Our farm is located at 1175 m above sea level, a 15-minute walk above the South Tyrolean sunny village of Lajen. Meadows and forest surround our house. You can again deliberately experience nature, listen to the bird voices and breathe the clean air. The species-friendly cattle farm characterizes our organic farm. Summer - exercise in nature • Relax in the countryside around the house • Hike in the adjacent forest and listen to the bird voices • Hike on the cozy dirt path to the Antonius Cross, breathe in fresh air and enjoy the panoramic view of the Eisack Valley (5 min. • Hike on the historic Poststeig from Klausen to the Grödental and the colorful autumn coloring • Hike to Lajener Hausberg Raschötz (2100 m) and the beauty of the Dolomites marvel at (3 hours) • In just 20 minutes by car, you can reach the cable car to the unique Seiseralm - Magic of nature • Experience the forest at Neuschnee • Marvel at the snowy landscape • Deer spotting and sailing ferries • Sledding and ice skating • In just 15 minutes by car, you can reach the famous Dolomiti supermarket in the Grödnertal (Sella Ronda, Saslong departure slope). In the sun-kissed village of Lajen, the cradle of the Minnesänger Walther from the Vogelweide and only 500 m from our farm, you will find 2 churches 3 guest farms Pizzeria 2 mixed shops 1 baker 1 butcher 1 pharmacy 1Bank sports field and multi-purpose field. Public transport (bus) can also be reached 500 m from our farm. There are also 2 taxi companies in the village. The farming shape and the rural ambiance makes our accommodation unique. Connecting tradition and technology is a big challenge. We are striving to manage the farm sustainably, which is only organic-loved. We have our own water source with a very good analysis, which is also rounded out with Grander water revitalization. We generate all the electricity through a photovoltaic system and reach a Co² of savings of about 13,000 kg annually.

Our house is located in Lajen-Ried, at 780 meters above sea level, on the sunny southern slope at the entrance to the Val Gardena - the ideal starting point for your skiing and hiking vacation. Lajen-Ried is a scattered settlement surrounded by fields, meadows and forests. The immediate surroundings are a dream setting for hikers and cyclists. One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

it was really fantastically beautiful at Armin's! The place exactly met our expectations, everything was immaculately clean and a breakfast on the private terrace with talk view just a dream! We felt very comfortable. The farm products were super delicious and for us the cherry on the cream! Armin was always very accessible and always helped us with questions. Absolutely Remarkable place, the ever changing conditions viewed from the main window from clouds to sunny to the villages below make it the perfect sport to sit and stare for hours. The location is one of the nicest we saw during our entire trip in the Dolomites. Private and stunning scenery. The loft is beautiful, with all the amenities you need. We were a family of 4 and managed there comfortably. Stefano and Francesca responded immediately to any questions and very helpful recommending restaurants or things to do. We’ll be back some day!!

Our stay here was fantastic! Not only is the home beautiful inside and out, but Hannah was a wonderful host! She provided lots of local recommendations for dining (all of which were amazing) and she also helped coordinate getting our lost luggage from Venice airport. Our 5 days here were not long enough! We are already talking about coming back! Would 100% recommend staying here!

For us it was one of the best stays we ever had. Lorenzo was very responsive and caring. View from balcony/living room was breathtaking. Of course jacuzzi is always a great add-on. Parking place for our car nearby. All in all it was a wonderful stay - thank you very much Lorenzo 🙏🏼 Note for other guests: Streets to accommodation are very narrow and bring your own shower gel.
