Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in České Budějovice

We just loved Elisabeth's place! Elisabeth and Stefanie gave us a warm welcome, made us feel right at home and gave us everything we need to have a great time in this house. It is VERY well equipped, to the point I made soup in their lovely kitchen to my kids. After a long time traveling- we really felt as though we were welcomed into their home. The village is small and sweet, surrounded by small vilages and the nature surroundings are amazing. Thank you, Elisabeth and Stefanie for your hospitality and good spirit!

The apartment meets all conceivable expectations. We have not previously stayed in such a fully furnished, modern apartment - everything is there: microwave, 2! refrigerators, dishwasher, fully automatic coffee machine, glasses and dishes for every purpose in more than sufficient numbers, fully equipped kitchen in which many spices and consumables (such as tabs for the dishwasher) were also available. In addition, little things as a special service: a night light, cotton swabs and cosmetic pads in the bathroom, four large umbrellas in the wardrobe… Everything is nicely decorated with sense and reason. In short: everything is fine. But the highlight for us in January was: the beautiful oven, with which you could make yourself really comfortable. There were only three of us, but the apartment has eight beds. It could get tight at the table in the kitchen - but I'm sure Jitka has a good solution for that too.

We immediately felt comfortable in Johannes' very nice and cozy house. The area is very pretty, very suitable for hiking and within 20 minutes you can reach many interesting places by car. Johannes is an extremely nice and communicative host, who can always be reached quickly. We hope that we will come back soon, we would love to stay in Johannes' cozy house.

Quietly located, you can enjoy the great house with sauna and whirlpool and use the time to relax and for the family. Jaroslav quickly answered every question in advance and everything worked out great and was prepared for us as a large family. For the most necessary groceries, there was a supermarket (24/7) in the next town and, due to the proximity to Austria, we found a local butcher and baker with great products. We'd love to come back ... pure relaxation!

Rüdiger's house is at the edge of the forest, totally idyllic by a stream; ideal for dog owners - there is also everything incl. Beds and feeding bowls. The equipment is very nice, new, over-complete and above all picobello. There was even a table football game ("Wutzler"). We felt very comfortable together with our two adult daughters and small dog and made wonderful excursions in the area (Blockheide, Wackelstein, Unterwasserreich, Hochmoor Schrems and Heidenreichstein, Sole Felsen-Bad Gmünd). We are already looking forward to another visit to Alt-Nagelberg :-)!

The stay was excellent! The house is spacious, clean, and well-equipped — perfect for 8 people. The layout across two floors is very practical, and the location is peaceful and close to nature. We especially enjoyed the outdoor seating area. Thank you to the host for the great hospitality and smooth communication!

A beautiful house located directly on the lake, access is easily possible. The house is perfect for families with children, there are many different options for all ages. The furnishings themselves are upscale and in perfect condition. Charcoal grill and sauna are also available. A parking space for a car is available directly at the house, further parking spaces are about 100 meters away. The entire system is very well maintained and in excellent condition. We would book again at any time, absolute recommendation. Communication was possible at all times and without problems.

Very nice flat, only short walk away from the City center. A big shopping center is also close to the appartement. The flat was very clean, a parking garage is available in the building.

Initially we planned to stay 2 nights in Hluboka, but decided to extend our stay for one additional night. Fortunately Leos agreed to provide your apartments for one more night. our stay in Hluboka was very pleasant, we have enjoyed Leos' place due to peaceful surroundings, complete privacy and clean and well equipped apartments. Highly recommended!

Our stay in Michal's apartment was simply perfect and even better than we dreamed. The contact was warm, helpful and uncomplicated from the beginning. We were allowed to bring our dog, which was particularly important to us. The apartment was super clean, lovingly furnished and well equipped. We lacked nothing and the size was ideal for the three of us. The location is fantastically quiet and only a few meters from the lake. The view was breathtaking and the surroundings invite you to take beautiful walks. Everything is very dog-friendly and we were able to unwind wonderfully. We felt completely comfortable from the first moment. Our expectations were exceeded in every way. Michal was a great host, always easy to reach and very friendly. It was the most pleasant accommodation we have ever had in Hluboká, and we have tried (hopefully) all hotels and we go several times a year. Peace, quiet during Easter, when there is rumble in the center (which is sometimes and into the night, so we didn't want to go to the hotel) cleaner, available from towels and bath towels to bowls for morning flakes, everything new or as new, refrigerator, stove, microwave, kettle, coffee and tea. Large TV, nice sofa, so you don't have to read in bed or on a chair at the table, well located el. drawers in the bathroom, in the kitchen and in the room - great when you use curling iron:-) and laptops! Plenty of space for clothes and other things in the closets. Enough space to put things in the bathroom (I don't have anywhere to put cream, make up, and) Super shower. And most importantly, there is a large hallway. A five-minute walk to the trail to the Vltava River (bike is a minute), a 5-minute walk to the ice cream :-), 5 minutes by car to the center and to the supermarket. Completely relaxed arrangement. We will definitely want to come again

A spacious and pleasant apartment, with a large garden and roof terrace (shared). The children enjoyed swimming in the pool. Michaela is super attentive and resolves issues quickly.

Tomas’s place was the perfect apartment to stay in. Tomas has thought of everything to make our stay more comfortable and has definitely gone above and beyond. This is the perfect place to stay for a family with an entire kids room with toys and books as well as a Nintendo switch. The sauna was so nice to use. Will stay again. The place itself was very clean and clear. We liked everything about it. Everything was modern and cozy. It was very comfortable to sleep and there was nothing missing in terms of accessories. We even had two keys, which was very convenient. A very quiet area. Definitely recommendable! The price was reasonable.
