Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Černá v Pošumaví

Light, bright and easy to find apartment. Modern furnished. Essential and super useful parking space but poorly placed at the back of the parking lot stuck between a wall and a rail, beware the paint shards when opening the doors... The neighborhood is well served by Bus, and an Edeka is a 5-minute walk away, great! Christoph can be contacted very easily and answers questions quickly and efficiently. At night, the street is very transient and noisy (we came in April 2025, it was nice and hot, and I don't think I can turn or sleep with the windows open in summer...). In the apartment, nothing is missing to be able to live there on a daily basis except a washing machine: it is in the description of the listing but it is not in the apartment, where is it? For us, French who do not practice the same sorting of waste as you in Germany, we found no clear instructions, thank you for making an effort in explaining these ...

When I saw the first picture, I immediately thought: "Wow, how beautiful!" - the holiday home with balcony was shown there. On site, we were accommodated on the ground floor, but even from there, we had a wonderful panorama. During our stay, there was a small problem, but it was quickly taken up by Judith and quickly resolved – the caretaker was even very quick on site. Our short stay was very nice overall, and everything was as described. The bed linen was a bit older, but it served its purpose. The location is very quiet, and the locals are extremely friendly. Thank you!

Great apartman, better than the photos, 3 separate rooms. Host responsive and helpful, very kind. Easy connected to the central bus station (ZOB Passau) by bus 7, and back by bus 11. All recommendations.

Exactly what we wanted. Somewhat secluded from the main road, nice private, appropriate amenities, clean and tidy. Johann was solution-oriented and communicative. The accommodation had a parking space right at your doorstep. Practical with children. Inside simple but modern. Ideal for our three nights. Large bathroom, very warmly heated, everything worked. Only the Wi-Fi wasn't that good. As a workplace, therefore, only conditionally usable with your own Internet. Otherwise, everything you need was in there. Even numerous cookbooks, SmartTV, music system, hairdryer, even washing powder for the washing machine, coffee powder and tea. Quiet location on a low-traffic road away from Scherding, 2 minutes by car to the nearest supermarket. The sleeping niche is comfortable, but you can also sleep very well on the sofa bed. We can recommend it, value for money definitely fits here.

I had a fantastic stay at Ly Air B&B! The place was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The host was warm, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect for my visit. One of the best things was the location—it was peaceful yet conveniently close to a grocery store, which made things super easy during my stay. All the little touches, from the cozy bedding to the thoughtful amenities, made it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay!

The accommodation was great, but the sofa bed for two people was a little uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything was great.

We stayed for several weeks at the apartment. It had everything we needed. It is very close to the Domplatz and close to the old town. Grocery shops are close by and it is only a short walk to the Musiktheater. Erwin is a very responsive host. Highly recommended!

Very welcoming cottage. The living area is large and comfortable. The wood-burning stove is efficient for heating quickly. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable rooms. Wooden stairs can crack (for people with light sleep). Pay attention to electricity consumption.

Absolutely recommended if you want to spend some days in Cesky Krumlov.

We loved staying at Helmut’s apartment. The space is large, it was quiet, a great environment for walking, yet close by (with a car) to Ottensheim for large supermarkets and a delightful town. Helmut and Daniela were genuinely nice people, who welcomed us from the moment we arrived. My husband and I look forward to returning to Gramastetten, and we recommend Helmut’s apartment to anyone staying in the area.

Communication with Alice was great, really very nice and accommodating. Could/were also allowed to check in a little earlier than planned. The house, front yard and back garden are really nice and big, all exactly like the pictures. It just needs to be noted that you are very dependent on a car. Currently, there are no sidewalks yet.

We had a great stay and can definitely recommend this accommodation. Within cycling/walking distance of the center of Passau.

Very nice place! Very convenient accommodation and super well equipped

Everything was perfect, very clean, well-equiped and nice house. The only thing to critisize was that we could not lock the bathroom downstairs and found the bed in the dormitory downstairs too soft.

We spent a wonderful Christmas vacation at Daniela and Stefan's place (4 adults, 3 children). The house is very nice and cozy. Kitchen utensils and other accessories are sufficiently available and nothing is missing. We felt very comfortable right from the start. The cozy beds are worth mentioning, we slept wonderfully :-) A very nice gesture on arrival is the delicious cake and filled basket with all kinds of goodies. The hosts were very helpful, always available for questions, gave us good tips for excursions and helped us with Christmas shopping. The children were able to romp around in the snow right by the house (sled and bob are available) and the parents enjoyed the sauna. Towels and bathrobes are available. All in all, a perfect vacation. Daniela and Stefan's place is highly recommended.

The time at Sigrid's was very nice! The apartment is super nice! Great furnishings, super clean and you have everything you need! The communication with Sigrid was also great. She is very nice, always has good tips for things to do and great restaurants! All in all, we had a relaxing, pleasant time at Sigrid's! Thanks very much😊.

Tomas’s place was the perfect apartment to stay in. Tomas has thought of everything to make our stay more comfortable and has definitely gone above and beyond. This is the perfect place to stay for a family with an entire kids room with toys and books as well as a Nintendo switch. The sauna was so nice to use. Will stay again. Small accommodation in a very good location and with parking. Slightly limited storage space, luggage storage, toiletries, and clothes. But you can handle it.

We spent a wonderful weekend in this beautiful, spacious and comfortable apartment in the heart of the old town, right by the river. Astrid and Bernd are not just perfect hosts, but lovely people-when we left, there were traffic restrictions due to the city celebration and they helped us get to the train station, so we are especially grateful for that!! Nice modern furnished apartment with a separate bedroom in a great location. Plenty of places to park, all at hand.

We were very spontaneous for a night in Schärding and extremely satisfied with the accommodation. We lacked nothing, the communication with Philipp worked great, the apartment has everything as described, very clean and we lacked nothing for the short time. We felt very comfortable right away. Alexa was our highlight and gave us a lot of joy. I'm utterly speechless about what you can do with it. We would also like to come back the next time we are passing through and replenish our beer stock at the Braushop Kapsreiter.

We had a long drive prior to our check in. We arrived tired and hungry nonetheless all those feelings went out of the window the moment we stepped in the apartment. Everything was perfect, squeaky clean, comfortable and cozy. One of the best places we have stayed. The host was responsive and tried to help as much as he could. We will definitely come back to stay longer in order to have the chance to explore the beautiful surroundings. 100% recommend !!!

Small but nice apartment, cozy, top equipped and really super clean. We were there as a family of 4 and absolutely satisfied. The apartment is in one of two well-kept '70s high-rise buildings, connected by a communal area (free of charge): table tennis, kicker, air hockey and swimming pool. Perfect for our boys!
