Laura and her husband Gigi are lovely people. Laura was very responsive and provided great suggestions on places to shop and explore.

We had a wonderful time staying in Cristina’s loft. The garden, lovingly cared for by Giuseppe, is absolutely beautiful and was a true highlight of our stay. The surroundings are well worth exploring — full of charm and cultural treasures. Most mornings we started the day with a run through the peaceful landscape, followed by a refreshing swim in the pool. There is so much to see and do in the area, both in nature and in terms of culture. We can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a special and relaxing stay.

We had a great stay at the villa and really enjoyed our time there! The place is spacious, well-kept, and has a very relaxing vibe — perfect for a few quiet days. Everything went smoothly during our stay, from check-in to check-out. It felt super chill overall, and the cleaning lady arrived right on time as we were leaving. A small thing to mention: the electricity went out briefly one evening, but the host was incredibly responsive and put in a lot of effort to get everything back up and running quickly. It really showed how much she cared about our comfort. All in all, a smooth and pleasant experience — we’d definitely come back!

It couldn't have been better. The location is fantastic in the pedestrian center of town in a courtyard. The very large shaded patio with fragrant jasmine, colorful vines, and kumquats, the well equipped kitchen with tons of teas and coffees, the comfy beds - we never wanted to leave. Cristiano used to be a theater scenograph and it shows in the eclectic decor. Both Cristiano and Sara were absolutely charming - they run the enoteca downstairs (don't miss their various cheese and hams!) - and provided very helpful info on parking, restaurants etc. The unit is one easy set of stairs up, and Cristiano helped get our suitcases up. There is one bedroom and a foldable sofa on the first level. The second bedroom and bath are on the top floor mezzanine via a a spiral staircase. The only downside was that it gets quite hot in that bedroom and the A/C was not sufficient. But all in all, it was an exceptional stay. We can't wait to be back!

Great house with amazing views. We used the pool a lot as it was very hot during our stay. Francesco and Serena were very nice and helpful. They booked a cooking class for us, which I highly recommend. The location is very convenient for visiting Florence, as it only takes about half an hour by train from Rufina.

Stunning home in the middle of a lovely vineyard (Probably one of the best homes on AirBnB). It's even more beautiful in person - full of art, thoughtful design/luxury finishes, and Tuscan charm. Highly reccomend!!

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! We stayed at Peter’s place to visit Imola and Forli, and it turned out to be the perfect base for our trip. It’s just a 30 minute drive to Imola and 15 minutes to Forlì both beautiful, well worth exploring. The apartment was thoughtfully equipped, with a lovely balcony where we could enjoy both mornings and evenings. The shower stayed nice and hot, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had all the essentials for preparing meals. Having both a washing machine and a dryer was a huge bonus. Peter was also kind enough to provide an extra drying rack in addition to the one near the fridge, which was great for items I preferred not to tumble dry. The location was ideal, though a car is definitely recommended, as walking in the area isn’t particularly safe. There is a nearby bus stop with service into Forlì twice a day tickets can be purchased at the village tobacconist. Peter also provides helpful maps, and I especially recommend using the one marked with numbered points for exploring.

Matteo was very helpful with us. The apartment is practically on the sea, very close to many areas that we had to visit. We had a great time!

Mauro is an extremely helpful and kind host. The apartment is clean and equipped with everything you need. The sacredness of the silence all around invites you to enjoy moments of peace and regeneration away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It was the ideal place to enjoy a weekend in contact with nature. We highly recommend it.

Probably the loveliest Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Luxurious room and house, idyllic pool and grounds, incredible views and a delicious breakfast each day. I'd definitely recommend opting for breakfast - this was a fresh, thoughtful selection served in the house's exquisite dining room, a perfect start to the day. Francesca was friendly, helpful and accommodating, arranging for our check in an hour early and helping us with a taxi to the station at the end of our trip. Thank you for such a sublime stay!

