Podere Piazza is an estate, has its origin in the 15th century. The vacation home was built at the beginning of the 17th century. Podere Piazza was the residence of Alessandro Cervini degli Spannocchi, who was appointed Archbishop of Siena on May 29, 1747. He was a Nobile di Montepulciano and Patrizier of Siena. The buildings of Podere Piazza still bear his coat of arms today. This also explains our little church, at the road junction, in front of it to the right to the pine avenue and to the left into the driveway.

Every think was great except finding Apartment #14was hard it was way down the road , the road needs immediate attention and levelling it's a gravel pathway and very bumpy, I was very careful driving my rental Wolkswagen Gulf but did some damage to the rocker panel and I will need to deal we the insurance company , our host Maurizio was fabulous and very helpful throughout our stay the Apartment its self is gorgeous and have everything you would need, I definitely will recommend this place if you drive a 4X4 high clearance Jeep LOL

Very responsive and helpful host. Great location within walking distance of Siena town. Nice views from the balcony. Air-conditioning in each room which is a must if staying during the Summer months. Good level of amenities to suit our needs - stayed for 1 week with an infant. Had no issues with finding free parking on the street outside the apartment. Overall really enjoyed our time here and would recommend to others.
