Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Chamula

Es la segunda vez que me quedo en este hospedaje, la verdad un lugar súper cómodo por si se llevan niños ya que cuenta con un espacio amplio para que puedan jugar, cómodo para las personas adultas mayores ya que es de un solo nivel y los accesos son amplios, muy lindo lugar.

We definitely enjoyed our stay here. The house oozes with character. It is certainly one of the more unique properties we have stayed in. The good: the rooftop deck, plenty of potable water, comfortable beds, interesting house with nice artwork and furniture. The meh: this house is like an escape room. Without instructions we would never be able to access it or any of the rooms. There are at least 8 or 9 different keys that open different doors around the house. It was very confusing at first and since we arrived at 2am we couldn’t find one of the keys and had to climb out a window to access the second bedroom. We found the key the next morning - it’s all part of the fun of travelling! Also, the bedrooms are on the lower level and although they are comfortable, they get quite humid. The showers are hot, but the temperature goes in and out. Lastly, the house is a 20 minute walk to Plaza de la Paz. We often walked there and took a taxi back for either 50 or 60 pesos. The bad: nothing!

No cabe duda que excelente ubicación y todos los servicios hicieron que nos sintieramos como en nuestro hogar,(cerca están algunos locales de comida y un mercadito) si volvemos a viajar,no duraríamos en quedarnos de nuevo en ese bello lugar,en el cual disfrutamos cocinar en familia y hasta asar cortes, gracias Rober por hacernos la estadía más fácil y ser buen anfitrión,más bendiciones (no duden en reservar con el)

We had a very comfortable stay in this accommodation. The location is close by to everything, but still in a quiet street. The kitchen is equipped very well. And with the food market being super close we oftenly were in twist cooking for our own or picking one of the great restaurants. The communication with Rosario was so commendable. She is very forthcoming and proactively handled every request we would have. In the end, instead of staying one week, we prolonged our stay for 3 weeks.

Lugar excelente. Cuatro recámaras, cuatro y medio baños, cochera, cocina, comedor y amplia terraza. Además, mucho muy cerca del centro de SCC. Muy recomendable. La host, Anna, siempre al pendiente. Definitivamente nos volveríamos a quedar ahí.

Excelente lugar para sentirse como en casa, es un espacio seguro, cómodo y limpio. Fácil de ubicar y muy cerca del centro; es la segunda vez que nos quedamos y lo seguiremos haciendo en un futuro.

Me alojé durante un mes y todo fue excelente. La cama es cómoda, hay mucha luz natural y la cocina tiene todo lo que podrías necesitar. Nunca tuve problemas con el internet y el agua de la regadera salía muy caliente. No podría haber pedido un mejor hospedaje.

Family owned AirBnB and son Marcos was super quick and responsive. I stayed here for 5 weeks and he got me a microwave, place had yoga mats, and I loved the treated water. You can tell they know the needs of a traveler and have AirBnB filled with things like sufficient lighting, kitchen tools, extra cleaning supplies, extra blankets, heater, and etc. Don’t hesitate to reserve your stay. You will enjoy every minute of it.

The space is super close to the centre, clean and spacious. Even though we booked very spontaneously we were able to check in just fine. Claudia sent us a list of restaurants & markets and organised a tour for us. Would definitely stay again! (:

Excelente lugar, comodo, limpio y a unas cuadras del parque central , tiene todo lo necesario para tu estadia, muy centrico de restaurantes y zona comercial

El depa está súper bien tal como se muestra en la foto. Se encuentra en el centro pero consideren que son 3 cuadras largas . Todo lo demás super

Miguel e Erika meritano più di 5 stelle 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Il monolocale ha tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno,ci hanno fatto trovare anche un bottiglione d acqua 👏 Il letto e i cuscini sono comodi,con abbastanza coperte se si soffre un po’ il freddo. Il bagno spazioso e luminoso,e la cucina ha tutto il necessario. Internet funziona bene. Un piano più sopra c’è una bella terrazza con tavolini e sedie,ed è anche possibile far asciugare i vestiti (non nelle stagione delle pioggie 😂) Miguel e Erika sono gentilissimi,sanno come interagire con i loro ospiti,(un esempio è che Erika ci ha chiesto a che ora avevamo l autobus per andare via,visto che era di sera,lei ci ha proposto di lasciare la camera più tardi,senza bisogno che noi chiedessimo,ovviamente questo è capitato perché non c era nessun check in previsto,però sono sicuro che ci avrebbe fatto lasciare almeno gli zaini da qualche parte se ci fosse stato un check in). Sono viaggiatori,e offrono la soluzione ai possibili problemi prima

Adriana’s place is located close to a lot of great places. The terrace is wonderful and the apartment a fantastic place to work and rest for short and long stays. Adriana is a fantastic host and very easy to talk to. I would 100% recommend her place.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb. The host was incredibly attentive and helpful, making my experience even more enjoyable. The location is ideal, situated on a popular walkable avenue lined with restaurants, bars, and cafes. I took several tours and the Airbnb’s location conveniently allowed for pickup right around the corner. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be returning soon!

El lugar es espacioso y cómodo alejado del trafico y atoradero del centro, pero cerca para ir caminando. Fácil para tomar como punto de salida hacia Comitán, San juan Chamula, Zinacantán, etc. Las camas super cómodas y los baños limpios y nuevos.

Nos encantó el departamento, muy acogedor, habitaciones y estancia muy cerca entre si. Las camas muy cómodas. En maguey muy grande, el árbol de aguacate también, la higuera igual. Solo el acceso al garaje un poco angosto, pero sin problemas.

Buena ubicación, un espacio cómodo y acorde al precio, útil para visitar San Cristobal en Familia.

La atención por parte del anfitrión fue rápida y eficiente, nos resolvió la reservación en poco tiempo a pesar de los tiempos, recomiendo el lugar ya que es cálido, privado, muy cuidado, las camas cómodas, baños limpios y con agua caliente, la cocina muy completa. A mis hijas les encanto el detalle de una máquina de escribir funcional, para ellas fue algo novedoso, ya que todo es pc hoy día. El jardín es pequeño pero hermoso.

Es un lugar bastante cómodo con mucha privacidad, es muy bonito y se encuentra en una ubicación privilegiada.

We absolutely loved staying at Tonatiuh's place. This oplace is unique with all greenery and nice garden. They have cats and dogs which well trained, we will miss them all. They were some reviews about the hot water, but we didn't have any issue. I believe they have changed the hot water system. We are active people, we didn't mind walking to centro but there are combis to centro which only 5 min walk and they run very regularly. I highly recomend this place if you like peaceful place.
