Great place to stop on our short visit to Madrid as the area had plenty of restaurants, access to Metro and the apartment accommodated three of us very well was very clean and tidy with everything we needed.

Mónica is an incredible host who made my trip to Madrid extremely special. Her apartment is gorgeous and is the perfect location, and she made me feel right at home throughout the whole trip. Could not recommend more!

The apartment is beautiful and very spacious, it is on the first floor of a building with elevator. The location is unbeatable at the heart of the Gran Vía. A very good experience, ideal for sharing with the family in a unique place in Madrid. I recommend without hesitation!!

This apartment is as exactly as I had hoped. Great location, very clean, with AC, separate bedroom, a nice bathroom, a functioning elevator and a full kitchen. Tons of space and very quiet in the evening. Thank you, Maria, for being so attentive and helpful! I will definitely stay again down the road.

The listing looks exactly like the photos, it's a very simple and clean home.What I find most incredible is that the taste here is completely free of the insecurity of unfamiliar spaces, and the kitchen and bathroom are even clean without water stains, just a homey atmosphere.Although the language was a little incomprehensible, the host and daughter still received me very kindly.Hope to stay again next time!

Spent a lovely month staying here. The location is unreal, walkable distance from the best parts of Madrid. Very caring and attentive host, I could not recommend more. Before choosing this place I could not find anything even close to this location for this price, so I think it’s a gem!

Unique value for money in Madrid, convenient public transport as almost throughout the city but above all the area full of clubs without having to move around. Lyza, Luis and daughter Desiree were always very helpful, friendly and discreet during my stay. Angelino (the dog) is also very sweet and quiet. Recommended!

Highly recommended accommodation for a gathering of family and friends with children, since it has a large garden plot with facilities and equipment for the children to have a great time.

We had a great week at Irene's place. The outside is very private, not overlooked, and the pool as well as the view is amazing. The interior of the house is beautiful. Quiet, 30 minutes from Madrid. We would recommend Irene's house without hesitation.

We have passed a great bridge. The amazing house and the kids have really enjoyed the garden and especially the chickens. Too bad the weather prevented us from using the pool that looked spectacular. I highly recommend staying here.

We were a little shocked to stay with the host at home, and we thought we'd put less rating. But he treated us so well, I respect the intimacy so much and was so good a person that he deserves 5 stars. It is completely worth it, good price, guided us through the area, it gave us a lot of ease. We would definitely go back to that area if we went back to that area.

We had a great stay at Maria's place. Used it for two weeks and it provided all of the convenience we required and more. Spacious living room and kitchen, and nice outside area with grill. Close to train station (walking distance) with direct connection to central Madrid. Would definitely recommend.

It's BEEN A GREAT STAY WITH A MAGNIFICENT OUTSIDE and MANY BEDROOMS. IT HAS A FANTASTIC HOUSE IN A QUIET AREA AND THE VILLAGE WE COULD ENJOY IT VERY MUCH.

We had such an amazing stay with Julia. She truly makes you feel at home and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcome in her home. The place was very clean and comfortable, and we were able to commute easily to the city centre. 100% would stay here again!!

The house is very comfortable and the place where it is located is great. The neighborhood is full of restaurant and there is an English Court in front, so everything is very convenient and comfortable.
