Each space in the house was carefully decorated, comfortable and welcoming. It offers multiple nooks to get quiet rest and others to gather as a group. The coffe and Mexican pastries each morning were amazing! Every detail has been considered with our comfort in mind. We loved that the house is on a quiet street, yet within a short walk of great restaurants and cute shops. We will definitely return with friends and family. Our host helped us to arrange dinner reservations and day trips with a driver and top of the line van. This made our trip easy and all we did was enjoy ourselves.

This is a beautiful and calm place to stay within 10 minutes of the historic center of San Cristobal. Lovely house and yard, great kitchen, lots of light and comfortable beds. If you want to have a respite from city life this is a great place to stay. Zinzi and Edward are super responsive and helpful hosts.

A family's dream of having a house in the mountains has come true, a beautiful house with cozy spaces. Each room is decorated and set with exclusive detail. Designed so that when you arrive you focus on enjoying seeing its decoration, comfortable beds, impeccable bathrooms and kitchens. Waking up with the daylight from its skylight, the beautiful views from the bedroom windows is something that makes you relax and not want to leave. The dining and patio areas are large, bright, beautiful and comfortable. And when you thought it couldn't get any better, there's the garden, an area that captivates you as soon as you begin to carefully observe the excellent care and relationship they have with nature. Huge trees, super-manicured lawn, the smell of lavender in the morning, is what my family and I take away as a memory. Enjoying a cup of coffee and walking through that immense and wonderful garden is something we will do very soon. We will definitely be frequent customers of this beautiful house.

Mrs. Mercedes, from the first communication by phone and message, was accessible and kind, which was confirmed in person. She gives options and is available for any questions about any service of the house, although so far she is the only one who leaves written instructions in case you have any questions about the operation of the different areas of the house. It is a nice house with a fireplace that makes the stay in the living room and part of the dining room pleasant. It has a barbecue grill in the back. It is in a private area in front of an event hall which can be accessed and you can take beautiful photos as in the house itself. I would definitely return with my family to the house in Lago. It is clean, safe, comfortable and a cozy environment. Ask her directly how the weather is. Book it with a day to be able to talk to her and then convince yourself that it is 100% worth it. She is undoubtedly a Super Host.

The location of the place is special to rest from the hustle and bustle, but a couple of blocks from the walkers, markets, crafts, kiosk, cathedral... and excellent recommendations from Leo, he was always attentive.

The stay was generally functional, but it is important to clarify that the listing description was not accurate. Shared quarters were mentioned, but it was not specified that it would be with completely foreign people, which affected my experience. I suggest more clarity in the information for future guests. Miguel was perfect host , place rustic and serene ! beautiful house , with enclosed , secure patio and lush garden . Close to downtown restaurants , central Historico, pleasant short walk.

We have had a fantastic stay at Luis apt. The location of the apartment is wonderful, easy walking distance to the center of town and very close to the fruit market. Luis is a WONDERFUL host and was excellent with communication and helping us understand San Cristobal. He has been the best host we have ever worked with. He is kind attentive and knowledgeable, even offering help with tours and services around the area. The apt was clean, cute and had everything we needed for our stay. It was much bigger than we originally thought, which was a nice surprise. The photographs didn't do it justice, we were very pleasantly surprised with how lovely the apartment was. The town of San Cristobal is a lovely stop, wonderful weather and so many friendly and helpful people around. We highly recommend Luis and his wonderful apartment.

It's a great place I recommend, we really felt like home with some dogs that bark but don't bother and the owner is a really friendly person.

We spent a month at this charming stay in the mountains. We have three children aged between 6 and 11. The place was great for them. Lots of light in the house, we loved working remotely in the kitchen/dining room. A lovely family park is a 10 mins walk from the house. We walked often to downtown San Cristobal, it takes about 30-40 minutes with the kids. Safe, warm, artistic, very quiet place. We would go back with great pleasure. The hosts were very responsive and helpful.

An excellent place to rest for a weekend.

Beautiful Cábaña, very clean, easy to get to. My boyfriend and I had a spectacular time enjoying the beautiful scenery and the silence of the forest<3. The only drawback we had was with the roll of the hot water, somehow you can't regulate the water temperature, or it comes out very cold or very hot. We reported it with the manager and very kindly supported us one day that there was no hot water, only cold... outside that very nice place.

Great place to get out of the everyday
