Holiday rentals with a patio in Phnom Penh

Are you looking for a stylish and spacious apartment in a luxurious environment? Do you need a chilled and cool place to work from home? Have you ever wanted to sit on a heated-toilet and watch a 65" TV? If the answer to any of these is yes then this is the apartment for you. The apartment is as good as it looks in the photos. The bedroom goes fairly dark with little light bleed and the bed and pillows were comfy AF. I particularly liked the moveable partition between the bedroom and the living room. The kitchen is well-equipped for both dining and cooking. For working there is a decently sized tall desk (and tall chairs) but I much preferred the sofa, coffee table and behemoth TV combination. The local area has a few supermarkets, pharmacies and money-changers within 5 minute walking. The riverside/Kandal Market is a 30 minute walk or a $1.50 passapp ride. Host was responsive and friendly. I enjoyed my time in the apartment and would very much enjoy to stay here again in the future.

Great value for the price. The apartment was clean, free of mosquitos, and quiet. Very spacious and not cramped like so many other hotels. Has all the equipment you need. The apartment complex has 2 really long pools that you can swim laps in with great views of the city. It also has a weight training room, cardio room, and free studio. Lots of good Cambodian street food, Chinese restaurants, and 24/7 stores right outside your door. When I return to Cambodia, I will come back here again.

Elle’s place was great! It is a small 2 bedroom apartment with great views from the bedroom balcony. It has a small kitchen/dining room combo and no living room with one bathroom. The 2 bedrooms have EXCELLENT air conditioners! However, the beds are extremely firm. The bathroom drain is slow as it has a plug to keep odors from seeping into the bathroom. The hot water worked great! The apartment is in a new, modern building with security and key card access. It is very safe, as is Phnom Penh. Elle was very responsive. It was a great stay.

The real room is more beautiful than the picture with full of convenience, it makes me feel like i’m home, everything is very nice. I can see the city view and river view from this room. I will come back here if i have free time.

Was a great stay and Sophea was extremely proactive and great at communicating. The home is pretty and was clean. Sadly, the river that used to be behind the house no longer exists, and has been replaced with a construction site.

V's place was amazing. If you need a getaway out of the city, this place is a must. Might be a little bit hard to find, but the location is there for a reason. Peaceful and quiet. The garden and sunset scenery was perfect. Big massive space to walk around and enjoy with friends or family. Total country-side vibes, with a little bit of modern comfort from the pool the room and the outdoor garden. Garden lights were on at night, and we'd just enjoy the isolation from city lights and sounds.

These are modern serviced apartments, in the area of plenty of restaurants and shopping malls, a few minutes by tuktuk from the central entertainment area of Phnom Penh. As mentioned, the rooms are modern, clean, the beds are comfortable and from the windows a panoramic view of the river and the city skyline. The building has a gym and pool which made a significant difference. In short, an excellent stay feel free to book!

only con was had pay 2.00 each time went to pool per person I thought was all full included. need make aware have the pay for pool and gym

This condo has really good location And very cool swimming pool view The kitchen equipment is insufficient to cook , the owner offers you to bring whatever you lack but I could not bother , since it is too many things lacking if you want to cook. Probably it is just me This condo in total had a very good price - quality ratio

Great place with nice location. Mr. Lee was very responsive and met us at the condo even though it was midnight!! Would definitely stay here again