Beatrice is a very friendly and helpful host. The area and location of the apartment is great. Beach is within walking distance and restaurants are around the corner. We had a great time and it is definitely recommended. We would definitely come back here.

Adalberto is very precise and very clear in the instructions, realistic photos, very clear, check-in and check-out are very simple and fast. We opted for the paid indoor parking... less than 5 minutes from the house. Loft in the center, 30 seconds from the main square, the stay in general was very nice, repeatable and recommended. In conclusion, I would say that Adalberto was perfect, very proactive, and when I wrote to him, he always responded within a few minutes.

We absolutely loved staying at Eliana's place, and our dog loved it even more! The house is spacious and decorated in a very homely style. The fenced garden is beautiful — our puppy loved roaming around and playing in the grass. If we come to the Bologna/Castel Guelfo area again, we will definitely stay with Eliana!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Fabrizio’s property. We were visiting the area for the WSBK Championship at Misano World Circuit, and the location couldn’t have been more ideal—just a short 15-minute drive to the circuit and only 30 minutes from Rimini Airport. The property itself was outstanding: immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. It provided the perfect base for our 2-night stay. The surrounding area was equally impressive. Gradara, with its charming restaurants, is only 5 minutes away, and in the opposite direction, Tavullia—the hometown of Valentino Rossi—is also just 5 minutes by car, making it a must-visit for any motorcycle enthusiast. Fabrizio was a gracious and helpful host, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. I can’t speak highly enough of this property and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-situated stay in this beautiful part of Italy.

Silke was WONDERFUL! She was extremely responsive and helped with incredible recommendations and even made reservations for our group. She was friendly and was around to assist to however not intrusive. Our time there would not have been the same without her there! The views were stunning, even with the rain we had plenty to do and places to spend time. We spent many nights with great memories made on the veranda! Her house was magical and she was a joy! The apartment is located in the picturesque surroundings. It takes quite a while to get there up the hill, but the views reward it! The place was clean and well-prepared for our stay. Good spot if you look for some peace and quiet and want to stay away from the noise!

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. The apartment was spacious and very clean. We were surprised by the great view of the hills and the landscape of Tuscany. The place is surrounded by nature. Our dog was also happy, the apartment had a well-kept fenced garden which allowed him to run around. Ewa was always available and a great hostess. It should also be mentioned that no stairs make access to the apartment difficult. When arriving after sunset, make sure that you do not miss the entrance to the property, there is a sign indicating it, in the dark there is the possibility that you will miss it. Full recommendation from us.

This accommodation was simply beautiful! We were incredibly warmly welcomed upon arrival - the hosts are not only friendly, but really warm and helpful. You immediately feel that they care about the well-being of their guests. The location is beautiful – quiet, close to nature and ideal for relaxing. If you are looking for relaxation in an idyllic setting, you have come to the right place. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime. A clear recommendation for all those who are looking for a special accommodation with that certain something!

This place is very comfortable and beautiful. you can feel the atmosphere of Italian historical life there. It's a great location for trips to surrounding towns. Franco was incredibly nice and open to our needs.

Lacopo was very responsive each time I needed to contact him. The place was very nice but remote. it was about 1 1/2 hours to drive to some of the other medieval cities. It rained a lot but also was beautiful because of the rain. Lacopo and his family were fantastic. The homemade meal his parents prepared for us was absolutely delicious! One of the best meals we had while in Tuscany! It was nice to see how active his parents were and how well they took care of the place. We were surprised to be charged if we used the pool towels. There was nothing mentioned in the description. We would recommend this place. There were 4 adults and we had plenty of room.

Barbara and I stayed at Villa Mariella from June 19 to 24, 2025. A wonderful villa, immersed in an oasis of peace, green, silent and well cared for. Mariella and Marco are super kind, friendly, generous, nice and cheerful, in short, two wonderful people who made us feel at home! We will definitely be back because we had a really good time!
