the well stocked kitchen and the consideration that someone may need more towels, blankets, or pillows. Truly I can not say enough about the home but above all, the host was amazing to work with. We requested an early check in and it was accommodated without question, communication was better than I have ever experienced, and her welcoming nature just made us all feel right at home.

This place was as described! We had a small hiccup at check in (replacing a dishwasher and dryer took longer than anticipated) but they were very communicative and compensated us preemptively for our late check in. We were able to drop our bags off and do some shopping while we waited. Pool area was nice, although there are mosquitos and it’s hot so bring your sunscreen and off! We had to clean the grill to use it, and some rugs weren’t put down, but since our check in was wonky we chalked it up to that. If you’re staying awhile grab some extra garbage bags and ziplocs - there aren’t a lot of storage containers. Kitchen is pretty well stocked - some more steaks knives would be helpful and a few more coffee mugs although the mugs are huge! We asked a few questions while we were there and always always had a super timely response. Overall - great stay!

We had a wonderful stay! Andrew's place is gorgeous and very well appointed. The location is great and very accessible to Tempe and Mesa. There are many thoughtful details, and the home is designed to make guests feel at home and have fun. Very highly recommended.

Dean, I want to personally thank you for the best Airbnb that I have encountered. Everything that you described and the pictures that were presented are all the truth. We enjoyed how detailed and imaginative the entire home had been decorated. The game room was awesome. I had no idea there was even an arcade game called Donkey Kong 3 lol. The hot tub was fabulous. If anyone is wondering if they’re making the right decision on choosing this home…the answer is 100% YES! My plan was to enjoy going out on adventures, dining and site seeing however, it was so comfortable and fun just being indoors. I will be recommending Dean’s Airbnb to anyone that wants to visit Arizona. Thank you Dean for all the extra touches to your home. J

Amazing place and amazing location. Having a private pool in AZ is a must and made our trip that much more enjoyable. I though we needed to be closer to Pheonix to have fun but Downtown Chandler had more than enough nightlife and activites to keep us entertained.

We were blown away by our stay! Justin was always available if we needed something and was super friendly. We will definitely recommend this place to others and would stay again if we are in the Gilbert area.

The place was great! We’re locals who had an emergency flood and were able to book same day. Gabriel’s place is located in a great area with parks, groceries and the highway easily accessible. The place itself was great, backyard was roomy with an alley behind so no worries about my dog or noises

Grant was great. When looking for additional properties we always look for 1 of Grants places. we have rented several of his properties and his homes are always Great. Super responsive and always willing to help if any situations arise. Will continue to rent from Grant. Thanks for all your help !

Absolutely worth every moment spent at this beautiful home! The space was clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable, a true home away from home. The host was exceptionally responsive and helpful throughout the stay making everything smooth and stress free. One of the best hosts I've ever had the pleasure of booking with. The house itself was the cherry on top, cozy, top of the line, well-equipped, and located in a great area. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway. wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommended!

We booked this stay as a home base with family visiting AZ for a graduation, with guests coming from multiple out of state locations. Everyone really enjoyed it! The hosts were responsive and helpful. The place was clean and well stocked with things to make the stay comfortable. The cactus theme added some fun AZ flare. We also enjoyed the location which was right off the freeway and made for easy travel to different places around the valley and to ASU. Best of all, our family could be together and hang out in the living room and kitchen area instead of being separated in hotel rooms. Highly recommend!
