Also close to the faculties and 700 m from the center of Pessac (cinema, market, restaurants, shops). The entrance is completely independent and you can arrive at any time thanks to a key box. Small apartment next to the house. Independent entrance equipped kitchen (Nespresso machine ,microwave,mini fridge) new sofa bed. Bathroom with its walk-in shower. Shops and restaurants 100m away. Bus lines to Bordeaux 300 m away and the tram 1 km away. The train station is 1 km away. By car through exit 13 of the bypass. The airport 6 km 4 km away are the hospitals Haut Lév Airbnb, Xavier Arnozan and the sports clinic. Towels and bed linen is provided.

Nice studio (25 m²) on the ground floor independent of the owners' house. Ideally located near Bordeaux, 35 minutes from the Arcachon Bay and 10 minutes from the Great Bordeaux Vineyards (Haut-Brion, Pape-Clément). In a very quiet residential area, we welcome you to this well-equipped accommodation with all the comforts for a pleasant stay. The studio has a private garden area with garden furniture and BBQ as well as a free parking space right in front.

A quiet night, with the possibility of keeping the cottage until the end of the day, was pleasant for us. The gite is well equipped and clean. Access is through the owner's home, who was away that day. The kitchenette is small, but sufficient. The bathroom is well equipped.

Very nice modern isolated cabin furnished with taste and simplicity, all the essentials are there. The host is very welcoming and open, gives access to his pool and is very accommodating. Privacy is preserved. The setting is also nice, in the forest and next to a very beautiful oak tree. Go there without asking yourself questions, if you like nature and tranquility.

Very convenient and clear self check-in even in the dark. Parking spaces were not available but the street is well provided with spaces. The apartment was really nice and planned to welcome you without having to bring consumables. It's very comfortable. I just regretted for the first night a neighborhood and a noisy fridge as well. It should do with kies balls. The second night was quieter and so I didn't hear the fridge :) I recommend it!
