A real moment suspended, a parenthesis of happiness for all of us. It is with reluctance that we have handed over the keys to you 😉 I would recommend this place to stay without a second thought!

We had a lovely stay and Rene was a great host.

We spent a night at Céline's accommodation and only have one regret: not having stayed longer. A real cozy house for two, with all the comforts, a garden and somewhere to store our bikes. We highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time with a super beautiful view! Location is good walking distance to the restaurants and the lake. There is plenty to do on and around the lake. Apartment was neat and everything was present. Only the bathroom was very small. Shower in bathtub and had to hold the shower head by hand because there was no suspension option. That was really a minus point for us. For the rest, highly recommended.

Morgane and her husband are super welcoming! Great communication from booking to entering the cottage. A weekend for 6 on site that went wonderfully. The Nordic bath and the wood stove in the living room are a real plus. The house is well-equipped and has everything you need to have a pleasant time with friends or family. The shopping area is 5 minutes away by car, which makes things easier. to recommend for a weekend or a week in the Chambéry region.

We came in and felt right at home! The nice decor, the beautiful courtyard and the great pool enchanted us. The equipment is absolutely sufficient and all important devices are available. The grill is particularly cool, and you can even use it on rainy days under the covered area of the yard. You can feel completely comfortable and relax in the beautiful accommodation. In the area, you can pursue many different activities and enjoy the great nature. Evening walks can also be started directly from the house. An absolutely successful holiday! The owner was really kind, and the house was really comfortable and nice like my own home. The interior was cute and the amenities were well-equipped, so it was convenient to live in and the location was very good.

The perfect place to stay in Annecy. Smack dab in the middle of the old town and 10 minutes walk from the train station. The apartment is beautiful and very quiet. This one is worth a trip just to stay here.

Catherine’s hospitality and level of care in organising the apartment was second to none and truly one of my favourite stays in Annecy, this being the third time I have stayed. Easily accessible and close to all amenities and the lake, its truly one of my favourite places. Catherine as always is communicative and helpful. Any questions I have had she has answered thoroughly and promptly. Highly recommended!

We stayed in the apartment offered on the first floor of the cottage, perfectly renovated with quality materials and very neat decoration. The accommodation is very clean, very comfortable and offers absolute calm and a magnificent view of the mountains. The hosts are very attentive, giving valuable instructions and pleasant recommendations to enjoy the good places nearby. We will gladly stay in Lathuile again.

We stayed 3 days with our child and loved it! The apartment is beautiful, very well decorated, very well equipped. The outdoor terrace offers a beautiful additional living space (with a planxa). The house in which the Airbnb is located is the highest accommodation of the house is above a beautifully maintained and planted garden. A haven of peace for people like us, living in the center of Lyon, who need greenery, calm and serenity. A significant plus for our 16-month-old: a superb park with games and large trees for children 300m away. Super safe apartment, and a travel cot available! We spent one night there. The accommodation is easy to access and matches the description; There is a piece of garden for tenants with a small terrace for eating outside; Easy parking in front of the house. The stay was very pleasant, Marie is very available, kind and accommodating. We stayed for 2 weeks the accommodation was great, the garden well appointed and very pleasant, the cottage really well equipped nothing missing. We can park inside in the courtyard with a secure gate. The city center of Challes les eaux is only a 10-minute walk with all the shops. We recommend 100% and will undoubtedly be back.

The kitchen setup and dining options both in the room and around the pool were excellent. Also, a big plus for the pool size, which was not too small. I definitely recommend this location!
