Holiday rentals with breakfast in Chamberí

Clean and quiet place to stay. The location was excellent - close to a metro step and walking distance to a busy part of town. Mercedes was also an extremely friendly and helpful host. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here!

Excellent place to stay. Patricia is an American living in Spain for 40 yrs - thus the best of both worlds. Spotless location, very accommodating and friendly. An entire room and living room to yourself so plenty of space . I came in June and NO A/C in the bedroom would be fine anytime outside of summer , but for me this one detail made the stay quite sweaty at nights :) A fan is over the bed which just moved warm air :) - all to say, something to consider about staying here in the summer. Apt on 8th floor w elevators, so luggage not an issue. Thank you, Patricia!

Carlos was an excellent host and very generous and warm. Upon our arrival, he greeted us with an incredible selection of food and drinks (lactose-free milk, whole milk, soy milk, tea, coffee, jam, butter, toast, fruit, croissants, wine, beer, etc.). Carlos was very helpful and attentive. He gave us many recommendations for Madrid in advance and was also available and caring at all times during our stay. He also provided a Metro card that we could top up and use, which simplified our round trip in Madrid. The apartment was immaculate. Everything was very clean and carefully maintained. Carlos had left small gifts (chocolates, candles, hand cream and face masks) in each room for us. The rooms were spacious and very well equipped (air conditioning in every room). We were a group of 7 people and had plenty of space. We thank Carlos for everything! Stay as you are ❤

Excellent place. A very nice, clean and comfortable place. The hosts are a 10. Marisol is an exceptional person who is very concerned about your comfort, giving you breakfast and trying her dishes and offering you help with everything. In addition, the house is always clean and shining. Great Spanish house!

loved this place! charming, artistic and very well stocked home in one of the best locations in Madrid. very pleasant neighborhood, ideally placed between Retiro/Salamanca on one side and Centro and La Latina on the other. Viruga is a warm and very responsive host. she provided valuable and very timely assistance on all our inquiries. highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Jose and Pablo’s place. They were super kind and even gave us free snacks and drinks. The house was clean, cozy, and well equipped with air conditioning, a TV, and a private ensuite bathroom. Wi-Fi was great and check-in was easy. There’s a lock inside the room for privacy (no outside lock), which was fine for us. We had great rest every night as it’s quiet and comfortable. The location is perfect, just a 2–3 minute walk from Argüelles station. Carrefour and a ramen shop is a stone’s throw away, and there’s a Massimo Dutti across the street by the station. Jose also gave us helpful directions and great local tips. Be sure to check out La Taberna de Moncloa nearby it’s delicious, cheap, and very local. You know it’s good when the menu is only in Spanish! This place is a hidden gem. Cozy, convenient, and hosted by two wonderful people. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The place was nice, tidy and smells good! Home was very cozy. 🩷 If you are looking for a place to stay, Juliana’s place would be your best bet! Very close to the train station, convenience stores and pharmacy just a few steps away.. And community is very quiet! Thank you Juliana and Duchi for the amazing stay. 🩷

It is a super quiet and very central pedestrian area. It's close to everything. Celia is very close and is always attentive

From the start she was very helpful, giving clear instructions from the station to the door. Although she wasn’t confident to use English and my Spanish is minimal, she was very quick to use an app to explain the set up. I was only there for one night, which must have been an inconvenience for her, but she was very friendly, and provided the perfect breakfast. It was particularly hot in Madrid that week, but the room had an effective aircon unit, which helped.

A very pleasant accommodation, the apartment was great, clean, and well-connected to public transport. Rocio was a fantastic host, and her company was very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this accommodation. There are many restaurants, bakeries, and grocery stores in the area—whatever you need is within easy reach.
