Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Centro

It was a cosy place that was tastefully furnished with art and plants! Very cute :) It was sufficient for our short stay in Madrid, though we realised later on that it was nearer the old part of Madrid. Definitely possible to walk to the old part of town, or take public transport to the newer part of the city, so up to you based on what you want to see! The only thing was that we weren't used to the apartment being in an old building. Though there was a lift to the floor, the apartment main door was abit creaky and the hot water was quite finnicky when we showered at night, so it got a bit cold. Overall a great place for the price still! Thanks Sete

Notre séjour à été super grâce à nos hôtes. L'immeuble a eu un souci collectif d'électricité mais une solution a vite été trouvée par nos hôtes. L’appartement est idéalement situé et on se sent comme à la maison. Cet appartement a une vie. Courez-y. Nous avons adoré.

Loved our stay in Eva's apartment. It was perfect for our 4 day stay in Madrid. Located in a pleasant area 20 minutes walk from the city centre. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby and directly opposite the Metro station and shopping centre. Eva was extremely pleasant and helpful and responded quickly to any questions. The apartment was lovely, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The balcony was a lovely relaxing space overlooking the riverside park. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone coming to Madrid.

Clara und Pedro waren freundlich und herzlich. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb sofort gut verstanden und fühlten uns wie Zuhause. Der kleine Balkon erlaubte, in der Wohnung auch gut für sich sein zu können und ins Grüne zu schauen beim Frühstücken. Das in der Grosstadt! Tolle Lage, multikulturell, viele kleine Läden, ruhig, Fußgängerzonen. 2 min zur superbequemen Metro. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

This is the best apartment we have stayed at in Madrid. Two bedrooms, two baths in Madrid!! It is super-spacious, great kitchen, very nice terraces, comfortable beds, very close to metro station, lots of great restaurants very close. Felipe and Pilar explained every thing, and they were always very professional. Lavapiés is a very cool neighborhood. This wil be our apartment in Madrid from now on!

Piso pequeño, pero con lo necesario. Rossy muy maja y atenta, pero si no llegamos a hablarle mi amiga y yo, no sé cuándo nos habría hablado ella para quedar para la entrega de llaves. Por lo demás, todo muy limpio y muy bien.

Una mujer muy agradable y sin ningún tipo de problema, un piso muy apañado con todo lo que necesitábamos

El piso es increíblemente cómodo y equipado. Pet friendly. A 10 min del aeropuerto y a 30 min del centro en bus. Destaco la comodidad de las camas y del sillón, que en nuestro caso que eramos 3 ( y mi gato) también lo usamos para dormir. También destaco la calefacción central, estuvimos calentitos en todo momento (llegamos justo en la transición primaveral y estaba fresco afuera). Incluso tiene piso flotante. Respecto al baño es pequeño pero bien distribuido. Incluso tiene bidet yl a ducha es maravillosa!!! lo más, sale con muy buena preción de agua y temperatura caliente todo el rato. La cocina completamente equipada, teníamos horno, lavadora, lavavajillas. Un lujo. Los anfitriones Denisse y Fernando siempre atentos a todos nuestros requerimientos. Estuvieron en el horario de llegada y nos facilitaron más ropa de cama y otro juego de llaves. Recomendamos fervientemente este alojamiento. Super comodidad garantizad

We stayed at Juan’s place for over 10 days and rented two units to celebrate our daughter’s wedding. Both units were on first floor and ours had a beautiful garden. Perfect for 2 adults and maybe a kid. Clean, spacious and within walking distance to great restaurants, grocery stores, Alcala street, metro and bus stops. Juan was very friendly and responsive. The AC was great since it was very hot outside. Also, very convenient laundry room in the common area. Our only complain is the very poor internet service. We had to use our data almost every day while being inside the apartment. Although Juan indicated new internet was going to be installed we experienced the problem until we left.

local a 25 min do centro. casa super arrumada, boa tv, bons colchões. Juan foi sempre muito simpático e prestável. Recomendo bastante 👌

Todo ha sido perfecto,el apartamento muy agradable,limpio y con instrucciones claras. Lo único que salvo error (no lo leí) que tenía escsleras para acceder al apto y viajaba con un persona con dificultad para subir y bajar.Pero salvo esto recomiendo 100%.Accedible al centro tanto en transporte público como con taxi. Ha sido un gran experiencia.

Definitivamente si tengo algún otro invitado a Madrid le recomendaré este Airbnb! Eva es una persona muy cálida y amable. Mi abuela estuvo hospedada por dos semanas y ha sido una experiencia muy grata. Como referencia a pesar de ser inicios de junio el Airbnb es de lo más fresca y ventilada. Pino’s place was great for the week my partner and I stayed in Madrid! It has an amazing location so you can walk to everything. There is an elevator which made it easy to move the luggage up and down. The wifi was fantastic, my partner had to work a bit so that made it super easy. The apartment had everything we needed, and Pino even left us a bottle of wine and some snacks! Pino was also very flexible with our check in as we arrived early in the day which was very appreciated! One thing I will mention is that it was loud at night during the holiday we happened to be there for (Constitution Day) but was quiet the rest of the week. It didn’t bother us too much as we had ear plugs! We highly recommend staying here!

La casa estaba impecable, el trato muy bueno, nos dejaron cafe, colacao y esenciales de una casa. La única pega es que se encuentra alejado de la ciudad y con el calor el cercanías o bus iba muy lleno, nos hemos apañado con taxis y ubers pero bien, el alojamiento es como en las fotos.

Hermoso departamento, muy bien equipado. La zona es muy tranquila pero muy bien conectada con el transporte público. Mirelis fue muy amable en la bienvenida y pude ingresar más temprano, lo cual me vino muy bien. El departamento está muy bien equipado con televisión, aire acondicionado en dos ambientes y una cocina y baño muy completo. Lo recomiendo y volvería a elegirlo! Gracias por todo!

El apartamento es pequeño pero espacioso y muy luminoso. Todo reformado, limpio y muy cómodo, con zona común. No está especialmente cerca del centro pero era la zona que buscaba. Oscar en todo momento fue muy atento y amable. Muy recomendable!

Great spot to stay. I stayed for a month and found Santiago’s place to be a perfect home base for my time in Spain. The space is small but fully equipped and it’s in a vibrant spot in the city. Trains and supermarkets and pharmacies all super easily accessible. Santiago was super responsive with any questions. The loft sleeping arrangement worked for me but it can get hot up there and the stairs up probably aren’t for everyone.

Lara is one of the nicests persons you will every meet. my Spanish is rubbish but she still made an effort to understand me and help me practice my Spanish. she speaks English very well. Lara is extremely helpful finding a good restaurant or the right market place, she helped me with some planning to travel through the city. I can definitely recommend a stay at Lara her place, the location is second to none with everything in either walking distance or a short trip with the metro. gracia a ti Lara 🙏🏼🇪🇸

Excelente experiencia Esta fue mi primera vez usando Airbnb y no podría haber sido mejor. Tiago fue un anfitrión impecable desde el primer momento. Reservé con mucha anticipación desde Uruguay, y todo fue tal como lo prometía la publicación. El apartamento está ubicado en pleno Chueca, una zona ideal para conocer Madrid: segura, vibrante, con todo cerca, y perfecta para moverse caminando o en transporte público. El apartamento es muy silencioso, limpio y cómodo; se nota el cuidado en cada detalle. Además súper luminoso Sin dudas, el año que viene volveré a reservar con Tiago. Lo recomiendo 100%.
