Perfect place as described. Beautiful view from the balcony, a ten-minute walk from the Ligurian town and the amenities below the house are very convenient. The owner of the accommodation was very kind to our arrival and available during the stay to my requests.

This is the third time we have returned to Ca' di Pietro in Borghetto, and each stay confirms the quality of the welcome. The owner is always available and kind, the cleanliness is impeccable, the environment is quiet and well-kept. The location is perfect: a few steps from the sea and all services, without the need to use the car. A place you always return to with pleasure.

We felt very comfortable as a family with Roberta. The apartment is very stylishly furnished and her welcome was more than warm. The apartment is a perfect starting point for beach visits and the city (very good walking distance) and for excursions in the area. Parking directly at the front door.

We felt very comfortable with Tobias and David. The apartment is absolutely quiet and has a small balcony. We will definitely be back.

We had a great stay! The location is great – the beach and many restaurants are right nearby. It seems like a place that is mainly visited by Italians themselves, which we found to be very pleasant. It was a bit noisy at night, but that's not the host's fault. We were particularly enthusiastic about road cycling in the area - a dream! Sergio's tip with Rodman was awesome, and the bike rental worked perfectly thanks to his recommendation. We were completely satisfied!

The stay was very pleasant and relaxing. The accommodation was a great starting point for activities such as climbing, cycling, swimming, strolling and much more.

We loved our 2+week stay at Casa Marisa. The apartment is well-maintained and has everything one might need including a good kitchen and two excellent contemporary en suite shower rooms. It's stylishly furnished and colourful with comfortable seating on the large terrace. We particularly liked that all rooms had doors to the terrace. It's conveniently situated for shopping, restaurants and cafés plus the beach is less than 5 minutes walk away, as is the station. Grazie, Margherita, for a great stay in beautiful Alassio.

The view is just stunning, we enjoyed breakfast and evening meals on the balcony; with views like that we preferred to cook ourselves in the evening, after long days exploring the area we wanted to make the most of the peace and the sound of the sea! The apartment has everything you need for a fantastic stay, kitchen very well equipped, including basic condiments. Bed was super comfortable. Lift to the small “wilderness” beach directly below the property is an experience, it does cost 45€ extra (payable on arrival), but you can ride it as many times as you want! Beach very quiet during the week off season, but we arrived on a Sunday and it was packed. You definitely need a car if staying here, car parking is very secure. There are a couple of restaurants less than 10 mins walk, and then a few more in the port, but Ventimiglia Alta does feel quite “tired”, probably a different vibe in high season though! We would definitely stay again, a great base, very relaxing. Thanks Cristina

Fantastic apartment, very quiet and close to the see promenade. In Pietra there are nice restaurants. The apartment is clean with new furniture and good possibility to cook. The internet could be faster - bit too slow for intense working.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The location was perfect - with an extraordinary and fascinating view that inspired us every day. We would especially like to highlight Gabriella: Her reception was warm, open and very hospitable. We felt completely comfortable and welcome from the first moment. Piergiorgio is a courteous, empathetic and attentive Host to the needs of his guests. The apartment is newly furnished with taste and has a nice terrace that is very usable in the summer season. We had a great time and highly recommend it.

We had a very nice week in the apartment! The check-in was very straightforward and the host was always easy to reach. The grocery store directly opposite was very convenient, with an ample selection. The view from the balcony to the sea was a joy every day!

We spent a week in this apartment with a large terrace, which is very comfortable. The apartment is also very nice, the air conditioning works well. It is 10 minutes from the sea by car, I would say excellent. Amerigo is a very helpful person and gave us a lot of advice on various visits. We will gladly come back.

A highlight of the house: the location is fantastic especially for those with children, surrounded by shops (a few meters away from excellent fresh pasta, mini market, ice cream parlors, bars) and adjacent to the ZTL, so safe to leave the house with the children as it lacks traffic. The beach and playground are steps away. The accommodation is comfortable for two adults and two children. The bed and sofa bed are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, and the host also found some breakfast products and a few bags of condiments so you don't have to shop right away. The elevator is also convenient if you move with a (small) stroller. The description of the apartment and surroundings match the description, and contacts with the host were quick and efficient. Only sore note:the floor should be cleaned more thoroughly because it left my feet black (and I ran the broom several times a day). But we were really satisfied and will definitely be back

Very nice apartment with high ceilings. We had a pleasant stay and communication with Angelo was really very smooth. Unfortunately, the piano no longer works, it has not been tuned and we have not been able to enjoy it. For the rest, apart from the street noise for one of the two bedrooms, it was great!

For those looking for relaxation and tranquility, it is the ultimate! Wherever you look, there is nature and beauty. Unique in its kind, thanks to the electric bicycles that allow quick and effortless movements. A real treat. Highly recommended.

When we are there, The environment is peaceful, nature is predominant, my three-year-old daughter was amazed to see so many fireflies on the ground. Wonderful and cozy apartment, with attention to the smallest details, very clean and equipped with a spacious balcony where you can enjoy a view of the village. Very kind hosts, very welcoming and super helpful in case of any need. The apartment is located in a strategic central area and has a very convenient private parking space. I would highly recommend the property for a pleasant holiday in total relaxation and equipped with all comforts!
