Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Centro Storico, Napoli

Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti nel appartamento di Matteo ed è stato un’esperienza molto soddisfacente. L’ambiente molto pulito, ampio e molto luminoso. L’unica pecca le 6 rampe di scale per arrivare al appartamento ma il montaggio del ascensore era in lavorazione quindi a presto questo aspetto sarà superato. Matteo è suo fratello sono stati molto gentili e ci hanno consigliato molto bene sulle attività da fare nel quartiere e anche sui locali della zona. Il quartiere è uno dei più importanti di Napoli e abbraccia tutte le sfaccettature di questa bellissima città. La posizione del appartamento è vicina alla stazione della metropolitana e a un 20 minuti a piedi della Spacca Napoli e Duomo. Grazie per l’ospitalità e preziosi consigli

It was an absolute pleasure staying at Anna’s lovely apartment! The space was tastefully decorated and very spacious. Location was also very convenient, merely 2 metro stops from Napoli Centrale. Anna was also extremely helpful and friendly, she gave us a tour of the apartment and even left several snacks and breakfast items! Thank you very much Anna we had a great time 🥰

L’appartement de Luigi est très confortable , très bien équipé et paisible . Rien ne manque dans la cuisine , chambres et salle de bain pour passer un bon séjour . La terrasse est incroyable de par sa grandeur et sa vue La climatisation dans l’appartement est un réel atout Bref , tous ces éléments valent bien les 4 étages à monter Merci Luigi

Maurizio is an incredible host, very flexible, reactive, pro active and above all very kind. All his recommandations were excellent. We kept in touch at all Times from the booking to the last hours of stay to ensure everything went smoothly for us. His appartement is walking distance from the central stations (that takes pretty much anywhere in and outside Naples) and a short walk away from the city center and the city’s most delish adresses. The apartment has all you need, is very comfortable and the AC is a big plus. We had an amazing stay.

logement idéalement bien placé..quartier très remuant mais il est situé dans une cour très typique au calme.Manto est très à l écoute. je recommande fortement de plus appartement très bien agencé...nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

La zona è comodissima, sia arrivando dalla stazione con la metro sia per spostarsi poi a piedi in città, o anche per prendere la funicolare per salire a San Martino. Il palazzo è un piccolo condominio da sentirsi a casa in una parte di Napoli non ancora dominata dai negozi e locali per i touristi. Volendo si fa la spesa nel supermercato poco distante. - Il check in ha funzionato benissimo. Ci siamo siamo sentiti molto bene!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung, günstig gelegen, mitten im Zentrum. Metrostation in 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Bäcker, Metzger, Lebensmittelläden in der Nähe.Ebenfalls Restaurants , wir haben fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreicht. Besonders schön, war die Terrasse, die wir zum frühstücken und auch für ein Glas Wein am Abend genutzt haben. Die Kommunikation mit Daniela war super, wie haben sofort Rückmeldung bekommen. Es war relativ ruhig in der Nacht und auch im Haus. Sollten wir noch einmal nach Neapel kommen, immer wieder dort . Sehr zu empfehlen.

Flat was spacious and everything is clean. The single bed in the living room is actually very comfortable and aircon was perfectly working. The best thing is washing machine and a hallway can dry them! The bathroom is newly furnished it and it functioned really well!

I had a great stay at Olimpia's place, which was in a neighbourhood with great restaurants, and a 20-30 min stroll to the historical centre. Olimpia was also super friendly and accommodating, even letting me check in early. And the place was very clean and comfortable. All in all, very nice accommodations!

Very good location, very quiet and spacious for two! However it’s quite moist and lack of daylight (not an issue if you don’t stay in the apartment during all the day). The air conditioning helps a lot with the humidity. We had a very pleasant stay at Anna’s location.

Our stay in Victory house casa vacanza was absolutely beautiful!! Doriana and Vincenzo were lovely and so helpful. They picked us up at the airport for a small fee, making our arrival so much easier and smooth. Vincenzo showed us around and pointed us some good places to go shopping and gave us some good advices. Doriana was so lovely and welcoming, she informed us about everything will needed to know and left us a cute breakfast and some coffee for the next morning! Highly recommended!! The house it’s spacious with plenty of space for storage and well equipped. Best thing was the location, walkable to main attractions (centro storico) and Naples port. Great apartment for a stay in Naples. About a 10 minute walk from the main area so close enough but nice and quiet. AC was brilliant and cold enough in the bedrooms. Beautiful balcony to overlook Naples and the cruise ships. Would stay again!

Appartamento caratteristico nel cuore dei quartieri spagnoli, molto carino, ristrutturato e pulito. Carmine é di una gentilezza e disponibilità incredibile, ci ha fornito informazioni di ogni genere e con immediatezza

Paola et sa fille Zelda sont des hôtes très sympathiques, souriantes et très réactives. Le logement est idéalement situé pour se rendre au centre historique (5mn de la gare). La terrasse est vraiment un plus pour se poser au calme après les visites de Naples.

J'ai passé un très bon séjours, La vue de la terrasse est exceptionnelle, le logement n'est pas moderne mais très typique ce qui lui apporte son charme et dispose de toutes les commodités nécessaires. l'ajout d'une climatisation et une petite touche de rafraichissement le rendrais parfais. l'appartement est idéalement situé et a à peine 200 mètres de la station de Métro Materdeï . Salvatore et sa femme communiquent très bien et sont très réactisf pour tout renseignements. Je recommande vivement !!!!

They went above and beyond by offering us a ton of helpful recommendations, from must-see sights in the area to delicious local restaurants. Their local insights really helped us make the most of our trip. I would 100% recommend staying with Anna and Luigi to anyone visiting the area. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cet appartement, qui est situé dans le centre historique, près des stations de métro et de la gare centrale (15 minutes à pieds). L'appartement est grand et propre, il y a l'essentiel pour faire la cuisine. Stefano était là pour nous accueillir et était très gentil. Je recommande ce logement !

Antonio es muy querido y simpatico, el cuarto en realidad es un apartaestudio incluso con nevera y estufa de induccion, es sumamente comodo y en excelente estado, para llegar con maletas es mejor tomar un taxi desde Central unos 15 euros,despues uno puede caminar facil desde la estacion de buses a unos 600 mts, alli esta el Conad un supermarket rebueno que vende hasta comida de muy buen calidad y buenos precios, antonio nos recomendo dos restaurantes cerca excelentes. un gran sistio en napoles!! gracias antonio.

Nos reciben en persona, lo cual ayuda mucho a saber sobre el alojamiento, te dejan muchas comida para el desayuno y estan pendientes de ti todo el tiempo. La zona afuera no es la más hermosa, pero no se siente insegura.
