Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Havana

Thank you for your hospitality! I had a wonderful 8 days. The room is located within walking distance from the Old Town and Malecon street. The room was kept clean every day and breakfasts were very good. The host family was kind and friendly. I hope to stay there again.

Fernando welcomed us very well! From 10 am, we were allowed to check in, which was very good because we arrived early. He gave us good tips and left us with all the possible references. Fortunately, we didn't need more, so we didn't speak again until we left 3 days later, where he was just as kind. The place is in a very good area (Vedado) from which you can easily walk to many attractions. It's still two blocks from 23rd Street where transportation is taken to go to the Nuevo Vedado area or others. To go to Old Havana you need a taxi (or at least we take a taxi). Everything very clean and well tidy If I went back, I would have it as a first choice :)

Excellent accommodation, Carlitos was aware of us, highly recommended. I hope to be back soon, we spent some wonderful days.

Charming brutalist rooftop apartment overlooking the Malecon! Convenient central location for exploring various neighborhoods, barely a 5 minute walk from Hotel Nacional. The hosts are lovely and the breakfast was excellent!

I cannot fault Raul's place. It was immaculately clean, the bed was super comfortable, there was a great air-conditioning unit that kept the room very cool and the apartment is very conveniently located between old Havana and the Malecon. The absolute best aspect of my stay was the hospitality shown by Raul's sister Yurima. She prepared great breakfasts for a reasonable fee of 3 Euros, and even laundered my clothes which I was highly appreciative of. Moreover, she properly looked after me from my arrival late on a Saturday evening as I was hungry, so she accompanied me to a restaurant to ensure I did not get lost. As I had mentioned to her I was very curious to see the Malecon on a Saturday night she accompanied on a walk there too. We had many a good laughs despite the fact my Spanish was limited to a few strategic words and her English was limited also. That did not stop me from having a great time in her presence. I highly recommend Yurima and this accommodation; this is the kind of accommodation/experience that really adds value to your holiday.

First time in Cuba and first stop was Havana. Excellent stay, rich breakfast with scrambled eggs and fresh fruits and juices. Yaniet, every time I saw us I was asking about how we felt and if we needed anything. 3 clean bedrooms and the possibility of cooking but we didn't use it. The terrace could you enjoy having something if you wanted, everything was great. Thank you for your hospitality! Highly recommended

Havana is a truly unique place and Ingry's apartment is in the perfect location to explore Old Havana, both the tourist attractions, opulent hotels and the local life. My stay was over one week and Ingry's mother who lives on the same floor cleaned the apartment twice while I was there. Despite the language barrier, she was always available to help and answer questions. The convenience and affordability of the Ingry's place allowed me to have the most wonderful time in a truly unique place.

Location is very central and perfect if you want to explore all of Havana. Neighbourhood is local, not touristy, but you can get a wifi card just 2 blocks away. Oleidis, and English-speaking Mauricio, were fantastic and accommodating hosts (as was Alexis, who handled all the messages on the app prior to arrival)! There was an issue where the water got turned off accidentally and she resolved it and all was well. They picked me up (with a taxi (for 30CUC)) at the airport and dropped me off which made for smooth check-in and check-out. Mauricio was a helpful guide for day 1 and the available breakfast was an easy simple start to the day. These accommodations are simple. Don’t expect bells and whistles or anything fancy. The A/C works, the water runs, a small towel is provided, the bed is comfy, the apartment is as clean as can be expected, and the filtered water dispenser never ran out. Wifi in Cuba is a strange animal and it wasn’t working at the apartment during my stay, but the nearby park sufficed. Oleidis and Mauricio (and nearly all Cubans I met!) are very sweet and warm and friendly people.

I would give 6 stars out of 5 if I could! -) photos and descriptions 100% accurate -) spacious, comfortable -) experience authentic life in Havana, as it's in an actual neighborhood -) 5 min walk from Plaza Viejo, 5-10 min walk to Obispo, 15-20 min walk to the Malecon -) many restaurants/food options within 5-10 min walk -) Ana, the host was incredible, super responsive -) Stefano helped set up tours to Vinales, taxi from airport, cooking lessons in the house -) security all the time at the doors Every single person, (cooks, cleaning, security, hosts) were incredible. Top notch people, all the way around. I 120% recommend booking here!

The apartment was very spacious, clean, and kept in optimal conditions. It has air conditioning and Wi-Fi. It is conveniently located near great restaurants and areas to visit. Upon my arrival, Lorenzo/Ruty gave me a tour of the apartment, they also had a booklet and website with detailed information, and maps of the surrounding areas and recommendations to dine at. Lorenzo was always available, and a very convenient check in and check out

Great place central location

Very well located apartment, a few blocks from the Bodeguita and Obispo Street. Due to the central location, we did not suffer from power outages. It is spacious, well-lit, with a washing machine and the necessary appliances for a good stay. Thanks to Osdel and George who were attentive to our needs. I would come back.

The place is super spacious and can accommodate 4 people super comfortably. It has two rooms and a balcony facing the Havana Libre hotel, and is surrounded by restaurants and bars. She has a girl named Danay who supports her in everything, even running to get me a charger for my cell phone. Everything is truly incredible. Super grateful and the price is super affordable.

This place was great. It looked as described. The location is perfect, it’s right on the main strip of San Rafael where most tourist attractions are walkable and it’s very lively. Yasmany was great, very friendly and very quick to respond even in the middle of the night we had to call him because we got lost after a night of partying and he made sure we were good. I’ll be back!

this is a very well-kept everybody two bedrooms and a kitchen. I believe it is necessary for you to request permission to use the kitchen. But the kitchen has everything you might need. There is a potential for noise from the neighbors, but this is pretty normal in Cuba. The hosts are super nice too!

a nice and spacious apartment in a quiet area but at the same time close to various restaurants, markets, etc. It has a nice balcony and good internet connection (with good wifi). it was very kind Lourdes, who was the one who welcomed me.
