Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Phnom Penh

Vannys place was fantastic. Vanny and his partner are very warm and welcoming. Vanny got back to me on any and all questions within 10 minutes. Overall, very good!

We stayed at this property for almost two weeks in total. Lyon was super accessible throughout, very responsive to our wishes and needs such as issuing an invoice, and proactively told us what to do and also regularly asked if we arrived and if everything was okay. The place itself is very spacious and offers ample space so we had a great experience even with 6 people. The hygiene was also very good, but the dishes could perhaps be cleaned a little more carefully, since some small impurities could still be found here. As a downside, it could be mentioned that there is no Wi-Fi, but data volume is so cheap in Cambodia (6 dollars for 60gb/30 days) so that's really no problem. The description says there is no hot water flowing. We had the experience that hot water flows very well at different times. So as a result, warmest recommendation!

Good homestay for foreigners and locals

The place is very comfy and easy to find. Stayed here for 7 nights and i would say it was a comfortable stay. However, the AC was a bit weak so it takes a bit long to feel the AC, with the hot weather, it can be slightly frustrating. Also one of the bathrooms has slight smell. Otherwise, all was good!

I have incredible time with my family on Mother’s Day. It’s beautiful, clean, fresh, feeling so home. Jasmine flowers (Pkar Mlis) smell so good in the morning. 10/10

Everything is very well decorated, homey and cozy. High ceilings in the living room, there is everything, even a coffee machine and a blender. In the morning you can hear pleasant birds singing and the light noise of nature. I recommend

The place is pretty good. Had everything I needed and it was just as it was advertised. Didn’t really have any major issues. The only minor one was that I couldn’t open the door to the outside patio. But it wasn’t a big deal to the point it would lose a star.

Beautiful, clean, with 2 beds, location is close to everywhere I wanna go. Only few mins away. I have a good night sleep and stay there with my mom and auntie.

My friend and I had a wonderful two weeks at Reasey's place. It is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo. It was very clean and well-equipped and she left little extras (coffee, tea, instant noodles) for us which were appreciated on arrival. The building is fantastic as it has a rooftop garden with beautiful views of the city. There is also a cafe/bakery, mini mart, and gym/swimming pool on the 4th floor which were super convenient. The neighborhood is completely safe and there are many restaurants within walking distance. There are tuk-tuks always around too which make it convenient to get around the city if you don't feel like walking. Reasey checked in on us and was always super responsive. She is a wonderful host and I highly recommend staying at her place. If I go back to Phnom Penh, I will definitely stay at her place again. Thank you for everything Reasey!

The cocoon was centrally located and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. There is a concierge on-site should you have any questions. There is an in-unit washing machine. Right across the street is the mall with a great food hall and a massive grocery store should you need to buy supplies. The Celeste rotating bar is worth the visit, especially in the evening. Tyta is very responsive should questions come up during your visit. Check out her host book, which is chockful of local recommendations, all in the neighborhood.

Benz was very responsive to my enquiries. The studio apartment was clean. Shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, tissue, toilet paper provided. Water pressure was good for shower. No foul smell in bathroom. Flush toilet worked well. We enjoyed our stay. Btw this unit is on the 9th floor. Thank you Benz.
