Very satisfied with our stay, it is the third time I have stayed with Javier and always eager to return, the location and distribution of the house is excellent for the reason of my accommodation, which is to spend time as a family together with what is friendly and attentive that is Javier. This house is an excellent option and Javier is an excellent host.

The place was exactly that was published. Super cozy and well clean. Without doubt we'll we would return.

A lovely, Spanish-styled home with fully equipped kitchen, a stylish high-ceiling living room, a 5 gallon tank of purified water provided, and a nice patio, which we didn't use, in the back. There was one problem, which was the lack of hot water for the first four days. Ricardo attempted to fix it himself, then brought in a plumber, which still didn't fix the problem. Finally, Ricardo brought in a second plumber, who did fix it. Ricardo deserves credit for continuing to follow-up on the problem, but I thought he should have been aware of this problem. Despite this, we enjoyed staying at his house, the location was great. Ricardo was a very hospitable host, met us when our arrival was delayed, and a responsive host. I would recommend his house as a great place to stay, if you can afford the price. I would recommend that Ricardo provide a notebook with recommended restaurants and nearby sites.

The most beautiful artistic Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! Every room had a different vibe and there was so much beautiful art and books to look at. The house is so well designed and has so much character! The hosts were super helpful, kind, flexible and communicative. We loved every part of our stay! This is a stunning home in a wonderful part of Coyoacán. I had thought it was a complete house but it's actually within the owners home, but this doesn't detract from the charm and comfort of the apartment and Luz is very helpful and responsive. The apartment is utterly charming and characterful and the garden is a wonderful addition to the experience of staying with Luz. The entrance is full of interesting historical items and the Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera display is fascinating. A safe and reassuring place to stay for a solo traveller in Coyoacán with a great, quiet and helpful host.

Truly an excellent place to stay. Just right for a couple! This little house is cozy, private, quiet ... great if you have to work while in Mexico City. And Israel is an excellent host: always responsive while we were there, flexible about check in, and helping us deal with a couple items we left behind. We really enjoyed our stay. The proximity to public transportation is a bonus! Will definitely be back.

Alfredo's unit is excellent. We were there mainly for medical reasons and it was in a great location with great amenities. It was a great place to call home for a few weeks. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Great place for our first visit to CDMX! Walkable to anything you could want in Roma Norte and condesa. Sarali is very responsive and friendly; we especially appreciated her list of recommendations. We went to some great places we wouldn’t have found ourselves.

Gorgeous place to stay in CDMX! We couldn't get over the incredible views of Chapultepec park and the surrounding area that can be enjoyed from the balcony and rooftop. The building itself is very nice, quiet, and felt safe with the security at the entrance. The location is perfect, on a quiet street of Condesa walking distance to the amazing nearby parks, shops, and restaurants. Hosts were very communicative and provided detailed check-in instructions. Overall, we were so grateful to have a relaxing, nice place (with AC!) to come home to after long days of exploring the city.

I absolutely love this apartment and the building, and its host! Belle was one of the most proactive and helpful, kind hosts I've experienced in many, many AirBNB rentals. The apartment is a spacious loft located in a new tower with helpful security at the gate and parking garage. There is no air conditioning so it's best to leave the blinds down when you go out and return to a cooler room as it has huge windows. Having a washing machine is great when you're travelling and Belle has provided a fan in the room. Apartment is fully stocked for longer stays with a beautiful, far reaching view of the city. It feels completely safe and waking up to the view right by the window is wonderful. The amenities in the building are superb with an incredible swimming pool, jacuzzi, roof terrace and co-wokring areas. It feels like a cross between a hotel and an apartment complex but is safe throughout and in a good area with restaurants, shops, offices and a good Starbucks right outside the door.

would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting CDMX. The location is top tier because everything is close by, you could even walk to the Chapultepec Castle. The staff is so friendly and attentive, they were very helpful and accommodating. They allowed me to leave my bags safely with them before check in and after I checked out. The room was just as described and very clean. The view from the terrace was always a great way to end the night.

We stayed in Daniel’s home for 4 days and it was beyond perfect for our short trip to CDMX! First of all, I understand why Daniel is rated a super host - very friendly, quick to respond, great with recs, and very accommodative of our requests. We had a rainy day and requested for umbrellas and he was quick to respond and dropped off umbrellas for us, which was super nice of him. Now about the Airbnb, it was thoughtfully curated to ensure guests have a comfortable stay. The decor was such a vibe, got some fun outfit pictures too. It was safe, easy to checkin, fast Wi-Fi, very clean, kitchen was well stocked with a gallon of water and coffee and tea. It was in a great location, cute coffee shops and walkable to great restaurants.

We had the pleasure of staying at Josue’s beautiful condo. We stayed in the lower suite (there are two units) and thoroughly enjoyed the space! The couch and bed were super comfy and the kitchen had all the essentials. The bathroom was spacious and I absolutely loved the shower. The neighborhood was peaceful during the non-rush hours and a little noisy during traffic hours, as are all major cities, however, we didn’t mind at all since we were out and about most afternoons. Lots to do around and wonderful food spots. There is also a bike rental rack right in front! Perfect stay.

Karla was friendly, responsive and her place exceeded expectations - the place is beautifully designed and very spacious. Perfect for a long stay. We loved San Rafael, and felt safe in the neighbourhood. There is a sundries shop attached to the building where the flat is located and the locals were friendly, always saying hi to us. Great, local eats nearby too. Would definitely visit again!

Everything is excellent, the apartment is small but with everything you need to have a super comfortable stay for 2 people. the common areas of the building are also excellent, both for working and relaxing. The area can't be asked for anything better, many things to see and do. In addition, the building staff are very friendly and attentive. Totally recommended! 👌🏻

Mariana, we enjoyed our stay in your lovely apartment. The neighborhood and location were fantastic. It was very easy picking up an Uber on the street to take us everywhere we wanted to go. There were great coffee shops and restaurants on the same block. The king bed was so comfortable and the bathroom and closet area were great! We were there during a very warm period and the apartment stayed fairly comfortable with the fans and windows open. We would definitely stay here again. Muchos gracias, Mariana!
