Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Chacarita

The host communicated clearly at all times. They were understanding of our needs (we traveled with a pet) and showed initiative. The super apartment, Chacarita is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Buenos Aires, for those who like to have a more local experience than in the most touristic points, but at the same time have access to everywhere. We loved our stay here!

This is a great building. We had already stayed in another unit of the same building and the pool is as fantastic as it looks.

The apartment is new, modern, comfortable and well decorated, as shown in the photos. It is well equipped and allows a comfortable stay. The building is well located, the area is safe and offers good amenities: 24-hour reception, spacious co-working, gym, terrace, laundry and swimming pools. The indoor pool is in a heated space, but the water is not heated, it is cold, which limited its use. The terrace grills are only available for extended stays. As opportunities for improvement: - Communication with the host could be more direct and accessible in case of unforeseen events. - Price-quality ratio.

Very modern, clean and comfortable apartment. It had everything i needed plus some extra niceties (like electrical adapters) without any unnecessary items so i had plenty of space to spread out and store my stuff. The blackout curtains were really great as well. It was light and airy during the day and completely dark at night. The hosts were very responsive and thoughtful!

The apartment is cozy and tidy. The location is great, it is possible to do a lot of things walking. On the same street there are two cafés that open from 08am and they are great! Josefina was always attentive to communicate, an optimal host. Quick check-in, no sleeping noises.

Great stay, modern building, comfortable apartment. Access to the gym and game room is an important plus. The only thing is that more kitchen utensils would be needed if you stay for several days.

A perfect apartment in an ideal location. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment was great for our stay. Maria was very responsive, with an easy check in. Overall highly recommended for an amazing place in Buenos Aires.

Great place to stay. In a really good neighborhood Palermo Hollywood, in walking distance of a lot of cool places. Also very safe neighborhood, and the 24/7 doorman was great. I would recommend this place!

Host always willing to help and quick return. Very cozy and comfortable apartment. However, busy street and very noisy. The distance to the subway is significant. For the amount charged, it met expectations.

The apartment was very nice and in a great location, about a 15-minute speed walk to Palermo and just two blocks from a Subtle station. There are also several good coffee shops nearby, which was a plus. The gym in the building is a bit run down and mostly has cardio equipment, not much for weights — but I found another gym in the neighborhood that offers day passes, two-week, or monthly options. The host was very responsive and fixed a small issue I had at checkin within an hour, which I really appreciated. Overall, I think it was a great value and I had a really nice stay.

Great stay! Apartment has all the basic necessities and is in a great location. Hosts were incredibly responsive and very understanding and flexible when my flight arrived late and I had to change my check in time. Recommend booking and would book again myself. Thank you!

Hernán contacted me very quickly, as did Carolina. They made us feel accompanied all the time and always very attentive to what we needed. The photos reflect the reality of the property. There were no surprises. It was super clean and with new appliances. We were greeted by Carolina and her daughter. We will not hesitate to rent again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Excellent location, super central and very cozy. It has a flexible check-in schedule as it has autonomous entry. I would consider it again for future trips.

The house looks like from a movie, super stylish, comfy, and spacious. I wish I could live there for a year haha The office is huge and nice, with a big window, definitely made me more productive.
