Laura and her husband Gigi are lovely people. Laura was very responsive and provided great suggestions on places to shop and explore.

We had a wonderful time staying in Cristina’s loft. The garden, lovingly cared for by Giuseppe, is absolutely beautiful and was a true highlight of our stay. The surroundings are well worth exploring — full of charm and cultural treasures. Most mornings we started the day with a run through the peaceful landscape, followed by a refreshing swim in the pool. There is so much to see and do in the area, both in nature and in terms of culture. We can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a special and relaxing stay.

We had a great stay at the villa and really enjoyed our time there! The place is spacious, well-kept, and has a very relaxing vibe — perfect for a few quiet days. Everything went smoothly during our stay, from check-in to check-out. It felt super chill overall, and the cleaning lady arrived right on time as we were leaving. A small thing to mention: the electricity went out briefly one evening, but the host was incredibly responsive and put in a lot of effort to get everything back up and running quickly. It really showed how much she cared about our comfort. All in all, a smooth and pleasant experience — we’d definitely come back!

We had a very joyful stay, host was friendly from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. Loved all the animals and the beautiful scenery. Breakfast was very tasty and fresh. Communication was very easy and we felt right at home.

We couldn’t have asked for a better location! The apartment was perfect and a lovely roof terrace. We wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely hope to return -100% reccomend. Thank you for a lovely stay!

This property is like something out of a movie- or a fairy tale! The house is bigger and even more beautiful than the pictures can show. The house has all the things you need for a perfect stay (plenty of dishes, cooking appliances, towels, etc.). The host is very responsive and met us at the house to show us around and answer questions. We were on a family vacation with 3 generations. The kitchen was great when we all wanted to spend time together but also the house had plenty of room when we all needed a little space apart! It was hot for our visit and the pool was so refreshing. We actually cancelled our plans for one day because we just wanted to stay in and enjoy the house! Our kids loved swimming in the pool and everyone enjoyed the peace and quiet. The location is great, peaceful and private but still a short drive to groceries, restaurants or even the train station for day trips! I hope to make it back to Italy again and we will definitely be staying here again!

We stayed 5 days in the apartment. Really very beautiful, new and well decorated. Amazing beach view. The location could not be better, close to great restaurants, activities and beach services. Umbrellas with loungers offered free of charge by the owner, beach club, swimming pool and bar restaurant. Breakfast included in two excellent places to choose from. Parking a little far from the place, but this is common in Italy. Stefano is a very kind and attentive host, 10 out of 10 for him and his apartment. Adequate value for the quality of the apartment.

Beatrice is a very friendly and helpful host. The area and location of the apartment is great. Beach is within walking distance and restaurants are around the corner. We had a great time and it is definitely recommended. We would definitely come back here.

The apartment was clean, conveniently located and had everything we needed for our stay.

Adalberto is very precise and very clear in the instructions, realistic photos, very clear, check-in and check-out are very simple and fast. We opted for the paid indoor parking... less than 5 minutes from the house. Loft in the center, 30 seconds from the main square, the stay in general was very nice, repeatable and recommended. In conclusion, I would say that Adalberto was perfect, very proactive, and when I wrote to him, he always responded within a few minutes.

Susanna's place was in a beautiful setting with well maintained garden and pool area. We spent a lot of time outdoors, at the provided outdoor dining area, pool and kids play area. Inside was fairly basic but it had everything we needed. Susanna was a very friendly and welcoming host who gave some top notch local recommendations!

We absolutely loved staying at Eliana's place, and our dog loved it even more! The house is spacious and decorated in a very homely style. The fenced garden is beautiful — our puppy loved roaming around and playing in the grass. If we come to the Bologna/Castel Guelfo area again, we will definitely stay with Eliana!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Fabrizio’s property. We were visiting the area for the WSBK Championship at Misano World Circuit, and the location couldn’t have been more ideal—just a short 15-minute drive to the circuit and only 30 minutes from Rimini Airport. The property itself was outstanding: immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. It provided the perfect base for our 2-night stay. The surrounding area was equally impressive. Gradara, with its charming restaurants, is only 5 minutes away, and in the opposite direction, Tavullia—the hometown of Valentino Rossi—is also just 5 minutes by car, making it a must-visit for any motorcycle enthusiast. Fabrizio was a gracious and helpful host, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. I can’t speak highly enough of this property and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-situated stay in this beautiful part of Italy.

The flat is great and the location is simply top. Everything is just like on the photos. The kitchen has everything needed for cooling and a solid stock of coffee. The small garden is great for kids to run about. The bicycles are nice and working but not for smaller kids unfortunately. Well, you can't have absolutely everything) Rather difficult to find a free parking spot nearby, but the paid one is easy to find and not too expensive. All in all we are very happy with our stay. The price is just right too. Highly recommended!

Silke was WONDERFUL! She was extremely responsive and helped with incredible recommendations and even made reservations for our group. She was friendly and was around to assist to however not intrusive. Our time there would not have been the same without her there! The views were stunning, even with the rain we had plenty to do and places to spend time. We spent many nights with great memories made on the veranda! Her house was magical and she was a joy! We were a group of 13 people – with and without disruption, a facility from Switzerland - and were allowed to spend our Easter holiday in your house this year. Both the house itself and the surrounding area have delighted us, but in particular we would like to emphasize the warm and open contact with you. We take a trip together every year around this time and have experienced many beautiful accommodations – but rarely has a house been as perfect for us as a group. We would like to sincerely thank you for the wonderful time we were able to spend at your place. It was a completely successful stay, and we agree: We would love to come back!

This accommodation was simply beautiful! We were incredibly warmly welcomed upon arrival - the hosts are not only friendly, but really warm and helpful. You immediately feel that they care about the well-being of their guests. The location is beautiful – quiet, close to nature and ideal for relaxing. If you are looking for relaxation in an idyllic setting, you have come to the right place. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime. A clear recommendation for all those who are looking for a special accommodation with that certain something!

We had a wonderful stay at Borgo Mocale. Giulio and his family made us feel very welcome. The view is incredible and it's just a 10 minute drive to the little village down the hill for the supermarket and little shops and cafés. Amazing place, we will definitely come again.

Lacopo was very responsive each time I needed to contact him. The place was very nice but remote. it was about 1 1/2 hours to drive to some of the other medieval cities. It rained a lot but also was beautiful because of the rain. Lacopo and his family were fantastic. The homemade meal his parents prepared for us was absolutely delicious! One of the best meals we had while in Tuscany! It was nice to see how active his parents were and how well they took care of the place. We were surprised to be charged if we used the pool towels. There was nothing mentioned in the description. We would recommend this place. There were 4 adults and we had plenty of room.

We were warmly welcomed by Bernedetta's children. She explained everything to the last detail and also gave tips for the surroundings. The house was in great shape and is also very nice! It is a building from the 13th century and many details have been nicely preserved. You are at the top of the mountains with only a few hundred meters away from another holiday stay of the same family. Furthermore, you won't be bothered by anyone. You can enjoy an insane view.
