Good place for short-term stay. Metro train is really close and bus 200 from and to the airport is 10 minutes walking from the apartment. Really good place if your idea is use it only for sleep and enjoy Madrid walking.

Excellent stay at Jorge's house! The house is very nice, comfortable and cozy. The cleanliness is impeccable, everything was perfectly tidy and with a wonderful smell. The sheets had a very pleasant aroma that made the experience even more special. The kitchen was spotless and equipped with everything you need. Location is perfect, close to everything we needed. In addition, Jorge was always very attentive, responding quickly to all our questions and making sure that we had everything we needed. Everything was perfect, we will definitely stay here again!

It was an excellent stay. Arlett was always very available to answer us and help us with whatever we needed. We were received by his parents, who were always extremely friendly. The apartment is located in a quiet and beautiful residential area, with services and supermarkets within walking distance. We were able to park in the building's underground parking lot. The apartment was very clean, well preserved and equipped and is very comfortable. We still have access to the pool. Aconselho.

we enjoyed the apartment and Madrid. It is in the center and everything is close. You can't really sit outside at the apartment, but there are plenty of terraces nearby and beautiful parks. Alfredo responded quickly and adequately. Also with the major power outage!😉. Repeatable

We stayed a month for the whole family and we are especially happy for the facilities offered by Francisco, who facilitated us flexible entry, making it easier to carry suitcases beforehand so that the entrance and logistics were simpler with the children.

The apartment was lovely and spotlessly clean. There is a swimming pool but sadly it didn't open for another week. The host was really helpful and friendly. My flight was late so it was almost 2am by the time I got to him. He waited patiently and showed me into the flat personally. I had lost a mobile charging cable en route and my phone was very low so he lent me one for the duration of my stay. He sent me a message the next day to make sure I was ok and if I needed anything. Lovely guy and lovely apartment! Thank you.

I highly recommend this Airbnb! The location is absolutely perfect — close to everything you might need, whether you’re exploring the city or just want convenient access to shops and restaurants. The apartment is incredibly roomy and comfortable, which made a huge difference during our stay. It felt more like a home than a rental. Everything we needed was provided — from kitchen essentials to extra towels. If you’re looking for a place that’s well-located, spacious, and fully equipped, this is the one. Loved this apartment - perfect for 2 people. Has everything you need within a 5 min walk. Great pool and gym and 24 hour security with is nice. Oscar is super nice, easy to communicate with. We will be back to stay here!

All good. Comfortable shirts. The only thing we missed was trash bags, but otherwise great.

If there was a rating above 5, we would have given it! The perfect apartment! Private pool and building pool, gym, parking, 2 beautiful terraces all very well equipped, finally a real quality Airbnb! Ramon gave us excellent addresses for lunch while waiting for the arrival time, was accommodating to let us leave a little later! We look forward to coming back soon

It’s located in a quite street but close to restaurants and Atocha station, Museo del Prado and others places. We had good time

The room is as described. It is literally next to the Metropolitan Stadium. Everything was great. Patricia was very nice and communicative

Our stay at Frederic’s place was awesome. Everything is just the same as on the pics. It is a perfect match for co-living even though there were 9 of adults. There are a lot of common spaces to spend time together. As well as bbq and swimming pool. Frederic was very helpful and supported us on every question and request, even brought us extra blankets when we asked. Highly recommend to stay at Fredric’s place and very grateful for the hospitality.

I had a great stay at Basyar's place. I'd just been running a large event in Madrid and therefore needed some peace and quiet and it delivered exactly that. its out of the main hustle and bustle of Madrid which may not suit everyone but for me it was perfect. I particularly loved the terrace and small pool which is a rare find and the sun shone so I was able to make the most of it. The property is a 20-30 mins drive outside of central Madrid (depending on time of travel) but this was fine for me. I didn't take public transport or really research the local area but found a small shop round the corner which was sufficient for my needs. Basyar was really responsive when I had questions and was very accommodating when I had to extend my check-out time. I will definitely return.

Very comfortable apartment with everything we needed. Eduardo was helpful and left all the information very clearly. The location is excellent, there are parking spaces on the street and it was also very easy and quick to get to the center by bus that stops almost at the door. There are also shops nearby, a market, a pharmacy and good bars. We took advantage of the outdoor area for a pleasant breakfast, it was a pity we didn't have time to ride a bike, since the surroundings are very pleasant. I highly recommend it!
