Overall, great experience and beautiful house. The beach amenities could use some upgrades. Broken beach chairs and umbrella. Carrie was very understanding and helpful when we came across an issue with an amenity listed in the description of the place but was not actually there and resolved it timely. She was a great host and the house was great for our big family trip. Thanks for everything Carrie.

It’s a very nice place to stay. The path to the ocean is right in front of the house. Fenced in backyard was perfect for the pups. Ice cold AC. Perfect porch views. This place could handle a dozen people easily. We had a great time. Golf cart rentals was walking distance from the house. Crystal Beach was a short cruise on the cart.

We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The location was perfect — a short drive to the beach, with gorgeous views all day long. The house was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. We brought our own food for breakfast/lunch & ate out for dinner a couple times! The home has comfy beds, spacious rooms, and a great outdoor space for hanging out! We enjoyed coffee on the balcony in the mornings! We loved having the pool & playground for our little! It was a perfect way to end our beach days! It felt like a true home away from home. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, and check-in was a breeze. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a peaceful, beachy getaway!

This was a great stay! Everything was clean and as stated. The list of local stores, etc. was super helpful. The place was very clean. We had a fantastic time if I could give him 10 stars I would. If we ever return to the area will definitely seek out this host again. our friends had a rental down the street and even though it was bigger, this was far superior very very happy with our stay

This Airbnb is for the books. An excellent home away from home right on the water with everything a person could need. It is very clear that Jonathan and Patrick care about providing a wonderful experience (not just making money off of a property just cuz). The kitchen was very well stocked. Towels and soaps and everything one could need in the bathroom. Very, very comfortable beds. Well-placed TV. Great little loft area with more beds and a place to work. Lovely outside seating/hangout places upstairs and downstairs. Washer/dryer. Cleaning supplies. Everything. They were extremely responsive and helpful. When we needed help with one of the locks (we were just tired after a long drive; their instructions were actually on point) they proactively called us right away because they saw the notifications. Btw, the toilet has a seat warmer. I was like, "Now, they're just showing off!" Book this and anything else they have on this platform. They are the real deal.

We loved the house! We loved the privacy of our porch and the home’s location on the beach. I appreciated the gate at the top of the porch for my kids and dog, and my kids loved the bunk room! All amenities listed were in working order. We’d love to stay again!

Incredibly peaceful and absolutely breathtaking!! Definitely recommend if you are looking for a nice, peaceful, secluded, relaxing, clean house with amazing views of the water and beach! Everything about this was great!! We didn’t want to leave even after being here a week! The house was one of the cleanest we have stayed at! It is furnished with everything!! Owners had great, quick responses and were very helpful and friendly! Easy check out. Between watching the sunrise, sunsets, relaxing on the beach or the patio, and splashing around in the water, this place is so heavenly!! This will be one of our places we come back to if we come this direction again!

Randall’s place is absolutely lovely! As soon as I walked in- it was hard for me to believe he would rent it out. It was perfect for my family. Just the right size for a family of 6. Everything we needed was there. Internet went out and he let us know immediately that it was being worked on- in fact, we didn’t know it was out until he emailed. As soon as on- he let us know. It was nice to be able to also use the garage. Was a great stay- even with the rain.

This house is beautiful and well maintained. My favorite room is the air-conditioned sun porch. it was a relaxing place to sit and read. When the others in our group arrived we enjoyed sitting there talking. Living room is comfy. Wifi was great. We never even turned on the TV, we were to busy enjoying all being together. Kitchen is well stocked and large enough for several people to move around in. Bedrooms have comfortable bedding and mattress. Not a host issue just out there for information. Beds are all very tall, for most this would not be an issue I struggled due to back, knee, and hip issues. Grandkid loved the bunk bed. We enjoyed the location and selected it because it was close to the water and several of our favorite places. Check out the shops & Restaurants on Main Street. My favorite is El Ranchero. 1st Saturday each month is the vendor event on Main St. 5 Points Park when all lit up at night is beautiful. It's kind of retro neon, think Radiator Springs from Cars.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was super clean and very spacious, with four comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms—both well-stocked, and one with a relaxing garden tub. The kitchen had everything we needed and more, making it easy to cook meals during our stay. The location felt very safe and was super convenient to get around. We also appreciated the handy washer and dryer, which even came stocked with laundry soap. The big backyard was a highlight, especially with the swing set for the kids to enjoy. Parking was a breeze with a large cement driveway that easily fit three vehicles.

This house was amazing and beautiful. I would recommend it to everyone and lots of things to do for the whole family. Our host was gracious and very responsive.

Absolutely amazing. Looked like the pictures. Area swimming pool is right next door which was great. Everything was convenient and orderly. Yours will be the first one i look for next time. Thanks for everything we loved it.

We really enjoyed our relaxing stay at Laurie's cute place. It was very spacious for two and we loved the ocean vibe and ocean views.

I have been so impressed with Melissa’s quick communication and compassion! We had a family emergency and ended up needing to cancel and she’s been so super responsive to my messages! We definitely hope to be able to stay here when we can find time to get away in the future!

Jan's place was great for the price! Very nice couple that are very accommodating! We went shore bird watching and to the Keham board walk, so this was perfect base for exploration. Next trip going to see NASA and more bird watching

We loved it here! Right down the street from the boardwalk. Kid friendly and the perfect place for our family to get away for the weekend. We loved the layout and kitchen and living room. We will stay here again! Thank you!!

This is our second time staying here. he beach house was perfect for our family. The space had 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. The backyard was wonderful for our furry friend. We will return.

Very easy and pleasant experience staying here. Super private and beautiful views. Honestly only good things to say about the house and amenities. Hosts were kind and responsive - we didn’t have any issues but they always responded quickly to messages. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking to stay in Bolivar.

This was a great house within walking distance of the beach and a playground. The house was extremely clean and perfect for our large group - 4 adults, 1 toddler, and 2 babies. The provided pack and play helped our won packing space. The beds were also very comfortable, and the AC worked great in this June Texas heat.
