The Annex

The accommodation is completely independent, located on the first floor of an old stable on our property and equipped with a beautiful terrace, all surrounded by beautiful pastures. Chris and Julie welcome you to a warm, atypical and charming place. The Annex is composed of two rooms equipped as follows: A terrace with independent external staircase. Living room with kitchenette and sofa bed. A bedroom, shower room and sink. A separate toilet.

Welcome to our charming cottage between Beauce and Perche, 38 m² outbuilding of our main house. Enjoy an independent garden and park your car in our private space. Less than 30 km from Chartres and 5 km from Courville-sur-Eure train station (Paris-Montparnasse line), you are here in the heart of nature, conducive to calm and rest. Manoir du Bois Joly – Gite du Fournil

The Manoir "Bois Joly" dates from the beginning of the 16th century. Next to Nogent-le-Rotrou (2 kms), it is in the middle of fields, meadows and woods. In the 19th, it becomes a big farm of Perche. He is then known for his important breeding Percheron horses. Since 1985, we restore it in the respect of the architecture and traditional techniques of Perche.
