La pasamos genial todo estaba como fue indicado por las prisas olvide unos zapatos nuevos y varias cosas ojalá hagan uso de ello y gracias por todo 🙏🏻

S il y avait une note au dessus de 5 nous l aurions mis ! L appartement parfait ! Piscine privée et piscine de l immeuble, salle de sport , parking , 2 superbes terrasses le tout très bien équipé enfin un véritable Airbnb de qualité ! Ramon nous a donné d excellentes adresses pour déjeuner en attendant l heure d arrivée, a été arrangeant pour nous laisser partir un peu plus tard ! Nous comptons bien revenir très vite

La casa es preciosa, más bonita que en las fotos., espectacular. La comunicación con los anfitriones muy rápida. Muy buena ubicación, con una boca de metro a 7 min caminando. Muy recomendable! Volveremos!

We had a great family holiday with four children aged 5-10. Vic was really helpful with the all our questions and quick to respond. We were walking distant to the Bernabeu. The beds were super comfy and the house was so stylish but family friendly. Thank you for having us 😃

Mario's flat is in a great location: a safe, quiet neighborhood near public trans and lots of places to eat (grocers, restaurants, bars) so you won't go hungry. His flat is not a dedicated rental but actually where his family lives so it definitely has a "lived-in" feel with lots of decorations, toys and knick knacks. Though it has a lot of furnishings, it's so open, spacious and full of windows and light. You'll definitely have room to stretch and move around :) Even better is his warm hospitality, quick response and customer service. He had suggestions for local eateries and shops, and when there were issues with bedding or supplies he replied quickly and resolved everything satisfyingly. He even made a delicious local dish as a warm welcome!! With such a lovely flat and welcoming, thoughtful host, this home is a definite recommend. I'd gladly return on my next visit to Madrid. Our stay at Frederic’s place was awesome. Everything is just the same as on the pics. It is a perfect match for co-living even though there were 9 of adults. There are a lot of common spaces to spend time together. As well as bbq and swimming pool. Frederic was very helpful and supported us on every question and request, even brought us extra blankets when we asked. Highly recommend to stay at Fredric’s place and very grateful for the hospitality.

We loved the place. Lots of space. Very good for us. Lovely living area. Garden and pool not looked after. Very peaceful place.

El apartamento tiene entrada a pie de calle independiente. Para 4 personas es justo pero para 3 genial. Estuvimos muy a gusto y si tuviésemos que volver a madrid volveríamos a este piso.. nos ha encantado la limpieza, que tenía un poco de todo (jabón lavadora, lavavajillas líquido.. azúcar..)cosas que para un par de días nos hubiese tocado comprar. Responde rápido.

We had a fantastic seven-night stay at this apartment in Madrid! The location is truly unbeatable — just a short walk from iconic spots like the Royal Palace, Mercado de San Miguel, and countless restaurants and tapas bars. One of the highlights was the stunning view of the cathedral right across the street, visible from several parts of the apartment — absolutely breathtaking both day and night. Roberto was a wonderful and accommodating host, making sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a place that puts you in the heart of Madrid, with easy access to the city’s best sights and an unforgettable view, this apartment is a perfect choice. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The apartment was lovely, and actually was better than the pictures. The location is also good, with a five minute walk to the metro one way, and 10 minute walk to the beautiful Retiro Park the other. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and you won’t be disappointed. The only minor grumble was the fact the bedroom blinds (which are automatic), decided to open themselves every night at about 02:00, which wasn’t ideal as they aren’t quiet…. Apart from that though, the place was great.

Nuestra experiencia en el departamento de María Elena fue excelente! La ubicación es inmejorable, con una breve caminata estás frente a la Puerta de Alcalá, a la Fuente de la Cibeles o en pleno barrio de Salamanca... El departamento es acogedor e ideal para dos personas. María Elena se mostró siempre muy atenta y servicial. Muy recomendable!!!

David a été un hôte parfait du début à la fin. Sans que nous demandions quoi que ce soit, il nous a envoyés le détail pour accéder à l’appartement ainsi qu’une adresse pour dîner le soir même puisque nous arrivions tardivement. Il a même fait la réservation pour nous. Il répondait très très vite aux questions et l’appartement était conforme en tout point à la description. Nous étions quatre couples, c’était parfait ! Le quartier est très calme et le métro El Carmen se situe à 50 m de l’appartement et permet d’accéder au centre de Madrid en un petit quart d’heure à peine. Franchement, si nous devons revenir, ce sera avec plaisir que nous reviendrons chez David. Nous recommandons vivement.

Exceptionally great Airbnb! Just as gorgeous and even more spacious than the photos show. Extremely clean, has every possible appliance, convenience and amenity, more closet and drawer space than you could need, and a wonderful soaking tub, too. And all around fun and luxurious place to stay.

appartement correspondant parfaitement à l'annonce. Idéal pour 2 personnes avec tout le confort. Très bien situé pour visiter Madrid. Appartement au calme, nous avons pu nous bien nous reposer après avoir visiter les endroits incontournables de la capitale. A recommander. Hôte réactif, a répondu rapidement à nos messages.

Fuimos dos parejas a pasar 3 noches. Es una casa muy completa y cómoda. Lo mejor: los dos dormitorios con sus cuartos de baño independientes, con todo lo necesario para la estancia. Además la cocina es amplia y está totalmente equipada. Los anfitriones son muy amables y estuvieron pendientes en todo momento de las dudas que pudiéramos tener o de si había algo que necesitáramos.

The apartment is way nicer than the pictures. The shower in the half bathroom is pretty small but to tell the truth, I wasn’t expecting to have a second shower. The location couldn’t be better. I will come back in a heartbeat. Thank you Pedro for a wonderful stay

Sandra María es bellísima , María también , su lugar es muy tranquilo si deseas estar cerca del centro , en un lugar limpio, bien atendido , zona segura, como persona Sandra María increíbles , nos recibió espléndidamente fuera de horario en una urgencia. María es súper buena una maravilla de señora y muy buena en su trabajo. El check in perfecto y no nos faltó de nada. Si volvemos a Madrid sin duda volveremos a su alojamiento con los ojos cerrados. Le logement est très agréable , très calme et confortable ; il est aussi proche des transports. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa nel quartiere La Latina e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La posizione è davvero ottima: in pochi minuti a piedi si raggiungono tutti i principali punti d’interesse di Madrid, il che ci ha permesso di esplorare la città comodamente. La casa era pulita e rispecchiava perfettamente le foto dell’annuncio, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato molto. Unico aspetto da considerare è che, pur essendo ben organizzata, risulta un po’ piccolina per quattro persone, soprattutto perché il divano letto non è tra i più comodi per dormire più notti. Detto ciò, l’host è stato estremamente gentile e cordiale, sempre disponibile e attento alle nostre esigenze. Nel complesso, una buona scelta per visitare Madrid, specialmente per soggiorni brevi.
