Apartment very well located, many cafes, restaurants, market nearby. Quiet streets for walking at any time. Bright apartment, super safe building, quiet neighborhood with no noises. Good bed, small kitchen however complete. Good bathroom also. The charm is really for the private terrace, it's really cool. Santiago answers all messages very quickly.

The host communicated clearly at all times. They were understanding of our needs (we traveled with a pet) and showed initiative. The super apartment, Chacarita is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Buenos Aires, for those who like to have a more local experience than in the most touristic points, but at the same time have access to everywhere. Parque Los Andes a beautiful green dot. Thank you Yanina and Ricardo for the great stay!

Simply spectacular!!! Maria Laura is a genius! From the first moment she was super attentive to any query, in anything we needed she gave much more than 100%, the check-in and check-out had a flexibility that I will always be grateful, in terms of the apartment, just beautiful, it has everything you need, clean, with a beautiful terrace, we did not need anything, the location is unbeatable, you have the sub two blocks, and you can move around the city with ease, my expectations were already high and still managed to overcome them by a lot. I definitely recommend it, you don't have to look any further, when I return to the city this is definitely my first and only option, Thank you Maria! You're the best!

Lucia's place is in a great location to explore BA! The apartment is clean and everything works. The garden view is beautiful and matches the pictures. The only issue I had was that the apartment is not very well insulated to sounds. Some neighbors in the building have loud barking dogs that can be heard inside the apartment and it can make it difficult to relax. If barking does not bother you, then you will love the apartment. Lucia and her co-host were very responsive and helpful, they were flexible with my check-in even when I arrived late after midnight. Lucia even tried to help with the barking by contacting the dog's owner (unfortunately it did not work). I would happily stay here again if the barking could be eliminated. Besides that, the apartment and hosts were perfect!

This is a great building. We had already stayed in another unit of the same building and the pool is as fantastic as it looks.

The apartment is even more beautiful in person, very well located, in the Palermo Soho neighborhood where you can find the best restaurants and cafes and walk quietly at night (even for a solo traveler like me). In addition to having a super-equipped kitchen to prepare your food on a day you don't feel like going out or even making your own breakfast on a cold and rainy morning. Azul and Nico are excellent hosts, they were super attentive with my late check-in and helped me with an extra cleaning, as I had a lot of days of accommodation. I highly recommend it for those who are going to visit Buenos Aires, you will be in the best region of the city. A big hug.

Stunning 10-metre balcony with the added retro-warmth of folding wooden doors. Chacarita is quiet & super central. 10 to 20 minute walk into both Palermo & Belgrano, & two blocks from Collegiales. Lacroze & Olleros metro, 7-10 min walk. A word or two (or four) on the kitchen - it's the best equipped kitchen I've encountered on airbnb. Encyclopaedic. Excellent mattress too - it's one of those soft but firm at the same time ones that encourages you to dream. There is a rumour that the longer you sleep, the less people will expect you to reawaken and present yourself to the world. Just be sure not to change your appearance before bed, or people may have a hard time believing it's you today. You will then face a sort of non-stop gauntlet in which the very people who refute your identity will mis-use your name in all manner of ways, simply to accord with their own biases. A final word: the varnished floorboards reflect light with magnificent intensity, and you're on the top floor.

Very modern, clean and comfortable apartment. It had everything i needed plus some extra niceties (like electrical adapters) without any unnecessary items so i had plenty of space to spread out and store my stuff. The blackout curtains were really great as well. It was light and airy during the day and completely dark at night. The hosts were very responsive and thoughtful!

Graciela's space was our home for over a month. Pros: - EXTREMELY walkable neighborhood. High density of world class food and coffee shops within 5-10 minutes walk from your front door. - Amenities. On the 10th floor (terrace) there's a heated pool with city view, sauna, steam room, social room/grill, sundeck. It almost feels like you're at a 4-5 star hotel. The gym could use more weights/plates/dumbells, though - EXTREMELY attentive host. Graciela genuinely cares about how you're doing and goes out of her way to let you know about events in BsAs Cons: - Smokers in the vicinity / hallway smells can seep into apt - Small kitchen with only 2 electric stovetops - No solid workspace (dining room table chairs aren’t the most comfortable and outlet placement was a bit convenient) - Apartment has no balcony and faces inward (still has a view, but little to no direct sunlight during the day)

The apartment area is beautiful, highly recommended to enjoy. Apartment with easy access, with a human goal always. Ideal for a couple. It has all the details !!! you can see that it is from someone who knows the needs when traveling. it has all the basic things not to have to go shopping, cleaning supplies, sugar, coffee, tea, soap, lots of toilet paper. The place was perfect, comfy, walking distance from restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, etc, Luciano has been Super helpful from the begining to the end and also very kind. Pablo de building manager is also super helpful. I had a wonderful stay in this place, Im very happy to have chosen it. I fully recomend it

Gabriel is a very busy host with the reception. Before arriving, I send suggestions for places, restaurants, breweries and places. He leaves us very relaxed, the reception is spectacular. He is very careful, his apartment is organized, he explains how everything works. And he's always ready to answer questions and anything you need. In short, we were very comfortable and safe. Everything was impeccable.

Host communicated really well. Location is definitely the highlight of this Airbnb. Unfortunately the shower pressure changes constantly which could be bothersome but other than that everything was great!

Excellent stay. We stayed 5 days, the location is sensational, Palermo is a very beautiful neighborhood and with many nice places, the apartment is close to the subway for those who want the convenience, the bed is huge and great for sleeping, and the host attended us super well. Our stay was great.
