This was a fantastic place to stay, with an amazing location so close to the Scout wave. Jessica was very helpful, understanding, and communicative. The space is full of thoughtful details to make you feel at home, and there are helpful instructions everywhere to answer anything you might be wondering about. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! I loved that I could just put on my surf gear and walk to the wave. And it was so easy to access everything in town. Although it was FibArk festival weekend, the house was very quiet and peaceful, offering both extremely convenient access to everything going on and a calm respite to retreat to.

We stay in BV every year. Mainly South Main area. Everything was perfect. We will be back

Mary's place was absolutely wonderful. It was obvious that she had put a lot of time into finding comfortable furniture, beautiful antiques and just the right decor that was not overdone and very tastefully appointed. The bedding was very comfy and the little touches like luxurious bath towels, soap and shampoo for her guests, and Keurig drinks at the ready really made it feel like we were on vacation. This home is close to town and has mountain views. I highly recommend a stay at Mary's place the next time you are heading to Buena Vista!

Marsha was so responsive and attentive to our needs. This is the most well stocked air BNB I have stayed at, and the amenities made me feel right at home. The deck was a fabulous place to spend the evenings! I will be back!

Lucy is EASILY the most friendly and proactive host that I have ever had. The location is perfectly situated to explore Salida, Poncha, Buena Vista, Cripple Creek and so much more. The home is without a doubt, FLAWLESS. Clean and more than well equipped. I will easily look to book here again in the future.

This was the perfect place for our multi family stay to visit our Salida to family! the bathrooms off the two king suites was a huge help. plenty of space for us. our kids loved watching the deer off the balcony in the mornings.

Super sweet spot, the location by the river and downtown is primo, and the hot tub was just divine!

We loved our stay and will happily come again! The beds slept our family of six peacefully, the kitchen was well stocked and the entire condo was comfortable and we were able to have our family over for dinner one night. My teenage and college age children loved the flexibility of being able to walk downtown and to the river and my husband and I were grateful they had the flexibility. We also enjoyed getting to know the neighbors and the walking the nearby trails along the river to Franz Lake! All in all a great experience and we were sad to leave.

My friends and I had a wonderful weekend at this is Airbnb. The location was fantastic and we really enjoyed the outside space. The place has some really cool decor with a Parisian flare. Directions from Pinon Vacations were super clear which was nice not to have to reach out to them for anything during our stay.

Had a fabulous weekend stay during their annual Bluegrass Festival weekend. The unit was spotless, the beds were super comfortable, living room furniture very comfortable too. Right across from Arkansas river for east access fishing. Easy walk to downtown with great restaurants and riverfront establishments. Great vibe in the town too! Standout was the kitchen. I’ve stayed in many where the pots and pans and utensils are just awful but everthing here was perfect!

We had a great stay in Salida. This spot is the perfect location for hanging out in town.

Emily has been amazing to work with, and this place is incredible! It has everything you could possibly need. Incredibly clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked, the beds are cozy, and the views are stunning. Multiple decks overlook the water, and the rooftop deck is perfect for stargazing. The location is ideal for walking into town. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Loved the place! Will definitely stay again. Has everything for play and work. Loved the King Bedroom, bed, natural light, & the TV! The kitchen had everything you could imagine. Even has a garage.

Janna’s place was in the perfect location and offered everything we needed for our extended family of 7. We also really appreciated the extra special things she did to make us feel welcome particularly the coffee and restaurant recommendations. We are already planning another trip this coming fall.
